新型電池充電器芯片AAT3783內置OVP開關
研諾邏輯科技有限公司(AnalogicTech)宣(xuan)布(bu)推出AAT3783,一款帶有內置過(guo)(guo)壓保護(hu)(OVP)開關的1A線性鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)/聚(ju)合物電池充(chong)(chong)電芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)。該(gai)款充(chong)(chong)電芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)可通過(guo)(guo)交流輸入或(huo)USB輸入對4.2V鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)/聚(ju)合物電池充(chong)(chong)電,同(tong)時還帶有數字式(shi)熱管理系統(tong),可將充(chong)(chong)電效率最大(da)化并且(qie)減少電池充(chong)(chong)電時間。
“當前許多蜂窩式手機、藍牙耳機、MP3播放器等等便攜系統的制造商需要過壓保護功能,以便預防錯誤輸入電壓對電池或系統的損害,”研諾邏輯產品線總監 Siamak Bastami說道。“通過內置1個隔離了的OVP開關,AAT3783鋰離子/聚合物電池充電器提(ti)供的(de)保護(hu)功能,可防(fang)止(zhi)高達(da)28V的(de)單點失效電(dian)壓(ya),同(tong)時可減少元器件(jian)數量并將設計簡化。”
充電效(xiao)率(lv)的最大化
AAT3783在(zai)同一片(pian)芯(xin)上集成了1個(ge)充電(dian)裝置,1個(ge)反向阻斷二(er)極管和電(dian)流(liu)傳(chuan)感電(dian)路。其(qi)運(yun)行(xing)輸入電(dian)壓范圍是4.0V 到(dao) 7.5V,可提(ti)供100 mA 到(dao) 1A的可編(bian)程(cheng)電(dian)流(liu)。
為了在所有(you)運行條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)最(zui)(zui)大化,AAT3783帶有(you)1個(ge)特殊的(de)數字式(shi)熱(re)管理(li)系(xi)統(tong),用(yong)以(yi)測量內部片(pian)芯的(de)溫度(du)以(yi)及當該器件(jian)(jian)超過(guo)預設限(xian)制(zhi)時(shi)降低快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。這一熱(re)環路控制(zhi)不(bu)斷(duan)地對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路片(pian)芯的(de)溫度(du)進行測試,對(dui)快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)進行調高、降低小步調節以(yi)達到(dao)均衡電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。由于熱(re)環路控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)水平(ping),通過(guo)在快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)下(xia)保證(zheng)采用(yong)最(zui)(zui)高水平(ping)恒定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),盡可能在任何特定外圍溫度(du)條件(jian)(jian)下(xia)將充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效率最(zui)(zui)大化。
AAT3783還(huan)具(ju)有過壓、過流、短(duan)路和超溫(wen)電(dian)路功能,當出現故(gu)障時,通(tong)過關閉系統(tong)可(ke)自動(dong)保護(hu)充(chong)電(dian)設備、控制系統(tong)和充(chong)電(dian)狀態下(xia)的電(dian)池。AAT3783還(huan)提供1個狀態檢測輸出引腳,可(ke)通(tong)過直接(jie)驅動(dong)1個外部LED來顯(xian)示電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)狀態。
