無線充電技術是什么

遠距離無線充電

  據了解,無(wu)線(xian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)技(ji)術是(shi)靠(kao)兩(liang)種新的設備(bei)來實(shi)現(xian)的,第(di)一個是(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器,它要(yao)(yao)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)相連接,然后會(hui)有一個“托盤(pan)”與(yu)(yu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器進(jin)(jin)行中轉,只(zhi)要(yao)(yao)手機(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)“托盤(pan)”距(ju)離(li)(li)在規(gui)定范圍內(nei),那么手機(ji)(ji)就(jiu)會(hui)自動進(jin)(jin)行無(wu)線(xian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。不(bu)過(guo)需要(yao)(yao)說明的是(shi),由于傳輸的不(bu)是(shi)一些(xie)簡單的數據,而是(shi)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li),因此(ci)無(wu)線(xian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)在目前的距(ju)離(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)求比較嚴格,手機(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)“托盤(pan)”在現(xian)在只(zhi)能(neng)實(shi)現(xian)1厘米之內(nei)的近距(ju)離(li)(li)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),但是(shi)隨著技(ji)術的進(jin)(jin)步,這一距(ju)離(li)(li)可能(neng)會(hui)拉長。雖然電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)沒有直接接觸(chu)到手機(ji)(ji)產品(pin),但是(shi)靠(kao)無(wu)線(xian)方式(shi)為手機(ji)(ji)充(chong)的電(dian)(dian)在使用效果上(shang)仍然和(he)普通充(chong)電(dian)(dian)方式(shi)一樣,續航能(neng)力(li)(li)并不(bu)會(hui)有所損失。

  雖然無(wu)線充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)仍然需要(yao)一個(ge)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)力的無(wu)線傳輸,看似(si)還是(shi)較(jiao)為(wei)麻煩,但(dan)是(shi)傳統(tong)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器只能為(wei)一個(ge)手機進(jin)行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),甚至每個(ge)手機的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器都不一樣,而無(wu)線充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)標(biao)準(zhun)可以(yi)(yi)(yi)為(wei)所有(you)支(zhi)持Qi的手機進(jin)行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),而其同時可以(yi)(yi)(yi)支(zhi)持多個(ge)產(chan)品的一起充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),這種(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)只需要(yao)將手機放在桌子上(shang)就能實現。另外,無(wu)線技術標(biao)準(zhun)在成熟之后(hou),各大公(gong)(gong)共場所都會裝有(you)這種(zhong)設備(bei),因(yin)此無(wu)論(lun)是(shi)在家、辦公(gong)(gong)室還是(shi)街道上(shang)甚至是(shi)列車上(shang),用戶都可以(yi)(yi)(yi)進(jin)行無(wu)線充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),十分便捷。

近期進展

  從技(ji)(ji)術發展來看,無線(xian)充電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術建立(li)在RFID近距(ju)離磁場耦合技(ji)(ji)術發展基礎上,手機甚至不需要軟件(jian)更改(gai)就可(ke)以(yi)安裝(zhuang)充電(dian)線(xian)圈和整流芯片。有幾類(lei)安裝(zhuang)方式:

  其(qi)一:一個(ge)感應線(xian)圈(quan)+芯片,構(gou)成獨(du)立組(zu)件。這類組(zu)件小到(dao)(dao)硬幣大小,大到(dao)(dao)38x40mm。用金屬銅線(xian)繞(rao)制線(xian)圈(quan)。

  其二:手機(ji)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)周邊框架中加(jia)裝線圈,號稱無(wu)線充電(dian)(dian)(dian)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。這類電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)好處(chu)是(shi)安裝便利,但(dan)是(shi)缺陷(xian)也(ye)很明(ming)顯,因(yin)為手機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)是(shi)金屬件,會阻擋充電(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁波穿透,使得充電(dian)(dian)(dian)效率低。

  其三:采用LDS(立體電路(lu))技術(shu),在(zai)手機(ji)塑膠(jiao)外殼上鐳射天線。

  其(qi)四:采用FPC(柔性(xing)(xing)電路板)制(zhi)造(zao)天線組件,缺點是(shi)價格貴(gui)。優點是(shi)柔性(xing)(xing)、且薄,便(bian)于安裝。

  以上幾類方式,最(zui)有前途的是(shi)LDS技術,國內推出(chu)了系(xi)列微航激(ji)光(guang)塑料、磁性激(ji)光(guang)塑料、全自動大幅面高速激(ji)光(guang)機,使得制造工藝得以普及。
