鉛鋁電池治污 電動車動力要改姓“鋰”?

    近(jin)期,蘇城很多市民驚(jing)訝地發現,以前很容易買到的電(dian)動車鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)池(chi)一(yi)(yi)下子變成了(le)香餑餑,不但價(jia)格一(yi)(yi)天漲過一(yi)(yi)天,而(er)且不少型號的電(dian)池(chi)還有價(jia)無貨,連帶從去年開始價(jia)格一(yi)(yi)路(lu)走(zou)低的電(dian)動車價(jia)格,近(jin)期也出現了(le)大幅反彈。

  “毫無疑(yi)問,鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池目前陷入了困境,這對(dui)整(zheng)個電(dian)動車(che)(che)行業都產生了重大影響。 ”蘇(su)州石(shi)路(lu)國(guo)際電(dian)動車(che)(che)總(zong)匯負責人(ren)徐偉康告訴記者,自從今年3月份(fen)以(yi)來環保部對(dui)鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池行業的(de)嚴厲整(zheng)頓,以(yi)及工信部即將出臺的(de) 《鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池準入條例》,都在加速鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)動車(che)(che)改姓(xing)“鋰(li)”的(de)進(jin)程(cheng)。

  鉛酸蓄電池行業遭(zao)重(zhong)拳整頓

  蘇州九成(cheng)企業不過(guo)關(guan)已停(ting)產

  “從今年3月份以來,鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)陷(xian)入(ru)了一輪前所未有的(de)整頓(dun)(dun)風暴。能在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)場整頓(dun)(dun)風暴中過關的(de)企業(ye)(ye)真是(shi)少之又(you)少。像我們蘇州(zhou)的(de)12家鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)生產企業(ye)(ye),已經有11家停產整頓(dun)(dun)或干(gan)脆關門了。 ”談到此次對(dui)于鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)整頓(dun)(dun),蘇州(zhou)石路國際電(dian)(dian)動車總(zong)匯負責人徐偉康介紹說,這(zhe)次的(de)整頓(dun)(dun)可謂有的(de)放矢且相當必(bi)要。近年來,血(xue)鉛(qian)事件(jian)不斷在(zai)(zai)各地頻(pin)發,引發公眾(zhong)對(dui)鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)環保問題(ti)的(de)擔憂,這(zhe)是(shi)國家下決心整頓(dun)(dun)鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)重(zhong)要原因。

  事實上,鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電池行業(ye)涉及生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)加工(gong)、使用、回收處理(li)等環(huan)節(jie),經過持續的(de)(de)改(gai)進(jin),鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸(suan)蓄電池在(zai)(zai)使用過程中已不(bu)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)污染(ran),問(wen)題主要出在(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)與(yu)回收環(huan)節(jie)。數據顯示,目前我國(guo)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸(suan)蓄電池制造(zao)廠家約2000家,但產(chan)值在(zai)(zai)500萬元以上規模的(de)(de)企業(ye)僅200家左右,其(qi)余的(de)(de)1800家中小企業(ye),有的(de)(de)根(gen)本沒(mei)有生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)許可證,有的(de)(de)有許可證也(ye)很難達到清潔生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)標準。在(zai)(zai)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電池的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)過程中,涂板(ban)工(gong)序(xu)和電池清洗工(gong)序(xu)會產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)重(zhong)金屬廢水;在(zai)(zai)板(ban)柵(zha)鑄造(zao)、合金配制、鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)零(ling)件及鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)粉制造(zao)等工(gong)序(xu),會不(bu)可避免地產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)多種(zhong)含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)煙塵。

  此外,鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)池的(de)(de)回收處(chu)理(li)環節(jie),同樣(yang)問題(ti)重重。廢舊鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)池回收過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)產生的(de)(de)主要污染物為熔煉加工過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)排(pai)放的(de)(de)鉛(qian)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)、鉛(qian)塵、廢水以(yi)及冶(ye)煉廢渣。但由于種種原(yuan)因(yin),鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)池回收行業仍以(yi)大量(liang)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)小企業為主體,大部分企業沒有采取煙(yan)塵處(chu)理(li),熔煉過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)排(pai)放的(de)(de)鉛(qian)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)、鉛(qian)塵等超(chao)過(guo)國家標準幾(ji)倍甚(shen)至幾(ji)十(shi)倍。

