MCP73113和MCP73114單節鋰離子電池充電器與MCP73123單節(jie)(jie)LiFePO4電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)精度高達0.5%;雙(shuang)節(jie)(jie)MCP73213鋰離子和(he)MCP73223 LiFePO4器(qi)件的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)精度為0.6%。這(zhe)些高精度的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)可延長每次充(chong)電(dian)(dian)后電(dian)(dian)池的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命,最終延長便(bian)攜式(shi)產品兩次充(chong)電(dian)(dian)之間的(de)運行時間。此(ci)外,所(suo)有(you)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)都(dou)采用(yong)了集成(cheng)的(de)傳輸(shu)晶體管,無需增加外部FET,并降低了整(zheng)體設計成(cheng)本(ben)、尺寸(cun)和(he)復雜性。
