鉛鋁電池治污 電動車動力要改姓“鋰”?
近期(qi),蘇(su)城很(hen)多(duo)市民驚訝地發現,以前很(hen)容(rong)易買(mai)到的(de)電(dian)(dian)動車鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)下子(zi)變成了香餑餑,不但價格一(yi)(yi)天漲過(guo)一(yi)(yi)天,而且不少型號的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)還有價無貨,連帶(dai)從去年開始價格一(yi)(yi)路走低的(de)電(dian)(dian)動車價格,近期(qi)也出(chu)現了大幅反彈。
“毫無疑(yi)問,鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)目前陷(xian)入了(le)困境,這對整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)行業都產生了(le)重大影響。 ”蘇州石路國(guo)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)總匯負責(ze)人徐偉康告訴(su)記者(zhe),自從今年3月(yue)份以來環保(bao)部對鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)行業的(de)嚴厲整(zheng)頓,以及工信(xin)部即將出臺的(de) 《鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)準入條例》,都在(zai)加速鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)改姓(xing)“鋰”的(de)進程。
鉛酸蓄電(dian)池行業遭重(zhong)拳整頓
蘇(su)州九成企業不過關(guan)已停(ting)產
“從今年3月份(fen)以(yi)來,鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)陷(xian)入了(le)一輪前所未有的整頓(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)風暴。能在(zai)這場整頓(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)風暴中過(guo)關(guan)的企(qi)業(ye)真是少(shao)之又少(shao)。像我們蘇(su)州(zhou)的12家(jia)鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)生產企(qi)業(ye),已經有11家(jia)停(ting)產整頓(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)或干脆關(guan)門了(le)。 ”談到(dao)此次對(dui)于鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)的整頓(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun),蘇(su)州(zhou)石路國際電(dian)動(dong)車總匯負(fu)責人(ren)徐偉康(kang)介紹說,這次的整頓(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)可謂有的放矢且相(xiang)當必要。近年來,血(xue)鉛事件不斷在(zai)各地頻發(fa),引發(fa)公眾對(dui)鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)環保問題的擔憂,這是國家(jia)下決心整頓(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)的重要原因。
事(shi)實上(shang)(shang),鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)行業涉及(ji)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產加工(gong)、使用、回收處理等環節,經過(guo)持續(xu)的(de)(de)改進,鉛酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在使用過(guo)程中已不產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)鉛污染(ran),問題主要出(chu)在生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產與回收環節。數據顯示,目(mu)前我(wo)國鉛酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)制(zhi)造廠家(jia)約2000家(jia),但(dan)產值(zhi)在500萬(wan)元以上(shang)(shang)規模的(de)(de)企業僅200家(jia)左右(you),其余(yu)的(de)(de)1800家(jia)中小企業,有(you)的(de)(de)根本沒(mei)有(you)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產許(xu)(xu)可證(zheng),有(you)的(de)(de)有(you)許(xu)(xu)可證(zheng)也很難達到清潔生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)(de)標(biao)準。在鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產過(guo)程中,涂板工(gong)序(xu)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)清洗(xi)工(gong)序(xu)會(hui)產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)含鉛的(de)(de)重金屬廢(fei)水;在板柵鑄造、合金配制(zhi)、鉛零件及(ji)鉛粉制(zhi)造等工(gong)序(xu),會(hui)不可避免地產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)多種含鉛煙塵。