  蘇州木(mu)瀆一(yi)家蓄(xu)電池廠的(de)負(fu)責人告(gao)訴(su)記(ji)者,今年6月8日的(de)檢查結果(guo)顯示,他們廠的(de)安全防護距離沒(mei)有達到要求,因此被要求停產整頓。為(wei)了企業能(neng)繼續生存,他只好把生產線搬外(wai)省(sheng)去。

  電動車廠(chang)商苦(ku)于無米下鍋

  電(dian)(dian)池(chi)漲(zhang)價連帶電(dian)(dian)動車水漲(zhang)船(chuan)高

  作為電(dian)動(dong)自行(xing)車(che)最為關(guan)(guan)鍵的“動(dong)力源”,大(da)量鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池企業(ye)的關(guan)(guan)停,直接造(zao)成(cheng)了鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池供應的緊(jin)缺,這(zhe)也導(dao)致(zhi)了電(dian)動(dong)車(che)整(zheng)車(che)廠家以及經銷(xiao)商“無米下鍋”。

  “現在要(yao)(yao)換個鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)不要(yao)(yao)太(tai)難哦(e),我(wo)都(dou)等(deng)了(le)好(hao)幾個月(yue)(yue)了(le),還沒(mei)(mei)等(deng)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)! ”陳(chen)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在3月(yue)(yue)份的(de)時(shi)候壞了(le)。廠(chang)(chang)家(jia)檢查后表(biao)示(shi)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)換新的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),但是現在沒(mei)(mei)有貨(huo),需(xu)要(yao)(yao)陳(chen)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)等(deng)待(dai)。哪知道這(zhe)一(yi)等(deng)就四個多月(yue)(yue),“我(wo)們也想(xiang)給陳(chen)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)換新電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),可問題是廠(chang)(chang)家(jia)一(yi)直沒(mei)(mei)貨(huo)給我(wo)們呀! ”維(wei)修部的(de)負(fu)責人面對(dui)陳(chen)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)指(zhi)責很委屈,他說(shuo)已盡力聯系廠(chang)(chang)家(jia),無奈今年5月(yue)(yue)份鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)行業專項(xiang)整治,供應電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)好(hao)幾個廠(chang)(chang)都(dou)停產了(le),拿到的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),供應生(sheng)(sheng)產線(xian)都(dou)不夠,售后維(wei)修這(zhe)塊就更別談了(le)。

  “20安的(de)電池(chi)(chi)原來(lai)(lai)360-380元,現在已漲(zhang)到(dao)460-480元了! ”昨天華(hua)潤萬家(jia)(jia)超市(shi)(shi)的(de)工作(zuo)人員告訴記者(zhe),近(jin)期以來(lai)(lai)他們在采購中明顯感覺到(dao)了這鉛酸電池(chi)(chi)漲(zhang)價(jia)的(de)兇猛。而家(jia)(jia)樂福超市(shi)(shi)電動(dong)車(che)(che)銷售的(de)相關負責人則告訴記者(zhe),蘇州(zhou)的(de)電動(dong)車(che)(che)企(qi)業所用的(de)電池(chi)(chi)更多的(de)是(shi)從(cong)浙(zhe)江(jiang)進(jin)貨。可經過整頓行動(dong)后,浙(zhe)江(jiang)273家(jia)(jia)鉛酸蓄電池(chi)(chi)企(qi)業中,有250家(jia)(jia)已停產整頓,電池(chi)(chi)生產接(jie)近(jin)癱瘓狀(zhuang)態。目前超市(shi)(shi)從(cong)廠(chang)家(jia)(jia)拿貨,越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)貴,也越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)難。

  相城區(qu)的(de)(de)一家電(dian)(dian)動車生產(chan)企業的(de)(de)負責人無奈(nai)地告訴記者,因為沒(mei)有電(dian)(dian)池(chi),他(ta)已(yi)關掉(diao)了大部分生產(chan)線。如(ru)果行業整頓持(chi)續(xu),預計到(dao)年底,鉛酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)供求矛盾都難以緩解。

