用鉛酸充電器給鋰電瓶充電的影響

 

 

  有點危險,一般不建議這樣用,雖然沒有脈沖功能的充電器,理(li)(li)論(lun)是可以(yi)給鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de),但是依然可能會傷害鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),雖然鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)有保護板,理(li)(li)論(lun)過充或者過放時(shi)(shi)候能起到(dao)保護作用,如果充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)經常觸發過充保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),那這(zhe)個充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)設置就不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)確。發生這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)現象(xiang)后,那落后的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)永遠(yuan)落后。有保護板也盡量不(bu)(bu)要高。因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)盒里使用,平時(shi)(shi)是看(kan)不(bu)(bu)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)一致性(xing)狀(zhuang)態的(de),不(bu)(bu)知什么時(shi)(shi)候,萬(wan)一它的(de)一致性(xing)出問題了,這(zhe)時(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)又高了幾V。那電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)就要倒大(da)霉了,請關注(zhu):容濟點火器(qi)

 

實際上,鉛酸電池充電器為(wei)了(le)克服鉛(qian)(qian)酸的(de)大(da)內阻,在恒流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時把充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓提高了(le)5%左右,也就是說就是你選(xuan)用(yong)了(le)一(yi)樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時候,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓會高出(chu)來一(yi)點的(de),因(yin)為(wei)鉛(qian)(qian)酸的(de)內阻大(da),恒流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)了(le)達到效率都是在恒流時把恒壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓升高,這樣對(dui)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)是很不利的(de)。

 

主要是鉛酸電(dian)池充電(dian)過(guo)程中(zhong)有二個電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)點(dian)會析(xi)氫(qing)和析(xi)氧(yang),析(xi)氧(yang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)點(dian)為13.8V,析(xi)氫(qing)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)點(dian)為14.7V,所以(yi)鉛酸充電(dian)器(qi)的(de)高恒壓(ya)(ya)定(ding)在14.7V*塊數;低恒壓(ya)(ya)(浮(fu)充電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))定(ding)在13.8V*塊數。


鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池保(bao)護板(ban)(ban)的保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)壓點如果是(shi)4.2V,那放心使用(yong),無非就不(bu)要恒壓而已充(chong)電(dian)(dian),但普通的保(bao)護板(ban)(ban)啟動電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi)4.25V,加上+/-0.035V的誤差,不(bu)是(shi)很安全吧? 18650可能(neng)沒多大(da)事,鋁(lv)殼大(da)單體難說了(le),很多鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池使用(yong)的是(shi)正常普通的保(bao)護板(ban)(ban),保(bao)護板(ban)(ban)截(jie)止保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)壓4.25V ,所以(yi)這個保(bao)護在關鍵(jian)時(shi)候可能(neng)會起不(bu)到(dao)作用(yong)。

 

鋰電(dian)池(chi)內(nei)阻小,比如(ru)13串鋰電(dian)池(chi)也就是48伏(fu),截止(zhi)電(dian)壓(ya)要控制在54.6伏(fu)因(yin)為,而鉛酸電(dian)池(chi)恒流(liu)截止(zhi)電(dian)壓(ya)是57.9伏(fu),高出幾伏(fu)了。

 

當然,鉛酸電池如果改進一下是可以給鋰電池充電的,比如去掉低恒壓階段電路和脈沖電路,是可以用的。如果你如果觀察鋰電的充電曲線,可以發現在恒流階段充入約為96%的總容量;恒壓減流階段只充入4%的容量,如果轉燈就拔時,那鋰電已經充入了99.5%的容量了。所以鉛酸充電器充鋰電,也就(jiu)是少了(le)最后的均(jun)衡和浮充(chong)那0.5%的電(dian)量而(er)已。將鉛充(chong)的高低恒壓都低調點(dian),就(jiu)都可以給鋰(li)電(dian)充(chong)電(dian)了(le),只不(bu)(bu)過充(chong)不(bu)(bu)滿(man)而(er)已。不(bu)(bu)過鋰(li)電(dian)又不(bu)(bu)會硫化(hua),充(chong)不(bu)(bu)滿(man)就(jiu)充(chong)不(bu)(bu)滿(man)吧,又不(bu)(bu)影(ying)響使用,壽命還會延長呀。

 

還(huan)有一(yi)個方法,打開外(wai)殼,把三極(ji)管C極(ji)串(chuan)聯那個電(dian)阻阻值(zhi)提(ti)升10倍,恒(heng)流(liu)只提(ti)升0.5%電(dian)壓,再調節下(xia)恒(heng)壓點,盡(jin)量做到(dao)每(mei)一(yi)個電(dian)池電(dian)壓均衡到(dao)4.18V左右(you)為好。
