常見電動車智能充電器性能對照及檢測方法
一、電(dian)動車智能(neng)(neng)充電(dian)器(qi)基本性能(neng)(neng)及參數:
1、定時功能:舉例:48V 10AH 電動車充電器為例;
起充電流>1.5A(±0.1A)以上,進入10±0.5h定時。
當電流降至(zhi)<1.5A(±0.1A)而大于1.1A(±0.1A)進入40±5min定(ding)時。
當電流降至<1.1A(±0.1A)而大于500mA時(shi)取消前一階段(duan)的40min定時(shi),進入新的40±5min定時(shi)。
當電(dian)流(liu)降(jiang)至<500mA而大于(yu)轉燈電(dian)流(liu)時(shi)取(qu)消前一階(jie)段(duan)的(de)40min定(ding)時(shi),進入(ru)新的(de)40±5min定(ding)時(shi)。
舉例:48V 10AH 電動車(che)充電器為(wei)例;
起充電流>2.0A(±0.1A)以上,進入10±0.5h定時。
當電(dian)流降至<2.0A(±0.1A)而大于1.5A(±0.1A)進入(ru)60±5min定時(shi)。
當(dang)電流降至<1.5A(±0.1A)而(er)大于1.0A(±0.1A)時取消前(qian)一階段的60min定時,進入新的60±5min定時。
當電(dian)流(liu)降至(zhi)<1.0A(±0.1A)而大于轉燈電(dian)流(liu)時取消前一階(jie)段的60min定時,進入(ru)新的60±5min定時。
2、過熱保護功能
由于外界溫度過高或者充電器充電環境通風不(bu)良(liang)導致溫升過高,變壓器溫度(du)達到100℃時,充電器輸出電流減為1.3A左右(20AH的降(jiang)至(zhi)1.8A)。
3、反(fan)(fan)接保護:輸出反(fan)(fan)接時,充電器無輸出,充電器燈(deng)亮綠(lv)(lv)燈(deng)10秒鐘后指示燈(deng)紅綠(lv)(lv)燈(deng)交替閃(shan)爍。
4、空載電壓:空載無輸出電壓。
二、電動車充電器保護功能檢測方法:
1、 充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)線接通(tong)(tong)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)儀檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)端(duan),按規定(ding)接通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)燈亮而無輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu),同(tong)時(shi)接入(ru)(ru)一只同(tong)極性(xing)的(de)普(pu)通(tong)(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)觸發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,此(ci)時(shi)儀器(qi)有顯示電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)正常輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)。檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)時(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不宜過低,48V充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)應大(da)于40V以防充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)由于負載過大(da)保護而中斷輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)逐漸降低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)逐漸升高直至轉(zhuan)態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)轉(zhuan)態(tai)時(shi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)轉(zhuan)態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),轉(zhuan)態(tai)前的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)最高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),轉(zhuan)態(tai)后(hou)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)轉(zhuan)態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)時(shi)應避免電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過低以防輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)中斷。
2、10小時定(ding)時功能檢測
將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)直接(jie)進入充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大(da)于1.5A(20AH的為2.0A)并保持(chi)大(da)于1.5A(20AH的為2.0A)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)(tai)下(xia),10小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)后充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)自動(dong)轉換(huan)(參考方法:先將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)調至(zhi)1.5A±0.1A電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)以上后切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),再重新(xin)接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)接(jie)入一只同極性(xing)的普通(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)作為觸(chu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),讓充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸(chu)發進入10小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)定時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)狀態(tai)(tai),不可由低電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)段(duan)調至(zhi)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)段(duan)測試(shi)。)
將充電器直(zhi)接(jie)進入(ru)小于1.5A(20AH的(de)為(wei)2.0A)并保持大(da)于1.1A(20AH的(de)為(wei)1.5A)充電狀態下,40min(20AH的(de)為(wei)60min)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)啟動(參(can)考方法:先將充電器電流(liu)調至1.5A~0.1A后(hou)切(qie)斷充電電源,再重新接(jie)通電源,同時(shi)接(jie)入(ru)一只同極性的(de)普通充電器作為(wei)觸(chu)發(fa)電源讓充電器觸(chu)發(fa)進入(ru)該(gai)40分(fen)鐘(20AH的(de)為(wei)60min)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)狀態,不可由低電流(liu)段(duan)調至大(da)電流(liu)段(duan)測試。)
將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)直接(jie)進(jin)(jin)入小于1.1A(20AH的為1.5A)并保持大(da)于500mA(20AH的為1.0A)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)下(xia),該40min定時(shi)啟動(dong)(參考方(fang)法:先將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)調(diao)至1.0A~0.1A后切斷充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,再(zai)重新接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,同時(shi)接(jie)入一(yi)只同極性的普通充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)作為觸(chu)(chu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源讓充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸(chu)(chu)發進(jin)(jin)入該40分鐘(zhong)(120AH的為60min)定時(shi)狀態(tai),不可由低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)段調(diao)至大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)段測試。)
將充電器直接進入電流為500mA(20AH的為1.0A)以下并保持大于轉換點充電狀態下,該40min(20AH的為60min)定時啟動(參考方法:先將充電器電流調至500mA~轉態電流后切斷充電電源,再重新接通電源,同時接入一只同極性的普通充電器作為觸發(fa)電(dian)源讓充(chong)電(dian)器觸發(fa)進入該(gai)40分鐘(zhong)定時狀態(tai)。)