  電(dian)動(dong)車鋰電(dian)池時代成大(da)趨勢

  算(suan)筆賬用鋰電不(bu)比用鉛(qian)酸(suan)貴

  “無(wu)論是(shi)(shi)行(xing)業趨勢還是(shi)(shi)政策(ce)趨勢,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行(xing)車(che)(che)都面(mian)臨著(zhu)轉型升級的(de)(de)迫切需求。毋庸(yong)置疑,鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)將是(shi)(shi)這(zhe)次轉型升級的(de)(de)最大受益者,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時代正在(zai)加速(su)(su)到(dao)來(lai)。 ”捷安(an)特蘇州地區總代理吳(wu)克(ke)定告訴記者,2010年全國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)產量超過2800萬輛,其(qi)中鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)約70萬輛,僅占(zhan)2.5%,鉛(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)確實是(shi)(shi)行(xing)業的(de)(de)老大。就說(shuo)蘇州市場,有(you)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)銷售(shou)的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)家(jia)還是(shi)(shi)很少的(de)(de)。但從這(zhe)些商(shang)(shang)家(jia)在(zai)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)上的(de)(de)銷售(shou)情況來(lai)看,發展趨勢還是(shi)(shi)很明(ming)顯。他們捷安(an)特是(shi)(shi)從前年開(kai)始(shi)有(you)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)銷售(shou)。一(yi)開(kai)始(shi),這(zhe)種價格(ge)(ge)相對(dui)(dui)鉛(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)來(lai)說(shuo),要高(gao)出(chu)三(san)分之(zhi)一(yi)甚至(zhi)一(yi)半的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che),消費者似乎還不是(shi)(shi)太能接受,畢(bi)竟大家(jia)還是(shi)(shi)很看重價格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)。但隨著(zhu)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)技(ji)術(shu)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)熟,其(qi)成(cheng)(cheng)本也在(zai)逐步降低,再加上廠家(jia)針對(dui)(dui)消費者的(de)(de)需求,不斷(duan)推出(chu)24V、36V和48V等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流容量型號的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che),他發現他們店鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)銷售(shou)以每年20%的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度在(zai)增長。尤其(qi)是(shi)(shi)今(jin)年以來(lai),這(zhe)個速(su)(su)度提高(gao)到(dao)了25%。

  “其實蘇州的廠家,從前幾年開始就在逐步試水鋰電電池和鋰電電動車了! ”蘇州石路國際電動車總匯負責人徐偉康介紹說,目前蘇州已經在生產鋰電電池和鋰電電動車的廠家已經有近十家了。尤其是今年的行業整頓行動,更是堅定了這些廠家轉型升級,側重發展鋰電的決心。鋰電池各方面的優勢正在逐步凸顯。像是同等規格鋰電池的重量,僅為鉛酸電池1/4左右,整車重量完全滿足四部委的電動車重量小于40公斤的要求。雖然其成本偏高,但隨著鉛酸蓄電池的漲價及環保治理成本的增加,兩者成本之間的距離將進一步縮減。算筆賬,一般鉛酸電池的保修期為1年,而鋰電池的保修期為2年。也就是說,就算目前鋰電池要比同電流(liu)容(rong)量的鉛酸電池貴上三分之一(yi)甚(shen)至一(yi)半,但算(suan)算(suan)使用時間(jian),這鋰電電動車(che)還是劃算(suan)的,而(er)且還更輕便環(huan)保。

  當然,就短期而言,雖然鋰電池暫時無法取代鉛酸蓄電池在電動自行車中的絕對地位,但電動自行車對鋰電池的需求必然將出現明顯增長。目前僅僅不到5%的電動車使用鋰電池,未來假設使用鋰電池的電(dian)動自行車(che)(che)量翻倍(bei),也將增加約70億元(yuan)鋰電(dian)池(chi)市場需求。 “總之,鉛酸蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)(ye)整頓,為更加環(huan)保輕型(xing)的鋰電(dian)電(dian)動車(che)(che)行業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)帶(dai)來了(le)行業(ye)(ye)機遇,鋰電(dian)時(shi)代是大勢(shi)所趨。 ”徐偉康說。
