新型電池充電器芯片AAT3783內置OVP開關
研諾(nuo)邏輯科(ke)技(ji)有(you)限公(gong)司(AnalogicTech)宣布推出AAT3783,一款(kuan)帶(dai)有(you)內置過(guo)壓(ya)保(bao)護(OVP)開關(guan)的1A線性(xing)鋰離(li)子(zi)/聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)片(pian)。該款(kuan)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)片(pian)可通(tong)過(guo)交(jiao)流輸入(ru)或USB輸入(ru)對4.2V鋰離(li)子(zi)/聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian),同時(shi)還帶(dai)有(you)數(shu)字式熱管理系統,可將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)率(lv)最大化并且減少(shao)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間。
“當前許多蜂窩式手機、藍牙耳機、MP3播放器等等便攜系統的制造商需要過壓保護功能,以便預防錯誤輸入電壓對電池或系統的損害,”研諾邏輯產品線總監 Siamak Bastami說道。“通過內置1個隔離了的OVP開關,AAT3783鋰離子/聚合物電池充電器提供的保(bao)護(hu)功能,可防(fang)止高達28V的單點(dian)失(shi)效電壓(ya),同時可減少(shao)元器件數量并將(jiang)設計(ji)簡化(hua)。”
充電效率的最大化
AAT3783在同一片芯上集成了1個(ge)充電裝置,1個(ge)反向阻斷二極(ji)管(guan)和電流傳感電路。其運行輸(shu)入電壓范(fan)圍(wei)是(shi)4.0V 到(dao) 7.5V,可(ke)提供(gong)100 mA 到(dao) 1A的可(ke)編程電流。
為了在所(suo)有(you)運行條件(jian)下將充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)最(zui)(zui)大化,AAT3783帶有(you)1個特(te)殊(shu)的(de)數(shu)字式熱(re)管(guan)理系統,用(yong)以測(ce)量內部片(pian)芯的(de)溫度(du)以及當(dang)該器件(jian)超過(guo)預設(she)限(xian)制(zhi)時降(jiang)(jiang)低快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。這一熱(re)環路(lu)控制(zhi)不(bu)斷地對電(dian)(dian)路(lu)片(pian)芯的(de)溫度(du)進行測(ce)試,對快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)進行調高、降(jiang)(jiang)低小步調節(jie)以達到均衡(heng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。由于熱(re)環路(lu)控制(zhi)系統充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)水平,通過(guo)在快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)模式下保證采用(yong)最(zui)(zui)高水平恒定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),盡可能(neng)在任何特(te)定外圍溫度(du)條件(jian)下將充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)效率最(zui)(zui)大化。
AAT3783還具(ju)有過(guo)壓、過(guo)流、短路(lu)和(he)超溫電路(lu)功能,當(dang)出現故障(zhang)時,通(tong)過(guo)關閉系統可自動(dong)(dong)保護充電設備(bei)、控制系統和(he)充電狀態下的電池。AAT3783還提供1個狀態檢(jian)測輸出引(yin)腳,可通(tong)過(guo)直接驅動(dong)(dong)1個外部LED來顯示電池充電狀態。

AAT3783的額定工作溫(wen)度(du)范圍是-40至(zhi)+85℃。它采用無(wu)鉛、16引腳TDFN封裝(zhuang),訂貨(huo)量為1000片(pian)時(shi)每片(pian)單價為0.95美元。
