老電工10年發明智能充電器
智能充電器(上)與普通充電器相差無幾
10年前,外甥女給電(dian)(dian)動車電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)忘了(le)(le)時間,兩天兩夜后發現電(dian)(dian)池(chi)“流水”報(bao)廢。自那時起,做(zuo)了(le)(le)十幾年電(dian)(dian)工的(de)舅(jiu)舅(jiu)張建(jian)彬(bin)就將(jiang)此記在心頭。10年后的(de)今天,張建(jian)彬(bin)終于做(zuo)出較成熟的(de)智能充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器,只要電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器就把(ba)電(dian)(dian)流徹(che)底切斷,既避(bi)免了(le)(le)過(guo)量充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)對電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)損(sun)害(hai),又起到(dao)了(le)(le)節能效果。
“充(chong)電時間再長(chang)也不怕(pa)”
張建彬高中只讀(du)了半年,做(zuo)電工(gong)已(yi)有20多年。目前(qian),他在(zai)石家莊市(shi)計(ji)劃生(sheng)育技術服務中心做(zuo)電工(gong)技師。
56歲的張建彬從包里拿出智能充電器,個(ge)頭與一(yi)(yi)般充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)相差無幾。隨(sui)(sui)后,張(zhang)建彬隨(sui)(sui)手拿出一(yi)(yi)個(ge)普通(tong)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi),接上電(dian)(dian)源。“你(ni)看,正常的(de)情況下(xia),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)上的(de)綠燈亮了,說明電(dian)(dian)滿了不必(bi)再充(chong)了。”張(zhang)建彬又在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)上接了一(yi)(yi)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)壓表,指針一(yi)(yi)下(xia)子跳到“51伏”的(de)位置。“這(zhe)說明還(huan)有少(shao)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)流在輸(shu)送。”張(zhang)建彬說,如(ru)果不盡快拔掉電(dian)(dian)源,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)里的(de)電(dian)(dian)會過量(liang),最終損害(hai)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)壽命(ming)。
“再看看這個智能的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器,充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)了自動(dong)關閉電(dian)源,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)時間再長(chang)也不(bu)怕。”張建彬把智能的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器接上電(dian)源,又(you)(you)接上電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao),電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)一動(dong)不(bu)動(dong),之后(hou)又(you)(you)用兩(liang)根手(shou)指頭(tou)觸摸電(dian)路接頭(tou),“如果(guo)有電(dian),我手(shou)指頭(tou)就著了。”
多(duo)一(yi)部分(fen)電(dian)路控制電(dian)源
“其實就是比一般充電器多(duo)了一部分電路(lu),這(zhe)(zhe)部分電路(lu)能(neng)在電池(chi)電量飽(bao)和(he)后(hou)自動(dong)斷(duan)電。”張建彬說,“我琢磨了十(shi)年(nian)才做成,如果科學家想做這(zhe)(zhe)個,我估計(ji)就是幾天的事兒。”
在申請的說明書上記者看到介紹,稱此發明的目的是提供一種帶自動控制節能系統的智能充電器,實現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)滿后自動斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路設計利(li)用原有的(de)四(si)運放IC電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和比較,通過精密穩壓等反饋延(yan)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,實現(xian)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)到極限時(shi)主(zhu)動斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。這個智能充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器解決(jue)了蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池在無人(ren)看管(guan)的(de)情(qing)況下容易充(chong)(chong)鼓充(chong)(chong)爆的(de)問題。
潛(qian)心10年搞(gao)發明
說起為啥做智能充電器,張建彬介(jie)紹,大概在2000年,外甥女買了一輛電動(dong)自行(xing)車,有一次她給(gei)電池(chi)充電“充了兩天兩夜,電池(chi)流水了。”拿到修(xiu)車那,師傅(fu)看了看說“用不了,換一個吧。”自從那時起,張建彬對此(ci)事耿(geng)耿(geng)于(yu)懷,“鬧(nao)鐘都能自動(dong)響(xiang)鈴,充電器也(ye)就能自動(dong)斷電啊!”
當時(shi),他(ta)(ta)做智能充電(dian)器是(shi)心(xin)有(you)余力不足,畢竟自己(ji)學歷有(you)限,但他(ta)(ta)有(you)一(yi)股(gu)子犟脾氣(qi),知(zhi)難而上(shang)(shang)。起初他(ta)(ta)拆了不少鬧鐘,又拆了不少電(dian)子定時(shi)器材,琢磨里(li)面的(de)技術。不過,早(zao)幾年(nian)的(de)時(shi)候工(gong)作(zuo)忙,到了2008年(nian)他(ta)(ta)開始集中專研集成電(dian)路等(deng)方面的(de)知(zhi)識,“下(xia)班不回(hui)家(jia)(jia),蹲在自己(ji)的(de)辦公室里(li),看書、實(shi)驗。”張建彬(bin)說,后(hou)來(lai)癡(chi)迷(mi)到周末也(ye)不回(hui)家(jia)(jia),“老伴和(he)我(wo)(wo)斗氣(qi),叫我(wo)(wo)回(hui)家(jia)(jia)干活,我(wo)(wo)早(zao)上(shang)(shang)5點就起來(lai),把活兒干完就走,老伴就沒話說啦!”
為了(le)搞明白一點問題,張(zhang)建彬(bin)(bin)在2009年還(huan)去了(le)一趟北京(jing),“問了(le)問專家(jia),還(huan)找(zhao)來點必備的器材。”張(zhang)建彬(bin)(bin)說,如今他終于解決了(le)外甥女以(yi)(yi)前遇到的難(nan)題,“以(yi)(yi)后(hou)充電時(shi)間再長也不怕啦!”
