  根據(ju)諾基亞公司的(de)預(yu)測,2008年(nian)全球手(shou)機(ji)銷售量(liang)將達12億部,比(bi)2007年(nian)增長10%。即(ji)使按照每(mei)部手(shou)機(ji)在(zai)出廠時(shi)只配一個鋰離子充(chong)電(dian)器(qi),該市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)的(de)需(xu)(xu)求也要12億個之多。根據(ju)市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)調(diao)研(yan)公司賽(sai)迪(di)顧(gu)問的(de)預(yu)測,2007年(nian)中國MP3銷量(liang)達到(dao)200多萬(wan)臺,與(yu)此同(tong)時(shi),MP4和MP5等(deng)新(xin)概念(nian)播放(fang)器(qi)也突(tu)破200萬(wan)臺,去年(nian)這兩個市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)總(zong)計需(xu)(xu)要400多萬(wan)個鋰離子充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)。

  記(ji)者了(le)解(jie)到,目(mu)前中國(guo)(guo)是(shi)全球鋰離子(zi)(zi)(zi)充電器最大的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產地(di),去年(nian)共計生(sheng)(sheng)產了(le)5億(yi)個(ge)充電器,其中1億(yi)多個(ge)銷售(shou)在國(guo)(guo)內(nei),其余都銷往國(guo)(guo)外。而內(nei)地(di)市場(chang)上有超(chao)過幾百家的(de)鋰離子(zi)(zi)(zi)充電器制造商(shang)(shang),其中大多數為中小型企(qi)業,平均每家廠商(shang)(shang)的(de)月產能在幾十萬(wan)個(ge)以上,廣(guang)東省聚集了(le)最多的(de)鋰離子(zi)(zi)(zi)充電器制造商(shang)(shang)。

  在鋰(li)離子(zi)(zi)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產品中,手(shou)機(ji)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)市場上的(de)(de)主(zhu)流產品。崧順國(guo)際有限公司研發(fa)部技(ji)術總(zong)監喻(yu)德茂向《中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)報(bao)》記(ji)者介(jie)紹說,今年(nian)他們(men)公司主(zhu)要設計(ji)生產手(shou)機(ji)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)以及PDA、MP4、隨身充等一些特(te)殊的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。而東(dong)莞市石(shi)龍富華電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)有限公司開發(fa)中心(xin)經理(li)林俊容則介(jie)紹說,今年(nian)他們(men)設計(ji)的(de)(de)手(shou)機(ji)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)中,主(zhu)要是(shi)5V充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi),充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流在500mA-800mA之間,這些產品的(de)(de)特(te)色包括:安全,環保,節能,通用。

  充電器要符合安全(quan)環(huan)保(bao)法規

  雖(sui)然鋰(li)離子(zi)(zi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器市場被看好,但鋰(li)離子(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)對充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)非常(chang)苛刻,要(yao)設計生產鋰(li)離子(zi)(zi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,需要(yao)滿足(zu)幾大要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。其中,基(ji)本要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)是充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時要(yao)保持特定的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流和充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),即恒(heng)流恒(heng)壓(ya)方式,這才能保證電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的安全充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。而(er)且(qie),為有(you)效利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量,需將鋰(li)離子(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)至最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),但是過壓(ya)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)會造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)損壞,這就(jiu)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)過壓(ya)保護。

  另(ling)外,鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)還增加了其(qi)他(ta)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)輔助功(gong)能,目(mu)的(de)(de)是為(wei)了改善電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)壽命(ming),簡化充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)操(cao)作,其(qi)中包括給過放電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使用涓(juan)流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)檢測,輸入電(dian)(dian)流(liu)限制(zhi),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)完成后(hou)關(guan)斷充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)部(bu)(bu)分放電(dian)(dian)后(hou)自(zi)動啟動充(chong)電(dian)(dian)等。這些所有及部(bu)(bu)分功(gong)能都可(ke)(ke)以在(zai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)片中實現,當然,也可(ke)(ke)利用ASIC(專用集成電(dian)(dian)路)、分立器(qi)件或在(zai)微(wei)處理器(qi)的(de)(de)基礎上(shang)用軟(ruan)件實現。

