用鉛酸充電器給鋰電瓶充電的影響
有點危險,一般不建議這樣用,雖然沒有脈沖功能的充電器,理論(lun)是(shi)可以給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de),但是(shi)依然可能會(hui)傷害鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),雖然鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)有保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)板,理論(lun)過充(chong)或者過放時(shi)候(hou)能起到(dao)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用,如(ru)果(guo)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)經常觸(chu)發過充(chong)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,那(nei)(nei)這(zhe)個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓設置就不正確。發生(sheng)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)現象后(hou),那(nei)(nei)落(luo)后(hou)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)永遠落(luo)后(hou)。有保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)板也盡量(liang)不要(yao)高。因為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)盒里使用,平時(shi)是(shi)看不到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)一(yi)致(zhi)性狀態的(de)(de),不知什么時(shi)候(hou),萬(wan)一(yi)它的(de)(de)一(yi)致(zhi)性出(chu)問題了(le)(le),這(zhe)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓又高了(le)(le)幾(ji)V。那(nei)(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)就要(yao)倒大霉了(le)(le),請關注(zhu):容濟點火器
實際上,鉛酸電池充電器為(wei)了克服鉛酸的大內阻(zu),在(zai)恒(heng)流充電(dian)(dian)時(shi)把充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓提高了5%左右,也就是說就是你(ni)選用了一樣(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)壓充電(dian)(dian)器,給鋰電(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)時(shi)候(hou),電(dian)(dian)壓會(hui)高出來一點(dian)的,因為(wei)鉛酸的內阻(zu)大,恒(heng)流充電(dian)(dian)為(wei)了達到效率都是在(zai)恒(heng)流時(shi)把恒(heng)壓電(dian)(dian)壓升(sheng)高,這樣(yang)(yang)對鋰電(dian)(dian)池是很不利的。
主要是鉛酸電(dian)池充電(dian)過程中(zhong)有(you)二個電(dian)壓點(dian)會析氫和(he)析氧(yang),析氧(yang)電(dian)壓點(dian)為13.8V,析氫電(dian)壓點(dian)為14.7V,所以鉛酸充電(dian)器(qi)的高恒(heng)壓定(ding)在14.7V*塊數(shu)(shu);低(di)恒(heng)壓(浮充電(dian)壓)定(ding)在13.8V*塊數(shu)(shu)。
鋰電(dian)池(chi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板的(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護電(dian)壓(ya)點如果是4.2V,那放(fang)心使用,無非就(jiu)不要恒(heng)壓(ya)而已充(chong)電(dian),但普通(tong)的(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板啟動電(dian)壓(ya)時4.25V,加上(shang)+/-0.035V的(de)誤差,不是很(hen)安全吧? 18650可能沒多大事,鋁殼大單體難說(shuo)了(le),很(hen)多鋰電(dian)池(chi)使用的(de)是正常普通(tong)的(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板,保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板截止保(bao)(bao)(bao)護電(dian)壓(ya)4.25V ,所以這(zhe)個保(bao)(bao)(bao)護在關(guan)鍵時候可能會起不到(dao)作用。
鋰電(dian)池內(nei)阻小,比如13串鋰電(dian)池也就是48伏(fu)(fu),截止電(dian)壓要控制在(zai)54.6伏(fu)(fu)因為,而(er)鉛酸電(dian)池恒流截止電(dian)壓是57.9伏(fu)(fu),高出(chu)幾伏(fu)(fu)了。
當然,鉛酸電池如果改進一下是可以給鋰電池充電的,比如去掉低恒壓階段電路和脈沖電路,是可以用的。如果你如果觀察鋰電的充電曲線,可以發現在恒流階段充入約為96%的總容量;恒壓減流階段只充入4%的容量,如果轉燈就拔時,那鋰電已經充入了99.5%的容量了。所以鉛酸充電器充鋰電,也(ye)就(jiu)是少了(le)最后的均(jun)衡和(he)浮充那0.5%的電量而(er)已。將(jiang)鉛充的高低恒壓都(dou)低調點,就(jiu)都(dou)可以(yi)給鋰電充電了(le),只不(bu)過充不(bu)滿而(er)已。不(bu)過鋰電又不(bu)會(hui)硫化,充不(bu)滿就(jiu)充不(bu)滿吧,又不(bu)影響使用,壽命還會(hui)延長呀(ya)。
還有(you)一個(ge)(ge)(ge)方法,打開(kai)外殼(ke),把三(san)極(ji)管C極(ji)串聯那(nei)個(ge)(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)阻阻值(zhi)提升(sheng)10倍,恒流(liu)只提升(sheng)0.5%電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),再調(diao)節下恒壓(ya)點(dian),盡量做到每一個(ge)(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)均衡到4.18V左右為(wei)好。
