鉛酸蓄電池價格或將回落?
隨著浙江、山東等地部分鉛蓄電池企業復工,一度上揚的鉛酸蓄電池價格(ge)開始回落,一些“劫后余生”的(de)企業或將(jiang)迎來高增長。
根據浙(zhe)(zhe)江環保(bao)(bao)廳的(de)通報,全(quan)省登(deng)記(ji)在(zai)冊的(de)273家(jia)(jia)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)中,僅有16家(jia)(jia)繼續(xu)生產(chan)或通過預驗收進行(xing)試(shi)生產(chan),其余257家(jia)(jia)全(quan)部(bu)停產(chan)。浙(zhe)(zhe)江蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)協會(hui)秘書長(chang)(chang)姚令春告(gao)訴《第一財經(jing)日報》記(ji)者,目(mu)前(qian)(qian)這16家(jia)(jia)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)已(yi)經(jing)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)。而(er)中國電(dian)工(gong)(gong)技術學會(hui)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)專業(ye)(ye)委員會(hui)秘書長(chang)(chang)徐紅近期(qi)通過對山(shan)東(dong)浙(zhe)(zhe)江的(de)調研后發(fa)現:“兩(liang)地也已(yi)經(jing)有部(bu)分企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)開始復(fu)工(gong)(gong)。”不過兩(liang)人都指出,復(fu)工(gong)(gong)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)只是占到(dao)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)數量(liang)的(de)少(shao)部(bu)分,大量(liang)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)已(yi)經(jing)被關閉或者正(zheng)在(zai)整(zheng)(zheng)改中。整(zheng)(zheng)個行(xing)業(ye)(ye)未來(lai)存活企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)數量(liang)正(zheng)朝著環保(bao)(bao)部(bu)制定的(de)剩下300家(jia)(jia)左右的(de)目(mu)標前(qian)(qian)進。
自(zi)從(cong)環保部(bu)等多(duo)部(bu)委聯合對鉛酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)行業整頓以后,部(bu)分電(dian)動自(zi)行車(che)(che)制(zhi)造廠商(shang)甚至(zhi)出現無電(dian)池(chi)(chi)可用(yong)的境地;價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)也一路走高(gao),超威動力(li)在7月(yue)2日(ri)首次提高(gao)產品價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)后,于8月(yue)12日(ri)再次提高(gao)其全部(bu)產品價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)10%。天能動力(li)也分別兩次宣布提價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia),每次提價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)10%。中(zhong)國自(zi)行車(che)(che)協會(hui)理事長馬(ma)中(zhong)超稱,由于環保風暴的影響,電(dian)動車(che)(che)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)缺口在1~6月(yue)份達(da)到(dao)10%~15%,三季度以后更(geng)為嚴峻,電(dian)池(chi)(chi)供(gong)需(xu)關系嚴重失(shi)衡,電(dian)池(chi)(chi)缺口一度達(da)到(dao)20%,價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)漲幅(fu)也達(da)到(dao)20%。
隨(sui)著國(guo)際(ji)鉛(qian)價(jia)走弱、鉛(qian)酸蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)行業淡季來(lai)臨以及部分(fen)鉛(qian)酸蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)企業復工(gong)三大因素作(zuo)用(yong),一路(lu)上揚的鉛(qian)價(jia)也開(kai)始回落,天能(neng)(neng)(neng)動(dong)力副(fu)總裁(cai)王志(zhi)坤告訴記者(zhe),公司已經于近期(qi)將(jiang)價(jia)格(ge)下調(diao)7%,至120元(yuan);同(tong)時,公司所有工(gong)廠已經于近期(qi)得到(dao)復工(gong),目(mu)前產(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)占到(dao)所有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車用(yong)鉛(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)需求的20%。徐紅也透露,另一家鉛(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)巨頭超威(wei)動(dong)力也在積極為新廠復工(gong)作(zuo)準(zhun)備,兩家一旦(dan)復工(gong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車用(yong)鉛(qian)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)供不應求現狀將(jiang)得到(dao)緩(huan)解。據悉,兩家產(chan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)占到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車用(yong)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的50%以上。
不過(guo),鉛酸蓄電池(chi)價格(ge)下(xia)跌可能(neng)只(zhi)是“假摔(shuai)”。中投顧問高(gao)級研究員(yuan)李勝茂指出,鉛酸蓄電池(chi)需求(qiu)依舊很大,而(er)復工的企業只(zhi)占到(dao)(dao)很少(shao)一部分,供不應求(qiu)關系(xi)短期內很難改(gai)變。徐紅也指出,即便(bian)是少(shao)量存(cun)活下(xia)來(lai)的鉛酸蓄電池(chi)企業,要(yao)完全復工至少(shao)也要(yao)等到(dao)(dao)明年年中,“很多企業都(dou)已經(jing)拆遷重建(jian),從(cong)建(jian)成到(dao)(dao)審核通過(guo)期間(jian)周(zhou)期很長。”
據了解,鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)主要應(ying)用于(yu)(yu)三大(da)行(xing)業(ye),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行(xing)車、燃油汽車、新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源發電(dian)(dian)(dian)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)。就(jiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行(xing)車行(xing)業(ye)而言,王志坤告訴(su)記者(zhe),目前年復合增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)率達到(dao)17%,需(xu)求持續增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。“汽車受(shou)到(dao)前兩年高速增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang),產量(liang)將趨(qu)于(yu)(yu)穩(wen)定(ding),故(gu)對鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的需(xu)求也將趨(qu)于(yu)(yu)穩(wen)定(ding);而新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源方面,由于(yu)(yu)風能(neng)(neng)、光伏發電(dian)(dian)(dian)的儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)需(xu)求依(yi)舊較大(da),而鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)成本(ben)比鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)高3倍(bei)左右,對鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)需(xu)求依(yi)舊會有(you)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。”李(li)勝茂告訴(su)記者(zhe)。
綜合看來,整個鉛酸蓄電池行業在未來依舊存在較大需求,加上大量企業被關停,那些“劫后余生”的少量鉛酸蓄電池企業將獲得高增長。超威動力、天能動力、南都電源、駱駝股份近期股價均有增長。由于看好未來前景,天能動力主席張天任稱,擬在明年首季前,將鉛酸電動汽車電池的產能,比現時提升逾4倍至逾5億元產值。