此外,鉛(qian)酸電池(chi)的回(hui)收(shou)處理環節,同樣(yang)問題(ti)重重。廢(fei)(fei)舊鉛(qian)酸電池(chi)回(hui)收(shou)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中產生的主要(yao)污染物為熔(rong)煉(lian)(lian)加(jia)工過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中排(pai)(pai)放(fang)的鉛(qian)蒸(zheng)氣、鉛(qian)塵(chen)、廢(fei)(fei)水以(yi)及冶煉(lian)(lian)廢(fei)(fei)渣(zha)。但由(you)于種種原因,鉛(qian)酸電池(chi)回(hui)收(shou)行(xing)業仍以(yi)大(da)量的中小企業為主體,大(da)部分企業沒有(you)采(cai)取煙塵(chen)處理,熔(rong)煉(lian)(lian)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中排(pai)(pai)放(fang)的鉛(qian)蒸(zheng)氣、鉛(qian)塵(chen)等超過(guo)國家標準幾倍(bei)甚(shen)至幾十倍(bei)。
蘇州(zhou)木瀆一家蓄(xu)電池廠的負責人告訴記(ji)者,今年6月8日的檢查結果(guo)顯(xian)示,他們廠的安全防護距離沒有達到要求,因此(ci)被要求停(ting)產整頓。為(wei)了企業(ye)能繼續生存(cun),他只(zhi)好(hao)把(ba)生產線搬外省去。
電動(dong)車廠商苦于(yu)無(wu)米下鍋
電池漲(zhang)價連帶電動車水漲(zhang)船高
作為(wei)電(dian)動自行(xing)車(che)最為(wei)關(guan)鍵(jian)的“動力源”,大(da)量鉛酸蓄電(dian)池企業的關(guan)停,直接造成(cheng)了(le)鉛酸蓄電(dian)池供應的緊缺,這也導致了(le)電(dian)動車(che)整車(che)廠家以及(ji)經銷(xiao)商(shang)“無米下鍋”。
“現(xian)在要(yao)換(huan)(huan)個(ge)鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)不(bu)要(yao)太難哦,我都等了(le)(le)好幾(ji)個(ge)月(yue)了(le)(le),還沒等到電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)! ”陳(chen)先生電(dian)(dian)動車的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在3月(yue)份的(de)(de)(de)(de)時候(hou)壞了(le)(le)。廠家檢(jian)查(cha)后表示需(xu)要(yao)換(huan)(huan)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),但是(shi)現(xian)在沒有貨,需(xu)要(yao)陳(chen)先生等待。哪知(zhi)道這(zhe)(zhe)一等就(jiu)四(si)個(ge)多月(yue),“我們(men)也想給(gei)陳(chen)先生換(huan)(huan)新(xin)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),可問題是(shi)廠家一直沒貨給(gei)我們(men)呀(ya)! ”維(wei)修部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)負責(ze)人面對陳(chen)先生的(de)(de)(de)(de)指責(ze)很委屈,他說已盡力聯系廠家,無奈今年5月(yue)份鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)行業(ye)專項整(zheng)治,供應(ying)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)好幾(ji)個(ge)廠都停(ting)產了(le)(le),拿(na)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),供應(ying)生產線都不(bu)夠,售(shou)后維(wei)修這(zhe)(zhe)塊就(jiu)更(geng)別談了(le)(le)。
“20安的(de)電(dian)(dian)池原來360-380元,現(xian)在已漲到(dao)460-480元了(le)! ”昨(zuo)天華(hua)潤萬家(jia)(jia)超(chao)市(shi)的(de)工作人(ren)員告訴記者,近期(qi)以來他們在采購中(zhong)明顯感(gan)覺到(dao)了(le)這鉛酸電(dian)(dian)池漲價的(de)兇猛。而家(jia)(jia)樂福超(chao)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)動車(che)銷售的(de)相關負責人(ren)則告訴記者,蘇州的(de)電(dian)(dian)動車(che)企(qi)業所用的(de)電(dian)(dian)池更多的(de)是從浙江進貨。可經過整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun)行動后,浙江273家(jia)(jia)鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)池企(qi)業中(zhong),有250家(jia)(jia)已停產(chan)整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun),電(dian)(dian)池生(sheng)產(chan)接近癱瘓(huan)狀態。目前超(chao)市(shi)從廠家(jia)(jia)拿貨,越來越貴,也越來越難。
相城區的一家(jia)電動車生產(chan)(chan)企業的負責人(ren)無奈地告訴記(ji)者(zhe),因為沒有電池,他已關掉了大部分生產(chan)(chan)線(xian)。如果(guo)行業整頓持續,預計到(dao)年底,鉛酸蓄電池的供求矛盾都難以緩解。
電動車鋰電池時代成大趨勢(shi)
算筆賬(zhang)用鋰電不比用鉛酸貴
