用鉛酸充電器給鋰電瓶充電的影響
有點危險,一般不建議這樣用,雖然沒有脈沖功能的充電器,理論是(shi)可以給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)的,但是(shi)依然可能(neng)會傷害鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),雖然鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)有(you)保(bao)護板,理論過(guo)充或者過(guo)放時(shi)候能(neng)起到(dao)保(bao)護作用(yong),如果充電(dian)(dian)時(shi)經常觸發過(guo)充保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),那(nei)(nei)這(zhe)個(ge)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)設置就不正確。發生(sheng)這(zhe)樣的現(xian)象后,那(nei)(nei)落后的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)永遠落后。有(you)保(bao)護板也盡量(liang)不要高(gao)。因為電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)盒里使用(yong),平時(shi)是(shi)看(kan)不到(dao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的一致(zhi)性(xing)狀態的,不知什么時(shi)候,萬一它的一致(zhi)性(xing)出(chu)(chu)問題了,這(zhe)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)又高(gao)了幾V。那(nei)(nei)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)就要倒大霉了,請關注:容濟點火器(qi)(qi)
實際上,鉛酸電池充電器為了克服鉛酸的(de)大內(nei)阻,在(zai)恒(heng)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時把充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)提(ti)高了5%左右(you),也就(jiu)是(shi)說就(jiu)是(shi)你選用了一樣電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器,給鋰電(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)時候,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)會高出來(lai)一點的(de),因為鉛酸的(de)內(nei)阻大,恒(heng)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)為了達到效率都是(shi)在(zai)恒(heng)流時把恒(heng)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升高,這樣對(dui)鋰電(dian)(dian)池是(shi)很不利的(de)。
主要是(shi)鉛酸電(dian)池充電(dian)過程中有二個電(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)(dian)會(hui)析(xi)氫和析(xi)氧,析(xi)氧電(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)(dian)為13.8V,析(xi)氫電(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)(dian)為14.7V,所以鉛酸充電(dian)器的(de)高恒壓(ya)定(ding)在14.7V*塊(kuai)數;低恒壓(ya)(浮充電(dian)壓(ya))定(ding)在13.8V*塊(kuai)數。
鋰電池保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電壓(ya)點如果是4.2V,那放(fang)心(xin)使(shi)用(yong),無(wu)非就不要恒(heng)壓(ya)而已(yi)充電,但普通的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板啟動電壓(ya)時4.25V,加(jia)上(shang)+/-0.035V的(de)(de)誤差,不是很安(an)全吧? 18650可能(neng)沒多大事,鋁(lv)殼大單體難說了,很多鋰電池使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)是正常普通的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板,保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板截止保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電壓(ya)4.25V ,所以(yi)這(zhe)個保(bao)(bao)護(hu)在關鍵時候可能(neng)會(hui)起不到作(zuo)用(yong)。
鋰電池內阻小,比如13串鋰電池也就(jiu)是48伏(fu)(fu),截止電壓要(yao)控制在54.6伏(fu)(fu)因為,而(er)鉛酸電池恒流截止電壓是57.9伏(fu)(fu),高出幾伏(fu)(fu)了(le)。
當然,鉛酸電池如果改進一下是可以給鋰電池充電的,比如去掉低恒壓階段電路和脈沖電路,是可以用的。如果你如果觀察鋰電的充電曲線,可以發現在恒流階段充入約為96%的總容量;恒壓減流階段只充入4%的容量,如果轉燈就拔時,那鋰電已經充入了99.5%的容量了。所以鉛酸充電器充鋰電,也就是少(shao)了(le)最后的均衡和(he)浮充那0.5%的電(dian)(dian)量而已(yi)。將鉛充的高低恒壓都低調點,就都可以給(gei)鋰電(dian)(dian)充電(dian)(dian)了(le),只不(bu)(bu)過充不(bu)(bu)滿而已(yi)。不(bu)(bu)過鋰電(dian)(dian)又不(bu)(bu)會硫化(hua),充不(bu)(bu)滿就充不(bu)(bu)滿吧,又不(bu)(bu)影響使用,壽命還會延長(chang)呀。
還(huan)有一(yi)個方法,打(da)開外(wai)殼,把三極管C極串聯那(nei)個電(dian)阻(zu)阻(zu)值提升10倍,恒流只提升0.5%電(dian)壓,再調節下恒壓點,盡量做到每一(yi)個電(dian)池電(dian)壓均衡到4.18V左右為好。
