用鉛酸蓄電池充電器給鋰電池充電了,會有什么影響嗎?
危險(xian),一(yi)般不(bu)(bu)建議這樣(yang)用(yong),雖然沒(mei)有脈沖功能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電器,理(li)論是可以(yi)給鋰(li)電池充(chong)電的(de)(de)(de)(de),但是依然可能(neng)會傷害鋰(li)電池,雖然鋰(li)電池有保護(hu)板(ban),理(li)論過充(chong)或(huo)者過放時(shi)(shi)候(hou)能(neng)起到(dao)保護(hu)作用(yong),如果充(chong)電時(shi)(shi)經常觸發(fa)過充(chong)保護(hu)電壓(ya),那(nei)(nei)這個充(chong)電器的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出電壓(ya)設置(zhi)就不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)確。發(fa)生這樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現象后(hou),那(nei)(nei)落(luo)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電池永(yong)遠落(luo)后(hou)。有保護(hu)板(ban)也盡量不(bu)(bu)要高(gao)。因為電池在電池盒里使用(yong),平時(shi)(shi)是看不(bu)(bu)到(dao)電池的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)致性狀態的(de)(de)(de)(de),不(bu)(bu)知什么時(shi)(shi)候(hou),萬一(yi)它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)致性出問(wen)題了(le)(le),這時(shi)(shi)電壓(ya)又高(gao)了(le)(le)幾(ji)V。那(nei)(nei)電池就要倒(dao)大(da)霉了(le)(le)。
實際上,鉛酸蓄電池充電器為(wei)了克服(fu)鉛(qian)酸的大內阻,在恒(heng)(heng)流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時把充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)提高(gao)了5%左右(you),也就是(shi)說就是(shi)你選用了一樣電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器,給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)供電(dian)(dian)時候,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)會高(gao)出來(lai)一點的,因為(wei)鉛(qian)酸的內阻大,恒(heng)(heng)流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)為(wei)了達到(dao)效率都是(shi)在恒(heng)(heng)流時把恒(heng)(heng)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升高(gao),這樣對鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)是(shi)很(hen)不利(li)的。

主要(yao)是鉛酸(suan)電池充(chong)(chong)電過程中有二個電壓(ya)(ya)點會析(xi)(xi)氫和析(xi)(xi)氧,析(xi)(xi)氧電壓(ya)(ya)點為13.8V,析(xi)(xi)氫電壓(ya)(ya)點為14.7V,所(suo)以鉛酸(suan)充(chong)(chong)電器的高恒壓(ya)(ya)定在(zai)14.7V*塊數(shu)(shu);低恒壓(ya)(ya)(浮(fu)充(chong)(chong)電壓(ya)(ya))定在(zai)13.8V*塊數(shu)(shu)。

鋰(li)電池保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)電壓(ya)點如果是4.2V,那放心使用(yong),無非就不要恒壓(ya)而已充電,但普通的(de)保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)啟(qi)動電壓(ya)時(shi)4.25V,加上+/-0.035V的(de)誤差,不是很(hen)安全吧? 18650可能(neng)(neng)沒(mei)多大事(shi),鋁殼大單體難說了,很(hen)多鋰(li)電池使用(yong)的(de)是正常普通的(de)保(bao)護(hu)板(ban),保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)截止保(bao)護(hu)電壓(ya)4.25V ,所(suo)以這個保(bao)護(hu)在關鍵時(shi)候(hou)可能(neng)(neng)會起不到作用(yong)。

鋰電(dian)(dian)池內阻(zu)小,比(bi)如13串鋰電(dian)(dian)池也就是48伏,截止電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)要控(kong)制在(zai)54.6伏因為,而鉛酸電(dian)(dian)池恒流截止電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是57.9伏,高出(chu)幾伏了。
當然,鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)如果改進一下(xia)是可以(yi)給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de),比如去掉低恒(heng)壓階段電(dian)(dian)(dian)路和(he)脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,是可以(yi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)。如果你如果觀察(cha)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)曲線,可以(yi)發現在恒(heng)流階段充(chong)(chong)(chong)入(ru)約為96%的(de)(de)總容量(liang);恒(heng)壓減流階段只(zhi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)入(ru)4%的(de)(de)容量(liang),如果轉燈(deng)就拔時,那鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)已經(jing)充(chong)(chong)(chong)入(ru)了(le)99.5%的(de)(de)容量(liang)了(le)。所以(yi)鉛酸(suan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器充(chong)(chong)(chong)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian),也(ye)就是少(shao)了(le)最后的(de)(de)均衡和(he)浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)那0.5%的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)而(er)已。將鉛充(chong)(chong)(chong)的(de)(de)高(gao)低恒(heng)壓都低調點,就都可以(yi)給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)了(le),只(zhi)不過充(chong)(chong)(chong)不滿(man)而(er)已。不過鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)又不會硫化,充(chong)(chong)(chong)不滿(man)就充(chong)(chong)(chong)不滿(man)吧,又不影響使用(yong)(yong),壽命還會延長呀。

還(huan)有一個方法,打開外殼,把三極管C極串(chuan)聯那個電阻阻值提升10倍,恒(heng)流只(zhi)提升0.5%電壓,再調(diao)節下恒(heng)壓點,盡量做到每一個電池電壓均衡到4.18V左右為(wei)好。