  而最近幾年,解決鋰離子充(chong)電器的靜態能耗問題也逐(zhu)步(bu)成為充(chong)電器設計過程(cheng)中的一個重要環節。

  總體來說,鋰離子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器在(zai)設計過程中在(zai)安全、環保和能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)(hao)上(shang)必需滿(man)足(zu)不(bu)同的(de)國(guo)際(ji)和國(guo)內標準。東莞市(shi)石(shi)龍富華(hua)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)有(you)限公(gong)司開(kai)發中心(xin)經理(li)林俊容向《中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)報》記者介紹說,在(zai)安全方面,鋰離子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器要(yao)(yao)(yao)滿(man)足(zu)國(guo)內3C/GB4943的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu),要(yao)(yao)(yao)取得3C認(ren)證和TLC認(ren)證,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)滿(man)足(zu)YD1591規定,出口則要(yao)(yao)(yao)完全符合(he)(he)國(guo)際(ji)上(shang)IEC60950的(de)安全規定和要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu);在(zai)環保方面,鋰離子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器要(yao)(yao)(yao)符合(he)(he)《電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)信息產品污染控制管理(li)辦法》,或要(yao)(yao)(yao)符合(he)(he)國(guo)際(ji)的(de)RoHS要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu);在(zai)能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)(hao)方面,鋰離子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器要(yao)(yao)(yao)滿(man)足(zu)YD/T1591中關于效率(lv)與(yu)無負(fu)載能(neng)(neng)(neng)量消耗(hao)(hao)方面的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu),或國(guo)際(ji)上(shang)的(de)CEC(加(jia)州能(neng)(neng)(neng)源委員會(hui))及能(neng)(neng)(neng)源之星(EnergySTar)的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)。

  芯片勝在性價比

  在鋰(li)離子充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)芯片(pian)在系(xi)統設計中(zhong)扮演(yan)著重(zhong)要的(de)(de)角色。它(ta)是(shi)控制鋰(li)離子充電(dian)(dian)狀態的(de)(de)功率器(qi)件。目前(qian),市場上主流的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)芯片(pian)包(bao)括技(ji)領半(ban)導體(ACT)、美國超捷半(ban)導體(PI)、意法半(ban)導體(ST)、飛思卡爾(er)(Freescale)、昂寶(OB)及懷格(ge)有限公(gong)司(IW)等廠(chang)家的(de)(de)芯片(pian)。

  在這些(xie)主流芯片(pian)(pian)中(zhong)(zhong),ACT的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯片(pian)(pian)單價最低,各種性能都達到了廠(chang)(chang)家的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求,因(yin)此市場也(ye)最火。去年ACT銷售了1億多個(ge)鋰(li)離(li)子充(chong)電器(qi)芯片(pian)(pian),中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)離(li)子充(chong)電器(qi)廠(chang)(chang)商基(ji)本(ben)都有(you)基(ji)于(yu)ACT芯片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電器(qi)產(chan)品(pin)系列。此外,PI和ST的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)在市場上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)占有(you)率也(ye)非(fei)常(chang)高。其中(zhong)(zhong),PI的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)性能非(fei)常(chang)好,但價格(ge)也(ye)非(fei)常(chang)貴,以前,外資鋰(li)離(li)子充(chong)電器(qi)廠(chang)(chang)商大(da)多都采用PI的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯片(pian)(pian)。而市場上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主流產(chan)品(pin)型號包(bao)括(kuo)ACT的(de)(de)(de)(de)ACT30和ACT35、ST的(de)(de)(de)(de)VIPER12系列、PI的(de)(de)(de)(de)LNK系列及昂寶(bao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)OB系列。

  崧順國(guo)際有(you)限公司(si)研(yan)發部技術總監喻德茂向記(ji)者介(jie)紹說,鋰離(li)子(zi)充電(dian)器(qi)企業在(zai)選(xuan)擇芯片(pian)(pian)時(shi),要考慮芯片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)性能穩定度,是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)便于設計(ji)生產(chan),價格(ge)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)優(you)惠,是(shi)(shi)(shi)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)能夠滿足CEC及Energystar等相(xiang)關(guan)要求。而東莞市石龍富華(hua)電(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公司(si)開發中心經理林俊(jun)容表示(shi),他們(men)在(zai)選(xuan)擇時(shi)考慮的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)成本和品質(zhi)的(de)(de)綜合比較,也就是(shi)(shi)(shi)性價比上的(de)(de)考慮。

  而充電器芯片廠商主要在安全性,像控制精度、熱處理等方面改善設計。像飛思卡爾日前推出了一系列鋰離子電池充電器集成電路產品MC34671、MC34673和MC34674,具有高精確度和高集成度。電池充電器集成電路可以在整個溫度范圍內提供±0.4%的輸出電壓精確度和±5%的充電電流精確度。這些電池充電器集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)為(wei)單個鋰離子(zi)或鋰聚合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池提(ti)供高達(da)1.2A的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。高輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓功(gong)能(最高達(da)28V)是專為(wei)消除(chu)手持(chi)器件所(suo)需的(de)(de)外部輸(shu)入過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)需要而設計的(de)(de),有助于降低系統成(cheng)本(ben)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)板空(kong)間。

  而與此(ci)同時,Maxim(美信)也推出MAX8814首款額定28V的單輸入充(chong)電器(qi)(qi),可(ke)以承受高達28V的輸入瞬態變化(hua)。該器(qi)(qi)件通過(guo)集成(cheng)MAXIM專(zhuan)有的溫度及恒流恒壓(CCCV)調節電路,可(ke)以避免快速充(chong)電過(guo)程中出現過(guo)熱,簡化(hua)了硬件設(she)計(ji)。

  此外,微芯等企業也都推出了新的鋰離子電池充電器芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)產(chan)品,而芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)企業在(zai)不斷提高產(chan)品性(xing)(xing)能、安全性(xing)(xing)和低功耗水平之外,降低成本(ben),提高性(xing)(xing)價比也是應該(gai)重點(dian)關(guan)注的。
