用鉛酸充電器給鋰電瓶充電的影響

 

 

  有點危險,一般不建議這樣用,雖然沒有脈沖功能的充電器,理(li)論是(shi)可(ke)以給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de),但(dan)是(shi)依然可(ke)能(neng)會傷(shang)害鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),雖然鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)有(you)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板,理(li)論過(guo)充(chong)(chong)或者過(guo)放時(shi)(shi)候能(neng)起到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)作用(yong),如果充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)經常觸(chu)發過(guo)充(chong)(chong)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),那(nei)這(zhe)個充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)設置(zhi)就不正確。發生這(zhe)樣的(de)現象(xiang)后(hou)(hou),那(nei)落后(hou)(hou)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)永遠落后(hou)(hou)。有(you)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板也盡(jin)量不要高(gao)(gao)。因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)盒里(li)使用(yong),平時(shi)(shi)是(shi)看不到電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)一致性狀態(tai)的(de),不知什么時(shi)(shi)候,萬一它的(de)一致性出(chu)問題了,這(zhe)時(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)又高(gao)(gao)了幾V。那(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就要倒大霉了,請關注:容濟點火器

 

實際上,鉛酸電池充電器為了(le)(le)克服鉛酸(suan)的(de)大內阻,在恒流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時把充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)5%左右,也就是(shi)說(shuo)就是(shi)你選用(yong)了(le)(le)一(yi)樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時候,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)會高(gao)(gao)(gao)出(chu)來一(yi)點的(de),因為鉛酸(suan)的(de)內阻大,恒流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為了(le)(le)達到效率都是(shi)在恒流時把恒壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao),這樣對鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池是(shi)很不利(li)的(de)。

 

主(zhu)要是鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程中有二(er)個電(dian)(dian)壓點會析(xi)氫和析(xi)氧,析(xi)氧電(dian)(dian)壓點為13.8V,析(xi)氫電(dian)(dian)壓點為14.7V,所以鉛酸(suan)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)高恒壓定在14.7V*塊數(shu)(shu);低(di)恒壓(浮充(chong)電(dian)(dian)壓)定在13.8V*塊數(shu)(shu)。


鋰電(dian)(dian)池保(bao)護板(ban)的(de)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)壓點如果(guo)是4.2V,那放(fang)心使用,無非就不要恒壓而已充電(dian)(dian),但(dan)普(pu)通的(de)保(bao)護板(ban)啟動電(dian)(dian)壓時4.25V,加上+/-0.035V的(de)誤差,不是很(hen)安全吧? 18650可(ke)能沒(mei)多大事,鋁殼大單(dan)體難說(shuo)了,很(hen)多鋰電(dian)(dian)池使用的(de)是正常(chang)普(pu)通的(de)保(bao)護板(ban),保(bao)護板(ban)截止保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)壓4.25V ,所以這個保(bao)護在關鍵(jian)時候可(ke)能會起不到作用。

 

鋰電池內阻小,比如13串鋰電池也就是48伏(fu),截止電壓(ya)(ya)要控制在(zai)54.6伏(fu)因為,而鉛酸電池恒流(liu)截止電壓(ya)(ya)是57.9伏(fu),高出幾伏(fu)了(le)。

 

當然,鉛酸電池如果改進一下是可以給鋰電池充電的,比如去掉低恒壓階段電路和脈沖電路,是可以用的。如果你如果觀察鋰電的充電曲線,可以發現在恒流階段充入約為96%的總容量;恒壓減流階段只充入4%的容量,如果轉燈就拔時,那鋰電已經充入了99.5%的容量了。所以鉛酸充電器充鋰電,也就(jiu)(jiu)是少了(le)最后的(de)均衡和(he)浮充(chong)那0.5%的(de)電(dian)(dian)量而已(yi)。將(jiang)鉛充(chong)的(de)高(gao)低(di)(di)恒壓都低(di)(di)調點,就(jiu)(jiu)都可(ke)以給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)了(le),只不過充(chong)不滿(man)(man)而已(yi)。不過鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)又(you)不會硫化(hua),充(chong)不滿(man)(man)就(jiu)(jiu)充(chong)不滿(man)(man)吧,又(you)不影響使用,壽命還會延長呀。

 

還有(you)一個(ge)(ge)方法,打(da)開外(wai)殼,把三極管C極串聯(lian)那個(ge)(ge)電阻阻值提升10倍,恒流(liu)只提升0.5%電壓,再調節下恒壓點,盡量做到每一個(ge)(ge)電池電壓均(jun)衡到4.18V左右為好(hao)。
