鋰電池充電器LCD電量顯示

   思旺電子開發出一款為鋰電池充電器 (萬能充/座充)設計的配套LCD/LED驅動電路SE9120,在顯示電池電量的同時還能顯示充電進度和電池(chi)充(chong)飽狀態。下(xia)文將(jiang)重點介(jie)紹SE9120的主要技術(shu)特點。

  SE9120主要功能

  SE9120主要功能包括電池電量檢測及充電進度顯示功能,能夠通過電路內部自動判斷電池極性,自動切換到電池正確的極性,解決用戶在裝載電池時需要人工判斷電池極性的問題。在檢測電池極性的同時,SE9120能夠檢測電池的電量,同時SE9120是第一款創新的用4位分段顯示的方法,驅動4柱LCD屏,使用戶可以查看電池電量的集成電路。

  SE9120是一款(kuan)高智能(neng)的(de)數(shu)模混(hun)合(he)電(dian)(dian)路(lu),該芯片(pian)采用數(shu)模混(hun)合(he)方式,通過4位柱狀(zhuang)顯示(shi)LCD屏(ping)或(huo)LED屏(ping),在顯示(shi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)的(de)同(tong)時還能(neng)顯示(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)進度(du)和(he)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)飽(bao)狀(zhuang)態。SE9120的(de)內部結構如(ru)圖1所示(shi)。主要(yao)包括五(wu)大功能(neng)模塊:基準電(dian)(dian)壓單元(yuan);電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)檢(jian)測單元(yuan);顯示(shi)邏(luo)輯單元(yuan);LCD驅動(dong)(dong)單元(yuan);LED背光(guang)驅動(dong)(dong)單元(yuan)。

  電池電量檢測(ce)單(dan)元

  SE9120通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)檢測(ce)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)中的(de)(de)B1電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)信(xin)息單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),探測(ce)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)兩端的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)極性(xing),然后自(zi)動轉(zhuan)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)極性(xing),并將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓傳送給(gei)(gei)B2模數轉(zhuan)換單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),然后模數控制單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)將(jiang)這個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)的(de)(de)信(xin)號(hao),與(yu)內(nei)建精準(zhun)的(de)(de)基準(zhun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)提(ti)供的(de)(de)參考電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓進行比(bi)較(jiao),從而將(jiang)模擬的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao),轉(zhuan)換為數字信(xin)號(hao),提(ti)供給(gei)(gei)后級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路。

  阻抗(kang)跟(gen)蹤(zong)(zong)(IT)技(ji)術非常(chang)獨特,比現有(you)解(jie)決方案更(geng)為精確,原(yuan)因是(shi)該技(ji)術具有(you)的(de)自學(xue)習機制能(neng)解(jie)決導(dao)致電(dian)池阻抗(kang)及空載條件下化(hua)(hua)學(xue)全(quan)容量(QMAX)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)(hua)的(de)老化(hua)(hua)問(wen)題。阻抗(kang)跟(gen)蹤(zong)(zong)技(ji)術使(shi)(shi)用(yong)動態模擬算法(fa)學(xue)習并跟(gen)蹤(zong)(zong)電(dian)池特性,即在電(dian)池實際使(shi)(shi)用(yong)過程(cheng)中,先測量阻抗(kang)及容量值,然后跟(gen)蹤(zong)(zong)其變(bian)化(hua)(hua)。使(shi)(shi)用(yong)該算法(fa)則無需定期進行完整周(zhou)期容量校(xiao)正。

  利用電(dian)(dian)池(chi)阻抗知識,能夠實現精確的(de)負載(zai)及溫度補(bu)償。最(zui)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)是,通過對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)參數(shu)的(de)動態學習,該測量(liang)法在(zai)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)整(zheng)個使用壽命內(nei)都能對(dui)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)進行精確的(de)測量(liang)。與單獨使用庫侖計數(shu)法或(huo)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓相關法相比,阻抗跟蹤(zong)技術在(zai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)剩余容量(liang)方(fang)面更加出色。

  顯示邏輯單元

  顯(xian)示邏輯單(dan)元(yuan)是整個電(dian)路(lu)的(de)核心單(dan)元(yuan),該(gai)單(dan)元(yuan)需要(yao)將(jiang)前級輸送的(de)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)量(liang)信息和其他檢測信號進行邏輯判(pan)斷,顯(xian)示邏輯單(dan)元(yuan)又包(bao)括(kuo)以(yi)下(xia)幾個重(zhong)要(yao)組成(cheng)部分:C1-振蕩器(qi);C2-頻(pin)率選(xuan)擇單(dan)元(yuan);C3-電(dian)池(chi)短路(lu)檢測;C4-電(dian)源電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓比較單(dan)元(yuan);C5-電(dian)池(chi)充飽檢測。

