diodes推出apm860x鋰電池充電器ic具備一系(xi)列安全功能,可為小型便攜式產(chan)品的充電過(guo)程提供保護。
單通道apm8600和雙通道apm8601能夠持續監控鋰離子和鋰聚合物電(dian)(dian)池的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),避免(mian)出現過(guo)壓、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間過(guo)長或過(guo)溫情況,確(que)保手(shou)機、媒體(ti)播放(fang)器及耳機等產品的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)安(an)全(quan)可靠。
新器(qi)件提供高達28v的過壓(ya)保護(hu),其中(zhong)apm8601能(neng)自動選擇usb或直流(liu)輸入,apm8600則為直流(liu)輸入唯一的器(qi)件。
