用鉛酸充電器給鋰電瓶充電的影響

 

 

  有點危險,一般不建議這樣用,雖然沒有脈沖功能的充電器,理論(lun)是可以給鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)的(de),但是依(yi)然(ran)可能會(hui)傷害(hai)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),雖然(ran)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)有(you)保護(hu)板,理論(lun)過充(chong)或者過放時(shi)候能起到保護(hu)作用,如(ru)果充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)經常觸發(fa)過充(chong)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),那這(zhe)個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)設(she)置就不正確。發(fa)生這(zhe)樣的(de)現(xian)象后(hou),那落(luo)(luo)后(hou)的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)永遠落(luo)(luo)后(hou)。有(you)保護(hu)板也盡(jin)量(liang)不要(yao)高。因為電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)盒里(li)使用,平時(shi)是看不到電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)一致性狀態(tai)的(de),不知(zhi)什(shen)么時(shi)候,萬一它的(de)一致性出(chu)問題了(le),這(zhe)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)又高了(le)幾V。那電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)就要(yao)倒大霉了(le),請關注:容(rong)濟點(dian)火器

 

實際上,鉛酸電池充電器為了(le)克服鉛(qian)酸的(de)大內(nei)阻,在恒(heng)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)把充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)提高(gao)(gao)了(le)5%左(zuo)右(you),也就是說就是你選(xuan)用了(le)一(yi)樣電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器,給鋰電(dian)(dian)池供(gong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)候,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)會高(gao)(gao)出來一(yi)點(dian)的(de),因為鉛(qian)酸的(de)內(nei)阻大,恒(heng)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)為了(le)達到效率都是在恒(heng)流時(shi)把恒(heng)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升高(gao)(gao),這樣對鋰電(dian)(dian)池是很不利的(de)。

 

主(zhu)要是鉛(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)過程中有(you)二個電(dian)(dian)壓點會析(xi)氫和析(xi)氧,析(xi)氧電(dian)(dian)壓點為13.8V,析(xi)氫電(dian)(dian)壓點為14.7V,所以鉛(qian)酸充電(dian)(dian)器的高恒(heng)(heng)壓定在(zai)14.7V*塊數(shu);低恒(heng)(heng)壓(浮充電(dian)(dian)壓)定在(zai)13.8V*塊數(shu)。


鋰電(dian)池保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板的(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)點如果是4.2V,那放心使(shi)用,無非就不(bu)要恒壓(ya)而已充電(dian),但普通的(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板啟動電(dian)壓(ya)時4.25V,加上+/-0.035V的(de)誤差,不(bu)是很安全吧? 18650可能沒多大事,鋁殼大單體難說了,很多鋰電(dian)池使(shi)用的(de)是正常普通的(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板,保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板截止保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)4.25V ,所以這個(ge)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)在關鍵時候可能會(hui)起(qi)不(bu)到作用。

 

鋰(li)電(dian)池內阻小,比如(ru)13串(chuan)鋰(li)電(dian)池也就是(shi)48伏(fu),截(jie)(jie)止電(dian)壓要控制在54.6伏(fu)因為,而鉛酸(suan)電(dian)池恒流(liu)截(jie)(jie)止電(dian)壓是(shi)57.9伏(fu),高出幾伏(fu)了。

 

當然,鉛酸電池如果改進一下是可以給鋰電池充電的,比如去掉低恒壓階段電路和脈沖電路,是可以用的。如果你如果觀察鋰電的充電曲線,可以發現在恒流階段充入約為96%的總容量;恒壓減流階段只充入4%的容量,如果轉燈就拔時,那鋰電已經充入了99.5%的容量了。所以鉛酸充電器充鋰電,也(ye)就是(shi)少了最后(hou)的均衡和浮充那0.5%的電量而已。將鉛充的高低(di)恒壓(ya)都低(di)調點,就都可以(yi)給鋰(li)電充電了,只不(bu)過充不(bu)滿而已。不(bu)過鋰(li)電又不(bu)會硫化,充不(bu)滿就充不(bu)滿吧,又不(bu)影響使(shi)用,壽命還會延長呀(ya)。

 

還有一個方法,打開外(wai)殼,把三極(ji)管C極(ji)串聯那個電(dian)(dian)阻阻值提升10倍,恒流只提升0.5%電(dian)(dian)壓,再調(diao)節下(xia)恒壓點,盡(jin)量(liang)做到每一個電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓均衡到4.18V左右為(wei)好(hao)。
