不污染環境的鉛氧蓄電池

   一種全新的(de)(de)無酸蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)――鉛(qian)氧蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)日前(qian)通過國(guo)家(jia)權威(wei)機(ji)構(gou)檢(jian)測,各項指(zhi)標(biao)均達到或(huo)超過國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)準。這意味著有150年歷史的(de)(de)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)技(ji)術(shu)獲(huo)得了革命性的(de)(de)突破(po),使得鉛(qian)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)這一傳統污染(ran)行業轉變為零污染(ran)的(de)(de)環境友好型行業成(cheng)為可能。

    發明鉛氧蓄電池的(de)(de)是(shi)兄(xiong)弟(di)倆――張西(xi)琮、張西(xi)玟,他(ta)們(men)所(suo)領導(dao)的(de)(de)陜西(xi)中和(he)綠能源科技(ji)有(you)限公司(si)在經歷了長達6年的(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu)之后,終(zhong)于在蓄電(dian)池電(dian)解液反應(ying)機理(li)研(yan)究(jiu)方面(mian)取得突破,并配制出一種復(fu)合鹽類(lei)水溶(rong)液替代傳統的(de)(de)稀硫酸水溶(rong)液。

   承擔此次檢(jian)測(ce)的是工(gong)業和信息化部化學物理(li)電源產品質量(liang)監督檢(jian)驗(yan)中(zhong)心,被公認(ren)為(wei)行(xing)業內的權(quan)威檢(jian)測(ce)機構(gou)。

    據介(jie)紹(shao),此次送檢的三種電(dian)池(chi)均為工業(ye)化生產條件下的產品(非實驗室(shi)產品)。它們分別是汽車啟(qi)動電(dian)池(chi)、電(dian)動自(zi)行車動力(li)電(dian)池(chi)和電(dian)動汽車專用電(dian)池(chi),應(ying)用領域及市場(chang)前景十(shi)分廣闊。

    據專家介紹,目前(qian)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)產(chan)(chan)品大(da)致(zhi)可(ke)分一次干(gan)(gan)(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(普通(tong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi))、二次干(gan)(gan)(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(可(ke)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),主要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)移動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)話(hua)、計(ji)算機)、鉛(qian)酸蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(主要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)汽車(che)(che)(che)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che))三(san)大(da)類。關于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)污染,群眾最(zui)(zui)關心、報(bao)道最(zui)(zui)多(duo)的(de)(de)是(shi)普通(tong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。而事(shi)實上(shang),如今普通(tong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)生產(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)中不需添加鎘、鉛(qian)、砷等物質,已(yi)不再(zai)成為(wei)(wei)嚴(yan)重的(de)(de)污染源。相反(fan),大(da)量(liang)汽車(che)(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)鉛(qian)酸蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)因為(wei)(wei)包(bao)含鉛(qian)和硫酸,反(fan)倒是(shi)垃圾場里(li)最(zui)(zui)危險的(de)(de)物品之一。

    據了解(jie),鉛(qian)酸(suan)電池腐蝕后溢出的含鉛(qian)重金屬和酸(suan)性(xing)物(wu)質不但嚴重污染土壤和水源,對空氣(qi)環境、生態平衡也會(hui)造成破壞,還(huan)會(hui)引發人體代謝、生殖及(ji)神經等方面的疾病(bing),人體鉛(qian)含量一旦(dan)超標,就會(hui)導(dao)(dao)致智力(li)下降,還(huan)易誘發兒童惡性(xing)腫瘤,甚至導(dao)(dao)致死亡。

    與傳(chuan)統的鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)相(xiang)(xiang)比,鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)氧蓄電(dian)池(chi)對環境(jing)的污(wu)染(ran)大(da)為降低。南開(kai)大(da)學(xue)環境(jing)科學(xue)與工(gong)程學(xue)院院長周啟星說,鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的固態、氣(qi)態污(wu)染(ran)可以消除,但無法(fa)避免水(shui)(shui)溶性鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)重金(jin)屬離子的污(wu)染(ran)。鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)氧蓄電(dian)池(chi)的生產(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)雖與鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)的生產(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)相(xiang)(xiang)同,但由于(yu)采用(yong)鹽的水(shui)(shui)溶液(ye)代(dai)替稀硫酸,鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)離子濃度很低,近乎無任何污(wu)染(ran)排(pai)放,極大(da)地減少了鉛(qian)(qian)(qian)污(wu)染(ran)的危險性。

    此外,鉛氧(yang)蓄(xu)電池用以替代硫酸的(de)復合(he)鹽類及添加劑可利用鋼鐵(tie)煤焦化(hua)企業(ye)排放(fang)廢物經簡單化(hua)學合(he)成獲得,解(jie)決了許(xu)多鋼鐵(tie)企業(ye)無法處理(li)或需花費(fei)大量成本(ben)處理(li)的(de)污染排放(fang)問(wen)題。

    張(zhang)氏兄弟已獲(huo)得鉛氧蓄電池方面的3項中國(guo)國(guo)家發(fa)明專利。工業和信息化(hua)部(bu)電子科學(xue)技(ji)術情報研究所提出的(科技(ji)查新報告)顯示,目前(qian)全球尚無同類技(ji)術。
