常見電動車智能充電器性能對照及檢測方法
一、電(dian)動車智能充電(dian)器基本性能及參(can)數(shu):
1、定時功能:舉例:48V 10AH 電動車充電器為例;
起充電(dian)流>1.5A(±0.1A)以上,進(jin)入10±0.5h定時。
當電流降至<1.5A(±0.1A)而大(da)于1.1A(±0.1A)進入(ru)40±5min定(ding)時。
當電流(liu)降至<1.1A(±0.1A)而(er)大于500mA時(shi)取消前一階段(duan)的40min定時(shi),進入(ru)新的40±5min定時(shi)。
當電流降至<500mA而(er)大于(yu)轉(zhuan)燈電流時取消前一階段的40min定(ding)時,進入新的40±5min定(ding)時。
舉(ju)例:48V 10AH 電(dian)動車充電(dian)器(qi)為例;
起充電流>2.0A(±0.1A)以上(shang),進入10±0.5h定(ding)時。
當電(dian)流降至<2.0A(±0.1A)而大于1.5A(±0.1A)進入60±5min定時。
當電流降(jiang)至<1.5A(±0.1A)而大于(yu)1.0A(±0.1A)時(shi)取(qu)消前一(yi)階(jie)段(duan)的60min定時(shi),進入新(xin)的60±5min定時(shi)。
當(dang)電流(liu)降至<1.0A(±0.1A)而(er)大于轉燈電流(liu)時取消前一階段的60min定(ding)(ding)時,進(jin)入新的60±5min定(ding)(ding)時。
2、過熱保護功能
由于外界溫度過高或者充電器充(chong)電(dian)環(huan)境通風不(bu)良導(dao)致溫升過高,變(bian)壓器溫度達(da)到(dao)100℃時,充(chong)電(dian)器輸出(chu)電(dian)流減為1.3A左右(20AH的降至1.8A)。
3、反接(jie)保護:輸出反接(jie)時,充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)無輸出,充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)燈亮綠燈10秒鐘后指示燈紅綠燈交替閃爍(shuo)。
4、空載電壓:空載無輸出(chu)電壓。
二、電動車充電器保護功能檢測方法:
1、 充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)線接(jie)通檢(jian)測(ce)儀檢(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)入端,按規定接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器燈亮(liang)而無(wu)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu),同時(shi)接(jie)入一(yi)只同極性(xing)的普(pu)通充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器作為觸(chu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,此時(shi)儀器有顯示電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器正常輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)。檢(jian)測(ce)時(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不宜過(guo)(guo)低(di),48V充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓應大(da)于(yu)(yu)40V以(yi)防充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器由于(yu)(yu)負載過(guo)(guo)大(da)保護而中斷輸(shu)出(chu)(chu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)逐漸降(jiang)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓逐漸升(sheng)高直至轉態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)轉態(tai)時(shi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為轉態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),轉態(tai)前的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為最高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,轉態(tai)后(hou)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為轉態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)檢(jian)測(ce)時(shi)應避(bi)免電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過(guo)(guo)低(di)以(yi)防輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)中斷。
2、10小時定時功能檢(jian)測
將充電(dian)器(qi)(qi)直(zhi)接(jie)進(jin)入充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)大于(yu)1.5A(20AH的為(wei)(wei)2.0A)并(bing)保持(chi)大于(yu)1.5A(20AH的為(wei)(wei)2.0A)充電(dian)狀(zhuang)態下,10小(xiao)時(shi)后充電(dian)器(qi)(qi)自(zi)動轉換(參考方法:先將充電(dian)器(qi)(qi)調至1.5A±0.1A電(dian)流(liu)以上后切斷(duan)電(dian)源,再(zai)重(zhong)新(xin)接(jie)通電(dian)源,同(tong)時(shi)接(jie)入一只(zhi)同(tong)極性的普通充電(dian)器(qi)(qi)作為(wei)(wei)觸發電(dian)源,讓充電(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸發進(jin)入10小(xiao)時(shi)定時(shi)狀(zhuang)態,不(bu)可(ke)由(you)低電(dian)流(liu)段調至大電(dian)流(liu)段測(ce)試。)
將充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)直接進入(ru)小于1.5A(20AH的為(wei)2.0A)并保持大于1.1A(20AH的為(wei)1.5A)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態下,40min(20AH的為(wei)60min)定(ding)時(shi)啟動(參考方法:先將充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)調(diao)至1.5A~0.1A后切(qie)斷充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),再重新接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),同時(shi)接入(ru)一只(zhi)同極性的普(pu)通充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)作為(wei)觸(chu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)讓充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸(chu)發進入(ru)該40分鐘(zhong)(20AH的為(wei)60min)定(ding)時(shi)狀(zhuang)態,不(bu)可由(you)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)段調(diao)至大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)段測(ce)試。)
將(jiang)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)直接(jie)進入(ru)小于1.1A(20AH的為1.5A)并(bing)保持大于500mA(20AH的為1.0A)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)下(xia),該(gai)(gai)40min定(ding)時(shi)(shi)啟動(參考方法:先將(jiang)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)調至(zhi)1.0A~0.1A后切斷充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源,再重新接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源,同時(shi)(shi)接(jie)入(ru)一只同極性的普(pu)通(tong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)作為觸發電(dian)(dian)源讓充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸發進入(ru)該(gai)(gai)40分(fen)鐘(zhong)(120AH的為60min)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)狀態(tai),不可由低(di)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)段調至(zhi)大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)段測試。)
將充電器直接進入電流為500mA(20AH的為1.0A)以下并保持大于轉換點充電狀態下,該40min(20AH的為60min)定時啟動(參考方法:先將充電器電流調至500mA~轉態電流后切斷充電電源,再重新接通電源,同時接入一只同極性的普通充電器作為觸發電(dian)源(yuan)讓充電(dian)器(qi)觸發進(jin)入該40分(fen)鐘定(ding)時狀態。)
