鉛鋁電池治污 電動車動力要改姓“鋰”?
近期,蘇城很(hen)多市民驚訝地發現,以(yi)前很(hen)容易買(mai)到的(de)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池一(yi)下子變成了香餑(bo)餑(bo),不但價(jia)格一(yi)天漲過一(yi)天,而且不少(shao)型號的(de)電(dian)(dian)池還(huan)有價(jia)無貨,連帶從去年開始價(jia)格一(yi)路(lu)走(zou)低(di)的(de)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)價(jia)格,近期也出現了大幅反(fan)彈。
“毫(hao)無疑問,鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池目前陷(xian)入(ru)(ru)了困境(jing),這(zhe)對整個電(dian)動(dong)車行(xing)(xing)業都(dou)產生了重大影響。 ”蘇州石路國際電(dian)動(dong)車總匯(hui)負責人(ren)徐偉康告訴記者,自從(cong)今年3月份以來環保部對鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池行(xing)(xing)業的嚴厲整頓,以及(ji)工信部即將出臺的 《鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池準入(ru)(ru)條例(li)》,都(dou)在(zai)加速鉛(qian)酸電(dian)動(dong)車改姓“鋰”的進程。
鉛酸蓄電(dian)池行業遭(zao)重拳(quan)整(zheng)頓
蘇州九成企業不(bu)過關已停產(chan)
“從今年3月份以來,鉛(qian)(qian)酸蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)陷入了一(yi)輪前所未(wei)有的(de)(de)整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun)風(feng)暴(bao)。能在(zai)這場整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun)風(feng)暴(bao)中(zhong)過關的(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)真是(shi)少之又少。像(xiang)我們(men)蘇州(zhou)的(de)(de)12家鉛(qian)(qian)酸蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)生產企業(ye)(ye),已(yi)經有11家停(ting)產整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun)或干(gan)脆(cui)關門(men)了。 ”談到此次對于鉛(qian)(qian)酸蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun),蘇州(zhou)石路國(guo)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)動車總匯負責人徐偉康介紹說(shuo),這次的(de)(de)整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun)可謂有的(de)(de)放矢且相當必要(yao)。近年來,血鉛(qian)(qian)事件不斷(duan)在(zai)各地頻發,引發公眾對鉛(qian)(qian)酸蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)環保問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)擔憂,這是(shi)國(guo)家下決心(xin)整(zheng)頓(dun)(dun)鉛(qian)(qian)酸蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)重要(yao)原因。
事實上(shang),鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)行(xing)業涉(she)及(ji)生產加工、使(shi)用(yong)、回(hui)收處理等環節,經過(guo)持續的(de)改進,鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中已不產生鉛(qian)污(wu)染,問題主要出(chu)在(zai)生產與回(hui)收環節。數據顯示,目前我國鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)制造廠家(jia)約(yue)2000家(jia),但產值(zhi)在(zai)500萬元以上(shang)規模的(de)企業僅200家(jia)左右,其余的(de)1800家(jia)中小企業,有的(de)根本(ben)沒有生產許可(ke)證,有的(de)有許可(ke)證也很(hen)難達到清潔(jie)生產的(de)標準。在(zai)鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)生產過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,涂板(ban)工序和電(dian)池(chi)(chi)清洗工序會(hui)產生含鉛(qian)的(de)重金(jin)屬廢水;在(zai)板(ban)柵鑄造、合(he)金(jin)配制、鉛(qian)零件及(ji)鉛(qian)粉制造等工序,會(hui)不可(ke)避免地產生多種(zhong)含鉛(qian)煙塵。
