Maxim公司日前推出高頻、多化學類型電池充電器IC MAX17005/MAX17006/MAX17015。器件采用專有的(de)高頻電流模式(shi)架構,可(ke)顯(xian)著(zhu)降低(di)成(cheng)本和外部元件的(de)尺寸。
