常見電動車智能充電器性能對照及檢測方法

一、電(dian)動(dong)車(che)智能充電(dian)器基(ji)本性能及參數:

1、定時功能:舉例:48V 10AH 電動車充電器為例;

  起充電(dian)流>1.5A(±0.1A)以上,進入(ru)10±0.5h定時。

  當電(dian)流降(jiang)至(zhi)<1.5A(±0.1A)而大(da)于1.1A(±0.1A)進入40±5min定(ding)時。

  當(dang)電流降至<1.1A(±0.1A)而大于500mA時取消前一階段的40min定時,進入(ru)新的40±5min定時。

  當電流(liu)降至<500mA而(er)大于(yu)轉燈(deng)電流(liu)時取(qu)消前一階段的40min定時,進入新(xin)的40±5min定時。

  舉例:48V 10AH 電動車充(chong)電器(qi)為例;

起(qi)充電流>2.0A(±0.1A)以上(shang),進(jin)入10±0.5h定時。

  當電流降至<2.0A(±0.1A)而大(da)于(yu)1.5A(±0.1A)進入60±5min定(ding)時。

  當(dang)電流(liu)降至<1.5A(±0.1A)而(er)大于1.0A(±0.1A)時(shi)取(qu)消前一階(jie)段的60min定時(shi),進入新的60±5min定時(shi)。

  當電(dian)(dian)流降(jiang)至<1.0A(±0.1A)而大于(yu)轉燈電(dian)(dian)流時取消前(qian)一(yi)階段(duan)的60min定時,進(jin)入新(xin)的60±5min定時。

2、過熱保護功能

  由于外界溫度過高或者充電器充電(dian)環境通風不良(liang)導(dao)致溫升過高,變(bian)壓器(qi)溫度達到100℃時(shi),充電(dian)器(qi)輸出電(dian)流減為1.3A左右(20AH的(de)降至(zhi)1.8A)。

3、反(fan)(fan)接(jie)保護:輸出反(fan)(fan)接(jie)時,充電器無(wu)輸出,充電器燈(deng)(deng)(deng)亮(liang)綠燈(deng)(deng)(deng)10秒鐘(zhong)后指示燈(deng)(deng)(deng)紅綠燈(deng)(deng)(deng)交替閃(shan)爍。

4、空(kong)載(zai)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya):空(kong)載(zai)無輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

    二、電動車充電器保護功能檢測方法:

1、  充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)線接通檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)儀(yi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)輸入端,按規定(ding)接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)燈亮而(er)無(wu)輸出(chu),同時(shi)(shi)接入一只同極性的(de)(de)普通充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)作為觸發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,此時(shi)(shi)儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)有顯示(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)正(zheng)常(chang)輸出(chu)。檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)時(shi)(shi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不宜過(guo)低,48V充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)應(ying)大于40V以防充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)由于負載過(guo)大保護而(er)中斷輸出(chu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)逐(zhu)漸(jian)降低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)逐(zhu)漸(jian)升高直(zhi)至轉(zhuan)(zhuan)態電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)態時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為轉(zhuan)(zhuan)態電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)態前的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為最高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)態后的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為轉(zhuan)(zhuan)態電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)時(shi)(shi)應(ying)避免(mian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過(guo)低以防輸出(chu)中斷。

2、10小時(shi)(shi)定時(shi)(shi)功能(neng)檢測

  將充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器直接進入充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大(da)于1.5A(20AH的(de)為2.0A)并保(bao)持大(da)于1.5A(20AH的(de)為2.0A)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態下,10小時后充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器自動轉換(huan)(參考方法:先將充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器調至1.5A±0.1A電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)以上后切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),再重新接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),同時接入一只同極性的(de)普通充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器作為觸發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),讓充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器觸發進入10小時定時狀(zhuang)態,不可由低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)段(duan)調至大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)段(duan)測試。)

將(jiang)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器直接進(jin)入小于(yu)1.5A(20AH的為2.0A)并(bing)保持大于(yu)1.1A(20AH的為1.5A)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,40min(20AH的為60min)定時(shi)啟動(參考方法:先(xian)將(jiang)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)流調(diao)至1.5A~0.1A后切斷(duan)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源,再重(zhong)新接通電(dian)(dian)源,同時(shi)接入一只(zhi)同極性的普通充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器作為觸發電(dian)(dian)源讓充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器觸發進(jin)入該40分鐘(20AH的為60min)定時(shi)狀(zhuang)態(tai),不可由低電(dian)(dian)流段調(diao)至大電(dian)(dian)流段測試。)

將充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器直接進入(ru)小(xiao)于1.1A(20AH的為(wei)1.5A)并保持(chi)大(da)于500mA(20AH的為(wei)1.0A)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)下,該40min定時啟動(dong)(參考方法(fa):先將充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)流調至(zhi)1.0A~0.1A后(hou)切(qie)斷充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,再重新接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,同時接入(ru)一(yi)只同極性(xing)的普(pu)通充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器作為(wei)觸發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源讓充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器觸發(fa)(fa)進入(ru)該40分鐘(120AH的為(wei)60min)定時狀態(tai),不可由低電(dian)(dian)(dian)流段調至(zhi)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流段測試。)

將充電器直接進入電流為500mA(20AH的為1.0A)以下并保持大于轉換點充電狀態下,該40min(20AH的為60min)定時啟動(參考方法:先將充電器電流調至500mA~轉態電流后切斷充電電源,再重新接通電源,同時接入一只同極性的普通充電器作(zuo)為觸(chu)發電源讓充電器觸(chu)發進入該40分鐘定時狀態。)