此外,鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)池的(de)回(hui)收(shou)處理環節,同樣問題重(zhong)重(zhong)。廢舊鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)池回(hui)收(shou)過(guo)程中產生的(de)主要污染物為熔煉(lian)加工過(guo)程中排放(fang)的(de)鉛(qian)(qian)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)、鉛(qian)(qian)塵、廢水以(yi)(yi)及(ji)冶煉(lian)廢渣(zha)。但由于種種原(yuan)因,鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)池回(hui)收(shou)行(xing)業(ye)仍(reng)以(yi)(yi)大量的(de)中小企(qi)業(ye)為主體,大部分企(qi)業(ye)沒(mei)有采取煙(yan)塵處理,熔煉(lian)過(guo)程中排放(fang)的(de)鉛(qian)(qian)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)、鉛(qian)(qian)塵等(deng)超過(guo)國家標準(zhun)幾(ji)倍甚(shen)至幾(ji)十(shi)倍。
蘇州(zhou)木瀆一家蓄電(dian)池廠(chang)的負(fu)責(ze)人告訴記者,今年6月(yue)8日的檢查結果顯示(shi),他們廠(chang)的安(an)全防(fang)護距(ju)離沒有達到要(yao)求(qiu),因此被要(yao)求(qiu)停產(chan)整頓。為了企業(ye)能繼續(xu)生(sheng)存(cun),他只好把生(sheng)產(chan)線搬外省(sheng)去(qu)。
電動(dong)車(che)廠商苦于(yu)無米下鍋
電池(chi)漲(zhang)價連帶電動車水漲(zhang)船高(gao)
作為電動(dong)自行車最為關鍵(jian)的(de)(de)“動(dong)力源”,大量鉛酸(suan)蓄(xu)電池(chi)企業的(de)(de)關停,直接造成了(le)鉛酸(suan)蓄(xu)電池(chi)供應的(de)(de)緊(jin)缺,這也導致了(le)電動(dong)車整車廠家(jia)以及經銷商“無米下鍋”。
“現在(zai)要(yao)(yao)(yao)換(huan)個(ge)(ge)鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)不要(yao)(yao)(yao)太難哦,我都等了(le)(le)好幾個(ge)(ge)月(yue)了(le)(le),還(huan)沒等到電(dian)(dian)池(chi)! ”陳先(xian)生電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)3月(yue)份(fen)的(de)時候壞了(le)(le)。廠家(jia)檢查后(hou)表示需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)換(huan)新(xin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),但(dan)是現在(zai)沒有貨,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)陳先(xian)生等待。哪知道這(zhe)(zhe)一(yi)等就(jiu)四個(ge)(ge)多月(yue),“我們(men)也想(xiang)給(gei)陳先(xian)生換(huan)新(xin)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),可問題是廠家(jia)一(yi)直(zhi)沒貨給(gei)我們(men)呀(ya)! ”維(wei)修部的(de)負責(ze)人面對陳先(xian)生的(de)指責(ze)很委屈,他說已盡力聯系(xi)廠家(jia),無奈今年5月(yue)份(fen)鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業專項整治(zhi),供應電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)好幾個(ge)(ge)廠都停產了(le)(le),拿(na)到的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),供應生產線都不夠,售后(hou)維(wei)修這(zhe)(zhe)塊就(jiu)更別談了(le)(le)。
“20安的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)原來(lai)(lai)360-380元(yuan),現在(zai)已漲(zhang)(zhang)到460-480元(yuan)了! ”昨天華潤萬家(jia)超市的(de)工作人(ren)員告訴(su)記者,近(jin)(jin)期以(yi)來(lai)(lai)他們在(zai)采購中明(ming)顯感覺到了這鉛酸(suan)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)漲(zhang)(zhang)價(jia)的(de)兇猛。而(er)家(jia)樂福超市電(dian)動(dong)車銷售(shou)的(de)相(xiang)關(guan)負責(ze)人(ren)則告訴(su)記者,蘇州(zhou)的(de)電(dian)動(dong)車企業(ye)所用的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)更(geng)多的(de)是(shi)從(cong)浙(zhe)江進貨(huo)。可經過整(zheng)(zheng)頓行(xing)動(dong)后,浙(zhe)江273家(jia)鉛酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)企業(ye)中,有250家(jia)已停產(chan)整(zheng)(zheng)頓,電(dian)池(chi)(chi)生產(chan)接近(jin)(jin)癱(tan)瘓(huan)狀態。目(mu)前超市從(cong)廠家(jia)拿(na)貨(huo),越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)貴(gui),也(ye)越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)難(nan)。
相城區的(de)一(yi)家電動(dong)車生(sheng)產企業的(de)負責人無(wu)奈地(di)告訴(su)記者,因為沒有(you)電池(chi),他已關掉了(le)大部分生(sheng)產線。如果行業整頓持續,預計到年(nian)底,鉛酸蓄電池(chi)的(de)供求矛盾都難以緩解。
電(dian)動車(che)鋰電(dian)池時代(dai)成大趨勢
算筆賬(zhang)用鋰電不比用鉛(qian)酸貴
