用鉛酸充電器給鋰電瓶充電的影響

 

 

  有點危險,一般不建議這樣用,雖然沒有脈沖功能的充電器,理論是可以(yi)給(gei)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de),但是依然可能會傷害(hai)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),雖(sui)然鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)有(you)保護(hu)板,理論過充或者(zhe)過放時(shi)候(hou)能起(qi)到(dao)保護(hu)作用(yong),如果充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)經常(chang)觸發過充保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,那(nei)這(zhe)個(ge)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓設置就(jiu)不(bu)正確。發生這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)現象后,那(nei)落后的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)永遠落后。有(you)保護(hu)板也盡量不(bu)要高。因(yin)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)盒里(li)使用(yong),平時(shi)是看(kan)不(bu)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)一致(zhi)性狀態的(de)(de)(de),不(bu)知(zhi)什么時(shi)候(hou),萬一它的(de)(de)(de)一致(zhi)性出問題(ti)了,這(zhe)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓又高了幾V。那(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)就(jiu)要倒大霉(mei)了,請關注:容濟點火器

 

實際上,鉛酸電池充電器為了(le)(le)克服(fu)鉛(qian)酸的(de)(de)大內阻,在(zai)恒流充電(dian)(dian)時把充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)提高了(le)(le)5%左(zuo)右,也就(jiu)是(shi)說(shuo)就(jiu)是(shi)你(ni)選用了(le)(le)一(yi)樣電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)充電(dian)(dian)器,給鋰電(dian)(dian)池供(gong)電(dian)(dian)時候,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)會高出來(lai)一(yi)點(dian)的(de)(de),因為鉛(qian)酸的(de)(de)內阻大,恒流充電(dian)(dian)為了(le)(le)達到效率(lv)都是(shi)在(zai)恒流時把恒壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升高,這(zhe)樣對鋰電(dian)(dian)池是(shi)很不利的(de)(de)。

 

主要是鉛(qian)酸電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)過(guo)程中有(you)二個電(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)(dian)會(hui)析(xi)(xi)氫和析(xi)(xi)氧(yang),析(xi)(xi)氧(yang)電(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)(dian)為13.8V,析(xi)(xi)氫電(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)(dian)為14.7V,所以(yi)鉛(qian)酸充(chong)電(dian)器的高恒壓(ya)定(ding)在(zai)14.7V*塊數;低(di)恒壓(ya)(浮充(chong)電(dian)壓(ya))定(ding)在(zai)13.8V*塊數。


鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓點如果是4.2V,那放心使用(yong),無非(fei)就不(bu)要恒壓而已充電(dian)(dian),但普(pu)(pu)通的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)啟動電(dian)(dian)壓時4.25V,加上+/-0.035V的(de)(de)誤差(cha),不(bu)是很(hen)安全吧? 18650可(ke)能沒多大(da)事,鋁殼大(da)單體難說了,很(hen)多鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池使用(yong)的(de)(de)是正(zheng)常普(pu)(pu)通的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban),保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)截止保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓4.25V ,所以這個保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)在(zai)關(guan)鍵(jian)時候可(ke)能會起不(bu)到作用(yong)。

 

鋰電池(chi)內阻小,比如13串(chuan)鋰電池(chi)也就是(shi)48伏(fu)(fu),截止電壓(ya)(ya)要控(kong)制在(zai)54.6伏(fu)(fu)因為,而鉛酸電池(chi)恒(heng)流(liu)截止電壓(ya)(ya)是(shi)57.9伏(fu)(fu),高出幾(ji)伏(fu)(fu)了。

 

當然,鉛酸電池如果改進一下是可以給鋰電池充電的,比如去掉低恒壓階段電路和脈沖電路,是可以用的。如果你如果觀察鋰電的充電曲線,可以發現在恒流階段充入約為96%的總容量;恒壓減流階段只充入4%的容量,如果轉燈就拔時,那鋰電已經充入了99.5%的容量了。所以鉛酸充電器充鋰電,也就(jiu)是少(shao)了(le)最后的(de)(de)均衡和浮充那0.5%的(de)(de)電量而已(yi)。將鉛充的(de)(de)高低(di)恒壓都低(di)調點,就(jiu)都可以給鋰(li)(li)電充電了(le),只不(bu)(bu)過充不(bu)(bu)滿(man)(man)(man)而已(yi)。不(bu)(bu)過鋰(li)(li)電又不(bu)(bu)會(hui)硫(liu)化,充不(bu)(bu)滿(man)(man)(man)就(jiu)充不(bu)(bu)滿(man)(man)(man)吧,又不(bu)(bu)影響使用,壽命還會(hui)延長呀(ya)。

 

還有一(yi)個(ge)方法(fa),打開(kai)外殼,把三極(ji)管C極(ji)串(chuan)聯那個(ge)電阻阻值提(ti)升10倍,恒流(liu)只提(ti)升0.5%電壓(ya),再調節下(xia)恒壓(ya)點,盡量(liang)做(zuo)到每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)電池電壓(ya)均衡到4.18V左(zuo)右為好。