“無論是(shi)(shi)行業(ye)趨勢還(huan)是(shi)(shi)政策趨勢,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)自行車(che)(che)(che)(che)都面(mian)臨著轉型升級的(de)(de)(de)(de)迫切需求。毋(wu)庸置疑,鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)將是(shi)(shi)這(zhe)次轉型升級的(de)(de)(de)(de)最大(da)受(shou)益者,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時代(dai)正在(zai)(zai)(zai)加(jia)速到來(lai)。 ”捷安特蘇州地(di)區總(zong)代(dai)理吳克定告訴(su)記者,2010年(nian)全國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)產量(liang)超過(guo)2800萬輛,其中鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)約70萬輛,僅占2.5%,鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)確(que)實(shi)是(shi)(shi)行業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)老(lao)大(da)。就說蘇州市場,有鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)銷售(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)商家(jia)還(huan)是(shi)(shi)很少(shao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。但從這(zhe)些商家(jia)在(zai)(zai)(zai)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)銷售(shou)情況來(lai)看(kan),發(fa)展趨勢還(huan)是(shi)(shi)很明顯(xian)。他們捷安特是(shi)(shi)從前年(nian)開始(shi)有鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)銷售(shou)。一開始(shi),這(zhe)種(zhong)價格(ge)相(xiang)對(dui)鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)來(lai)說,要高出(chu)三分之(zhi)一甚至一半的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che),消費者似乎(hu)還(huan)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)太能(neng)接受(shou),畢竟大(da)家(jia)還(huan)是(shi)(shi)很看(kan)重價格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。但隨著鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)技術不(bu)(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)成熟,其成本也(ye)在(zai)(zai)(zai)逐步降低,再(zai)加(jia)上廠家(jia)針對(dui)消費者的(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,不(bu)(bu)斷推出(chu)24V、36V和48V等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流容量(liang)型號的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che),他發(fa)現(xian)他們店鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)銷售(shou)以每(mei)年(nian)20%的(de)(de)(de)(de)速度在(zai)(zai)(zai)增長。尤其是(shi)(shi)今年(nian)以來(lai),這(zhe)個速度提高到了25%。
“其實蘇州的廠家,從前幾年開始就在逐步試水鋰電電池和鋰電電動車了! ”蘇州石路國際電動車總匯負責人徐偉康介紹說,目前蘇州已經在生產鋰電電池和鋰電電動車的廠家已經有近十家了。尤其是今年的行業整頓行動,更是堅定了這些廠家轉型升級,側重發展鋰電的決心。鋰電池各方面的優勢正在逐步凸顯。像是同等規格鋰電池的重量,僅為鉛酸電池1/4左右,整車重量完全滿足四部委的電動車重量小于40公斤的要求。雖然其成本偏高,但隨著鉛酸蓄電池的漲價及環保治理成本的增加,兩者成本之間的距離將進一步縮減。算筆賬,一般鉛酸電池的保修期為1年,而鋰電池的保修期為2年。也就是說,就算目前鋰電池要比同電(dian)流容量的鉛酸電(dian)池(chi)貴上三分之一(yi)(yi)甚(shen)至一(yi)(yi)半,但算算使(shi)用時間,這鋰(li)電(dian)電(dian)動車還(huan)是劃(hua)算的,而且(qie)還(huan)更(geng)輕(qing)便環保。
當然,就短期而言,雖然鋰電池暫時無法取代鉛酸蓄電池在電動自行車中的絕對地位,但電動自行車對鋰電池的需求必然將出現明顯增長。目前僅僅不到5%的電動車使用鋰電池,未來假設使用鋰電池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)車量翻倍,也將增加(jia)約70億元鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)市(shi)場(chang)需求。 “總之,鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)(xing)業整(zheng)頓,為更加(jia)環保(bao)輕型(xing)的鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車行(xing)(xing)業發展(zhan)帶(dai)來了行(xing)(xing)業機遇,鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時代是大勢所趨(qu)。 ”徐偉康說。
