電動車電池續航能力降低的原因
電動車的電池使用一段時間后,很多消費者就發現,電池越來越不好用了,跑不了多長時間就沒電了,到底是怎么回事呢?澳柯瑪電動車小編來解答。
1.在電動車電池使用及充放電過程中,會出現“硫化”現象影響電池容量。 硫化是指電池在使用過程中由于電化學反應,極板會逐漸被堅硬的硫酸鉛結晶覆蓋,導致活性極板面積逐步減少及酸液濃度降低而使得電池容量下降。
2.冬夏季電動車電池充電電壓不同,如無合適的能隨環境變壓調整的充電器,將使得夏季電池過充引起電池失水最終導致電池鼓包、變形,或者冬季欠充出現行駛里程下降。
3.由于電動車使用及電池出廠配伍誤差等多種因素,串連電池間將出現電壓不均衡,電池容量將受制于最低電壓的那個電池。
