電源適配器可以當充電器嗎?和充電器有什么區別?

3.電源適配器和充電器的區別:
充電器包含適配器的功能,但充電器內部還有恒流、恒壓等滿足充電特征的控制電路,適配器的充電控制電路一般放在主機上完成。比如手機充電器以及筆記本電腦充電器其實只是個電源適配器,它內部是不包括充電控制電路的,充電的控制是在手機和電腦內部完成的。
