  1.電動車長時間停放,該如何對待電池呢?

  很簡單哦,為保(bao)護電(dian)池,我們(men)可以充足(zu)電(dian)后(hou)存放,并且每隔(ge)一個月至少充一次電(dian),如此能夠有(you)效的解決電(dian)池內形成不(bu)可逆鹽化和(he)晶枝短路等。

  


  2.充電前(qian),有必要清空電量嗎?

  就如時(shi)下(xia)的(de)手機(ji)一(yi)樣(yang),電(dian)動車電(dian)池也沒有(you)必要徹底(di)清空電(dian)量,再(zai)去充電(dian),可(ke)以隨時(shi)充電(dian)。

  3.電池需要首次充電進行補充充電嗎?

  6.電壓與(yu)容量有直(zhi)接關系嗎?

  并(bing)沒有!電(dian)壓是電(dian)壓,電(dian)量(liang)(liang)是電(dian)量(liang)(liang),并(bing)不能說(shuo)電(dian)壓高(gao)就容量(liang)(liang)高(gao),電(dian)壓低容量(liang)(liang)就低,不過(guo),在負載情況下,電(dian)池電(dian)壓是與電(dian)池電(dian)量(liang)(liang)有關系的,甚至可以(yi)說(shuo)是正比(bi)。

  7.電池過度使(shi)用有哪些危(wei)害?

  電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車電(dian)(dian)池(chi)如果過度(du)使(shi)用,如此(ci)會(hui)(hui)造成電(dian)(dian)池(chi)過度(du)發(fa)熱,進而造成電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內硫(liu)酸物(wu)質(zhi)的減少,濃度(du)的縮減,會(hui)(hui)造成一種特殊物(wu)質(zhi)的產(chan)生,很容易(yi)在極板上(shang)形成一種粗大堅硬的晶體,會(hui)(hui)造成電(dian)(dian)池(chi)接(jie)受電(dian)(dian)量的能(neng)力(li),縮減電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的使(shi)用能(neng)力(li)。

  


  8.電池(chi)額定(ding)容量大小(xiao)與壽(shou)命有關(guan)系(xi)嗎?

  有。電池容量受活性物質和利用率影響。電動助力車蓄電池外形尺寸一定,極板的質量已被限制到一定的程度,只有提高活性物質的利用率,才能提高容量。要提高電池容量,必然增加孔率,提高PbO2含量、硫酸比重,但是這些措施都會加速正極板的軟化,造成電池壽命加速衰減,充放電過程中活性物質會產生膨脹、收縮( 特別是正極板) ,放電深度越深,活性物質膨脹收縮量越大,更加速活性物質軟化。因此,初始容量偏大時直接影響蓄電池充放電次數。

  9.什(shen)么情況時,我們需(xu)要對(dui)電(dian)池進行維護充電(dian)?還有需(xu)要注意些什(shen)么?

  當出現這些情況時:1.電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量(liang)變小太快;2.有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)變質損(sun)壞了;3.電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)失液后,補(bu)液后;4.電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)長時間不用(yong);5.過量(liang)使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi);6.電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)長時間在惡劣環境(jing)后;7.長期保持充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不足,是(shi)(shi)需要對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行維護充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)。而(er)注意事項是(shi)(shi)要在原裝充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下(xia)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),還(huan)有是(shi)(shi)要多(duo)階段恒定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

  10.電池表現與溫度有關系嗎?
