鉛酸蓄電池價格或將回落?
隨著浙江、山東等地部分鉛蓄電池企業復工,一度上揚的鉛酸蓄電池價(jia)格(ge)開(kai)始回(hui)落(luo),一些“劫后(hou)余生(sheng)”的企業或將迎來(lai)高增長。
根據浙(zhe)江環(huan)保廳的通(tong)報(bao),全省(sheng)登記在(zai)冊的273家鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)企(qi)業(ye)中(zhong),僅有(you)16家繼續(xu)生(sheng)產(chan)或通(tong)過預驗(yan)收(shou)進行(xing)試生(sheng)產(chan),其余257家全部停產(chan)。浙(zhe)江蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)業(ye)協會秘書長(chang)姚令春(chun)告(gao)訴《第一(yi)財經(jing)日報(bao)》記者,目(mu)前這16家企(qi)業(ye)已(yi)經(jing)復(fu)工(gong)。而中(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)技術學會鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)專業(ye)委員會秘書長(chang)徐(xu)紅(hong)近期通(tong)過對山(shan)東浙(zhe)江的調研后發現:“兩(liang)地也已(yi)經(jing)有(you)部分企(qi)業(ye)開始復(fu)工(gong)。”不(bu)過兩(liang)人(ren)都指出,復(fu)工(gong)企(qi)業(ye)只是占到(dao)鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)企(qi)業(ye)數量(liang)的少部分,大(da)量(liang)企(qi)業(ye)已(yi)經(jing)被關閉或者正(zheng)在(zai)整(zheng)改中(zhong)。整(zheng)個行(xing)業(ye)未(wei)來存活企(qi)業(ye)的數量(liang)正(zheng)朝著環(huan)保部制定的剩下300家左右的目(mu)標(biao)前進。
自(zi)從環保部等多部委聯合對鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行業整(zheng)頓以(yi)后(hou),部分電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行車(che)(che)制造廠商甚至出現無電(dian)(dian)池(chi)可(ke)用的境地(di);價(jia)(jia)格也一路走高(gao),超威動(dong)力(li)(li)在(zai)7月2日首次(ci)提高(gao)產品(pin)價(jia)(jia)格后(hou),于8月12日再次(ci)提高(gao)其全部產品(pin)價(jia)(jia)格10%。天(tian)能動(dong)力(li)(li)也分別(bie)兩次(ci)宣布(bu)提價(jia)(jia),每次(ci)提價(jia)(jia)10%。中(zhong)國(guo)自(zi)行車(che)(che)協(xie)會(hui)理事長馬中(zhong)超稱(cheng),由于環保風暴(bao)的影響,電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)缺口在(zai)1~6月份(fen)達到(dao)(dao)10%~15%,三(san)季度(du)以(yi)后(hou)更為嚴(yan)峻(jun),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)供需關系嚴(yan)重失衡,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)缺口一度(du)達到(dao)(dao)20%,價(jia)(jia)格漲幅也達到(dao)(dao)20%。
隨著國際鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)價(jia)(jia)走弱、鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)淡季來(lai)臨以(yi)及部分鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)企業(ye)復(fu)工三大因(yin)素作用(yong),一路上(shang)揚的鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)價(jia)(jia)也開始回(hui)落(luo),天能動(dong)力(li)(li)副總(zong)裁王(wang)志坤告訴記者,公司已經(jing)(jing)于(yu)近(jin)期將價(jia)(jia)格下調7%,至120元;同時(shi),公司所有工廠已經(jing)(jing)于(yu)近(jin)期得到(dao)復(fu)工,目前產(chan)能占到(dao)所有電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車用(yong)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)需求的20%。徐紅也透露,另一家鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)巨頭超威動(dong)力(li)(li)也在積極(ji)為新廠復(fu)工作準備,兩(liang)家一旦(dan)復(fu)工,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車用(yong)鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)供不(bu)應求現狀將得到(dao)緩解。據悉,兩(liang)家產(chan)能占到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車用(yong)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的50%以(yi)上(shang)。
不過,鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電池價格下跌可(ke)能只是“假摔(shuai)”。中投(tou)顧問高級研究員李(li)勝茂指(zhi)出,鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電池需求依舊很(hen)大,而(er)復(fu)工(gong)的(de)企業只占到很(hen)少(shao)(shao)一(yi)部分,供(gong)不應求關系(xi)短期(qi)內(nei)很(hen)難改變(bian)。徐(xu)紅也(ye)指(zhi)出,即便是少(shao)(shao)量存活下來的(de)鉛酸蓄(xu)(xu)電池企業,要完全復(fu)工(gong)至少(shao)(shao)也(ye)要等到明(ming)年年中,“很(hen)多企業都(dou)已經拆(chai)遷重建,從建成到審核通過期(qi)間周期(qi)很(hen)長(chang)。”
據了解(jie),鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池主要應用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)三大(da)行(xing)(xing)業,電(dian)動(dong)自行(xing)(xing)車、燃油(you)汽車、新能(neng)(neng)源發電(dian)儲能(neng)(neng)。就電(dian)動(dong)自行(xing)(xing)車行(xing)(xing)業而(er)言(yan),王(wang)志坤告訴記者,目前(qian)年復(fu)合(he)增(zeng)長率達(da)到(dao)17%,需(xu)求持續增(zeng)長。“汽車受(shou)到(dao)前(qian)兩年高速增(zeng)長,產量將(jiang)趨(qu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)穩定(ding),故對(dui)(dui)鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池的(de)需(xu)求也將(jiang)趨(qu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)穩定(ding);而(er)新能(neng)(neng)源方(fang)面,由于(yu)(yu)(yu)風能(neng)(neng)、光(guang)伏發電(dian)的(de)儲能(neng)(neng)需(xu)求依(yi)舊較大(da),而(er)鋰電(dian)池成(cheng)本比鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池高3倍左右,對(dui)(dui)鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池需(xu)求依(yi)舊會(hui)有增(zeng)長。”李勝茂告訴記者。
綜合看來,整個鉛酸蓄電池行業在未來依舊存在較大需求,加上大量企業被關停,那些“劫后余生”的少量鉛酸蓄電池企業將獲得高增長。超威動力、天能動力、南都電源、駱駝股份近期股價均有增長。由于看好未來前景,天能動力主席張天任稱,擬在明年首季前,將鉛酸電動汽車電池的產能,比現時提升逾4倍至逾5億元產值。
