充電常識
充電是使用充電電池的重要步驟。適當合理的充電對延長電池壽命很有好處,而野蠻胡亂充電將會對電池壽命有很大影響。鋰電池基本都是根據各個(ge)(ge)產(chan)品單(dan)獨(du)封裝(zhuang),互不通用的(de),因(yin)此各個(ge)(ge)產(chan)品也提供各自的(de)充(chong)(chong)電設備(bei),互不通用,在使用時只(zhi)要(yao)遵循(xun)各自的(de)說明書使用即可。所(suo)以(yi)本篇對電池(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)電的(de)介紹(shao)主要(yao)是指鎳(nie)鎘電池(chi)(chi)和(he)(he)鎳(nie)氫電池(chi)(chi)。對鎳(nie)隔電池(chi)(chi)和(he)(he)鎳(nie)氫電池(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)電有兩種方式,就是我們大(da)家所(suo)熟知(zhi)的(de)“快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)”和(he)(he)“慢充(chong)(chong)”。快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)和(he)(he)慢充(chong)(chong)是充(chong)(chong)電的(de)一個(ge)(ge)重要(yao)概念,只(zhi)有了解了快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)和(he)(he)慢充(chong)(chong)才能正確掌握充(chong)(chong)電。
首先,快充和慢充是個相對的概念。有人曾問,充電器充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流有200mA,是(shi)(shi)不是(shi)(shi)快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)?這個答案并不絕對,應該(gai)回答對于某些電(dian)池來說,它是(shi)(shi)快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong),而(er)對于某些電(dian)池來說,它只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)慢充(chong)(chong)。那我們(men)究(jiu)竟怎樣來判別快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)還是(shi)(shi)慢充(chong)(chong)呢?
例(li)如一節(jie)5號鎳(nie)氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)(liang)為(wei)1200mAH,而另(ling)一節(jie)則為(wei)1600mAH。把一節(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)(liang)稱為(wei)1C,可見1C只是(shi)一個邏輯(ji)概念,同樣的(de)1C,并不相等。在充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)小于0.1C時(shi),稱為(wei)涓(juan)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。顧名思義(yi),是(shi)指電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)很(hen)小。一般(ban)而言,涓(juan)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)夠把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)的(de)很(hen)足(zu),而不傷害電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)壽命,但用涓(juan)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所花的(de)時(shi)間實在太長,因此很(hen)少單獨使用,而是(shi)和其它(ta)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式結合(he)使用。
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在0.1C-0.2C之間時,稱(cheng)為(wei)慢速(su)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大(da)于0.2C,小于0.8C則是(shi)快速(su)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。而當充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大(da)于0.8C時,稱(cheng)之為(wei)超高(gao)速(su)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
正因(yin)為1C是(shi)個(ge)邏輯概(gai)念而(er)(er)非絕(jue)對值(zhi),因(yin)此根(gen)據1C折算的(de)(de)快充慢充也是(shi)一個(ge)相對值(zhi)。前面(mian)例子中提到的(de)(de)200mA充電電流對于1200mAH的(de)(de)電池(chi)來說是(shi)慢充,而(er)(er)對于700mAH的(de)(de)電池(chi)來說就是(shi)快充
