diodes推出apm860x鋰電池充電器ic具備一系(xi)列安全功能,可為小型(xing)便攜(xie)式產品(pin)的(de)充(chong)電過(guo)程提(ti)供保護。
單通道apm8600和雙通道apm8601能夠持續監控鋰離子和鋰聚(ju)合物電池(chi)的充電過程(cheng),避免出現過壓、充電時間過長或過溫情況,確保手機(ji)、媒體(ti)播放器及耳機(ji)等產品的充電過程(cheng)安全可靠。
新器件提(ti)供高(gao)達28v的過壓保(bao)護,其中apm8601能自動選擇usb或直流(liu)輸(shu)入,apm8600則(ze)為直流(liu)輸(shu)入唯(wei)一的器件。
這些集成電路的充電算法涵蓋所有鋰電池的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)階(jie)段,包括(kuo)為耗盡電(dian)量電(dian)池(chi)的預充(chong)(chong)電(dian)、恒流或恒壓快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)及(ji)充(chong)(chong)滿(top-off)充(chong)(chong)電(dian),以保持電(dian)池(chi)在其充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)的水(shui)平(ping)。
apm86系列器件(jian)可(ke)(ke)通過外部元件(jian)選(xuan)擇進(jin)行(xing)完(wan)全編程。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、預(yu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)及終止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)等均取(qu)決于(yu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值和(he)電(dian)(dian)容值的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間。電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)附近(jin)的(de)標準熱敏電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)(ke)實現(xian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)溫度測量。器件(jian)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)指示(shi)燈(deng)引腳可(ke)(ke)顯示(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態。