  其中,振蕩器單(dan)元為整個(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)振蕩信號,由于(yu)(yu)LCD需(xu)要用(yong)開關信號控制(zhi)(zhi),所以振蕩器不僅為LCD提(ti)供(gong)基(ji)準(zhun)的開關信號,還作為邏輯(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)信號控制(zhi)(zhi)LCD的亮暗。頻率選擇單(dan)元將振蕩器輸入的信號進行整合,實現電池電量(liang)分段顯示的功(gong)能(neng):Vbat<3.7V,能(neng)量(liang)低于(yu)(yu)40%,LCD顯示屏(ping)四(si)個(ge)(ge)格全(quan)滅;3.7V4.0V,能(neng)量(liang)約為100%,LCD顯示屏(ping)四(si)個(ge)(ge)格全(quan)亮。

  本(ben)方(fang)案采用變頻技術(shu),在顯(xian)示充電進度時(shi),每當(dang)一個(ge)bar停止閃(shan)(shan)爍時(shi),對還(huan)在閃(shan)(shan)爍的其他bar調整頻率。當(dang)只剩下一個(ge)bar閃(shan)(shan)爍時(shi),閃(shan)(shan)爍占(zhan)空比為50%.

  電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓比較單(dan)元通(tong)過比較電(dian)(dian)源與(yu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的電(dian)(dian)壓,判斷充電(dian)(dian)器是(shi)處在只(zhi)接電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的狀態(tai)還(huan)是(shi)充電(dian)(dian)狀態(tai),當只(zhi)接電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的狀態(tai)時,SE9120分段顯示(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)量。在充電(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)下,SE9120會(hui)控制LCD滾(gun)(gun)動顯示(shi)(shi)。具體分為以下幾種情況(kuang):Vbat<3.7V,能量低(di)于40%,LCD四格(ge)滾(gun)(gun)動顯示(shi)(shi);

  3.7V4.0V且C5電(dian)池充飽檢(jian)測單元檢(jian)測到電(dian)池已(yi)經充滿,能量約為100%,LCD顯示屏四個(ge)格全亮。

  LCD驅動單元

  該單元(yuan)不僅(jin)是給LCD屏一個驅(qu)動,此外,SE9120還解決了傳統方(fang)(fang)案中,通過單邊(bian)驅(qu)動LCD的方(fang)(fang)法導(dao)致(zhi)低電(dian)壓時(shi)LCD顯示亮(liang)度(du)(du)不足(zu)的問題。SE9120采(cai)用創(chuang)新的雙邊(bian)驅(qu)動LCD方(fang)(fang)法使得電(dian)壓較低時(shi)仍能夠保持較高的LCD亮(liang)度(du)(du)。

  LED背光驅動(dong)單元

  該單元智(zhi)能控制(zhi)LED背光功(gong)(gong)能,當只接電(dian)池時,可自動關閉LED藍色背光,因而(er)達到了省電(dian)的(de)功(gong)(gong)效,同(tong)時也減少了電(dian)池的(de)消耗(hao)。

  LED背光(guang)被(bei)用(yong)在(zai)(zai)小(xiao)巧(qiao)、廉價的(de)(de)(de)LCD面板上(shang)(shang)。他的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)通常(chang)是(shi)(shi)有(you)顏色(se)的(de)(de)(de),雖然(ran)白(bai)(bai)色(se)背光(guang)已經(jing)(jing)愈來(lai)愈普遍(bian)了。電光(guang)面板經(jing)(jing)常(chang)被(bei)使用(yong)在(zai)(zai)大型顯(xian)示上(shang)(shang),這時(shi)均(jun)勻的(de)(de)(de)背光(guang)是(shi)(shi)很重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)。電光(guang)面板需(xu)要(yao)經(jing)(jing)由(you)高壓的(de)(de)(de)交流電來(lai)驅動(dong),這部(bu)份由(you)反用(yong)換流器回路來(lai)提供。冷(leng)陰(yin)極管被(bei)用(yong)在(zai)(zai)像是(shi)(shi)電腦顯(xian)示器上(shang)(shang),顏色(se)上(shang)(shang)通常(chang)是(shi)(shi)白(bai)(bai)色(se)的(de)(de)(de),這同樣也需(xu)要(yao)反用(yong)換流器和散光(guang)器。白(bai)(bai)熾(chi)背光(guang)則在(zai)(zai)需(xu)要(yao)高亮(liang)度時(shi)被(bei)使用(yong),但是(shi)(shi)其缺點(dian)則是(shi)(shi)白(bai)(bai)熾(chi)燈(deng)泡的(de)(de)(de)壽命相當有(you)限,而(er)且會產生相當多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang)。
