一、電池充電器測試
充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)后需要充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器來充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),一個良好(hao)的充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器應該(gai)能(neng)夠(gou)提(ti)供恒定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)來充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),并且(qie)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池足時能(neng)夠(gou)自(zi)動停止充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)這(zhe)樣才能(neng)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的壽(shou)命(ming)最長,博(bo)計電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載提(ti)供了非(fei)常良好(hao)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器測試解決(jue)方(fang)案,可以用來仿真(zhen)鎳鎘、鎳氫等電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓及負載形式。
在充電過程中,當電池端電壓開始下降時(―△V負電壓斜率),電池充電器應停止充電,對電池的過充會造成電池永久性損壞。在測試電池充電器時,可以使用真實的充電電池測試,然而這種方法需要非常冗長時間,并不切實際或不符合經濟效益。當使用電子負載時,可以設定為定電壓負載模式,并且設定所需的端電壓,此時電子負載將吸取足夠電流控制電壓穩定到設定值。例如:測試1.2V的充電電池設定端電壓從1V、1.2V、1.4V、1.5V來測試電池充電器的電(dian)流調(diao)整(zheng)率,然(ran)后設定 1.48V(-△V模擬電(dian)池(chi)充足)來測試(shi)充電(dian)器是(shi)否會停(ting)止充電(dian)。
注意:實際充電電池輸出電壓可能不是1.2V,而是1.2V的倍數。
二、電池放電測試
任何電池均可視為一個電壓源,其儲存容量單位為mAH或AH,例如12V 6AH 的電池容量表示它在12V和1A輸出時可工作六個小時。
測試電池的放電特性時,應該使用電子負載的定電流模式,而電池應在要求的電壓范圍內,在規格時間提供測試的電流,使用計算機或打印機來監視電池的電壓及電流。
定功率模式亦可用來測試電池的放電特性,當電子負載工作于定功率模式時,電子負載會從電池吸取所設定功率值。此時電子負載的電流會隨著負載電壓的降低而自動增加保持功率恒定,反之亦然。
依下列公式計算出定功率時電流,達到定功率測試需求:負載電流=設定功率÷負載端電壓三、電池充電測試
一般含恒壓和恒流(liu)輸(shu)出的直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源可用(yong)來對充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian),或使用(yong)沒有穩壓限流(liu)的直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(例如簡(jian)單的整流(liu)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)容濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路)與直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載串聯(lian)做(zuo)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)源對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian),此時(shi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大小由電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)模(mo)式(shi)下的設定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)決定(ding)。
