機頂盒電源適配器設計
現代(dai)社(she)會(hui)科技飛速發展,人們生活娛(yu)樂的(de)(de)(de)視(shi)(shi)聽(ting)設(she)備也(ye)不(bu)斷更新(xin)換代(dai),早期的(de)(de)(de)傳統模擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)(shi)逐漸退出歷(li)史舞臺。依托電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)(shi)終端提(ti)供綜合信息業務的(de)(de)(de)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備,使用戶能在現有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)(shi)機(ji)上觀看數字電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)視(shi)(shi)節(jie)目,并可通過網絡進(jin)行(xing)交(jiao)互式數字化(hua)娛(yu)樂、教育和商業化(hua)活動的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)頂(ding)(ding)盒(he)也(ye)漸漸進(jin)入每戶家庭。早期機(ji)頂(ding)(ding)盒(he)由于(yu)采用的(de)(de)(de)是內置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),機(ji)頂(ding)(ding)盒(he)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計相對體積較(jiao)大;一般機(ji)頂(ding)(ding)盒(he)容易(yi)壞的(de)(de)(de)地方就是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供給部分,由于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)內置(zhi)導(dao)致用戶更換不(bu)方便,維(wei)修成本(ben)較(jiao)高。
一、機頂盒電源適配器設計思路
機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)(Set Top Box ),從廣義上說(shuo)(shuo),凡是(shi)與電視機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)連接的(de)網絡終端(duan)設(she)(she)備都(dou)可(ke)稱之為機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)。基于有(you)線(xian)電視網絡的(de)模擬頻(pin)道(dao)增補器(qi)、模擬頻(pin)道(dao)解(jie)碼器(qi),到將電話(hua)線(xian)與電視機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)連接在一起的(de)“維拉斯”上網機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)、數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)衛(wei)星的(de)綜合接收解(jie)碼器(qi)(IRD)、數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)地面(mian)(mian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)以(yi)及(ji)有(you)線(xian)電視數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)都(dou)可(ke)稱為機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)。從狹義上說(shuo)(shuo),如果只說(shuo)(shuo)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)設(she)(she)備的(de)話(hua),按(an)標(biao)準(zhun)分(fen)為數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)衛(wei)星機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)(DVB-S)、歐標(biao)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)地面(mian)(mian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)(DVB-T)、國標(biao)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)地面(mian)(mian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)(DMB-TH)、有(you)線(xian)電視數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)(DVB-C)。按(an)照功(gong)能來分(fen)的(de)話(hua),可(ke)以(yi)分(fen)為單(dan)向機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)、雙(shuang)向機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)、IPTV機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)。由于機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)類(lei)型的(de)不同,導致機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)需求的(de)輸入(ru)電壓和電流不一樣(yang),為此(ci),我們選擇功(gong)率適中的(de)設(she)(she)計(ji),盡量能滿足大多數(shu)(shu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)要求的(de)輸入(ru)功(gong)率參數(shu)(shu)。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)盒(he)(he)(he)(he)電源(yuan)適配器(qi)整體(ti)外形(xing)精(jing)巧美觀,覆(fu)蓋10-20W的(de)功(gong)率要求。
二.機頂(ding)盒電源適配器設(she)計要求
1)設計輸(shu)入(ru)要求
1 寬(kuan)電壓(ya)輸入AC100-240V 47-63Hz;
2 輸出(chu)額定負載DC12V/1A;
3 符(fu)合UL、GS、3C等安規(gui)認證要求(qiu);
4 符合(he)歐(ou)洲能(neng)效要求;
5 使(shi)用壽命長;
6 體積小,插墻(qiang)式。
2)電路部分設計要(yao)求
1 為了使外觀整體精致(zhi)設計小巧,我們采用PWM和開關MOS管(guan)集成在一起的專用芯片;
2 主(zhu)控(kong)PWM集成塊內(nei)置(zhi)750V高(gao)壓功率(lv)開關;
3 IC內置能效處理控制,待機功耗小于(yu)0.30W;
4 IC內置過載與過溫(wen)度保護(hu)功能;
5 IC內置(zhi)精確溫度補(bu)償,精確逐周期電流控(kong)制;
6 IC內置自適(shi)應(ying)頻(pin)率回轉(zhuan)設計,EMI干擾小(xiao);
7 IC內置高轉換效率,滿足能源之星2.0要求;
8 輸出(chu)端采(cai)用高頻適用的低內(nei)阻電(dian)解電(dian)容,使輸出(chu)端紋波噪(zao)聲很低;
9 電源(yuan)的所有元器件都(dou)選用品牌供應商(shang),以滿足(zu)適配器平均壽命設計要(yao)求(MTBF):30000小時。
3) 機頂盒(he)電源適配器設(she)計方案
1 用(yong)于給機(ji)頂(ding)盒(he)提供(gong)供(gong)電電源(yuan),電源(yuan)質(zhi)量的(de)好壞(huai)和產品(pin)的(de)穩定性關系到整個機(ji)頂(ding)盒(he)的(de)穩定性和使用(yong)壽命,我(wo)們選用(yong)的(de)芯片,其(qi)內置MOS管耐壓高達750V,可(ke)滿足要求(qiu);
2 主控(kong)PWM芯片內置(zhi)高(gao)壓啟動,啟動速(su)度快;
3 主控(kong)IC充分考(kao)慮能(neng)效(xiao)處理,最大待(dai)機功耗不超過(guo)0.3W;
4 PCB的設計和(he)(he)布(bu)局充分考(kao)慮(lv)EMC和(he)(he)安(an)規要求。輸入(ru)和(he)(he)輸出端都(dou)加(jia)濾(lv)波線圈,濾(lv)除內(nei)外EMI干擾(rao),為充分考(kao)慮(lv)安(an)全,電源初次(ci)級采用光耦(ou)完全隔離;

采用外觀精(jing)巧的流線型設計(ji),整體尺(chi)寸(cun)規格為:76.5*43*36mm 。
三、機(ji)頂盒電(dian)源(yuan)適配器原(yuan)理圖