“無論是(shi)行業趨(qu)勢(shi)(shi)還(huan)(huan)是(shi)政(zheng)策趨(qu)勢(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動自行車(che)(che)都面臨(lin)著轉型(xing)升(sheng)級的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)迫切需求。毋庸置疑,鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)將是(shi)這(zhe)次轉型(xing)升(sheng)級的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最大受益(yi)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時代正在(zai)(zai)加速(su)(su)到來(lai)。 ”捷(jie)安特蘇州地區總代理吳克定告訴記者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),2010年(nian)全國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)產量超(chao)過2800萬輛(liang),其中鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)約70萬輛(liang),僅占2.5%,鉛酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)確實(shi)是(shi)行業的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)老大。就說(shuo)蘇州市場,有鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)銷(xiao)售(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)商家還(huan)(huan)是(shi)很少的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。但(dan)從這(zhe)些商家在(zai)(zai)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)銷(xiao)售(shou)情況來(lai)看(kan),發(fa)展趨(qu)勢(shi)(shi)還(huan)(huan)是(shi)很明顯。他(ta)(ta)們(men)捷(jie)安特是(shi)從前(qian)年(nian)開(kai)始有鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)銷(xiao)售(shou)。一開(kai)始,這(zhe)種價格相對鉛酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)來(lai)說(shuo),要高出(chu)(chu)三分之一甚至一半的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che),消費者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)似(si)乎還(huan)(huan)不是(shi)太能接受,畢(bi)竟(jing)大家還(huan)(huan)是(shi)很看(kan)重價格的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。但(dan)隨著鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)技術(shu)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成熟(shu),其成本也在(zai)(zai)逐步(bu)降低,再加上廠家針(zhen)對消費者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,不斷(duan)推出(chu)(chu)24V、36V和(he)48V等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)容(rong)量型(xing)號的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che),他(ta)(ta)發(fa)現他(ta)(ta)們(men)店鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)銷(xiao)售(shou)以每年(nian)20%的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)度在(zai)(zai)增(zeng)長。尤其是(shi)今年(nian)以來(lai),這(zhe)個速(su)(su)度提高到了25%。
“其實蘇州的廠家,從前幾年開始就在逐步試水鋰電電池和鋰電電動車了! ”蘇州石路國際電動車總匯負責人徐偉康介紹說,目前蘇州已經在生產鋰電電池和鋰電電動車的廠家已經有近十家了。尤其是今年的行業整頓行動,更是堅定了這些廠家轉型升級,側重發展鋰電的決心。鋰電池各方面的優勢正在逐步凸顯。像是同等規格鋰電池的重量,僅為鉛酸電池1/4左右,整車重量完全滿足四部委的電動車重量小于40公斤的要求。雖然其成本偏高,但隨著鉛酸蓄電池的漲價及環保治理成本的增加,兩者成本之間的距離將進一步縮減。算筆賬,一般鉛酸電池的保修期為1年,而鋰電池的保修期為2年。也就是說,就算目前鋰電池要比同電(dian)流容(rong)量的鉛酸電(dian)池貴(gui)上(shang)三(san)分之(zhi)一甚至一半(ban),但算(suan)(suan)算(suan)(suan)使用時間,這鋰電(dian)電(dian)動(dong)車還(huan)是劃算(suan)(suan)的,而且還(huan)更(geng)輕便(bian)環保。
當然,就短期而言,雖然鋰電池暫時無法取代鉛酸蓄電池在電動自行車中的絕對地位,但電動自行車對鋰電池的需求必然將出現明顯增長。目前僅僅不到5%的電動車使用鋰電池,未來假設使用鋰電池的電動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車量翻(fan)倍,也將增加約70億元(yuan)鋰(li)電池(chi)市場需求。 “總之,鉛(qian)酸蓄電池(chi)行(xing)業整頓,為更(geng)加環保輕型的鋰(li)電電動(dong)車行(xing)業發(fa)展帶來(lai)了行(xing)業機(ji)遇,鋰(li)電時代是大勢所趨。 ”徐(xu)偉(wei)康說。
