1.電動車長時間停放,該(gai)如何對待電池呢?
很簡(jian)單哦,為保(bao)護電(dian)池(chi),我(wo)們可以充足(zu)電(dian)后(hou)存放(fang),并且每隔一個月至少充一次電(dian),如此(ci)能夠有效的(de)解決電(dian)池(chi)內形成不可逆鹽化和(he)晶枝短路等。
2.充電前,有必要清空電(dian)量嗎?

3.電池需要首次充電進行補充充電嗎?

6.電壓與容量有直接關系嗎?
并沒(mei)有!電(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)量是(shi)(shi)電(dian)量,并不能說電(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)就容量高(gao),電(dian)壓(ya)低容量就低,不過,在負載情況下,電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)(shi)與(yu)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)量有關(guan)系(xi)的,甚(shen)至可以說是(shi)(shi)正比。
7.電(dian)池過度使(shi)用有哪些危(wei)害(hai)?
電(dian)動車電(dian)池如(ru)(ru)果(guo)過(guo)度(du)使(shi)(shi)用,如(ru)(ru)此會造成(cheng)電(dian)池過(guo)度(du)發熱,進而造成(cheng)電(dian)池內硫酸(suan)物(wu)質(zhi)的減少(shao),濃度(du)的縮(suo)減,會造成(cheng)一種特(te)殊(shu)物(wu)質(zhi)的產生,很容易(yi)在極(ji)板上(shang)形(xing)成(cheng)一種粗大(da)堅(jian)硬的晶體(ti),會造成(cheng)電(dian)池接(jie)受電(dian)量的能力,縮(suo)減電(dian)池的使(shi)(shi)用能力。
8.電(dian)池額定容量(liang)大小與壽命有關(guan)系嗎?
有。電池容量受活性物質和利用率影響。電動助力車蓄電池外形尺寸一定,極板的質量已被限制到一定的程度,只有提高活性物質的利用率,才能提高容量。要提高電池容量,必然增加孔率,提高PbO2含量、硫酸比重,但是這些措施都會加速正極板的軟化,造成電池壽命加速衰減,充放電過程中活性物質會產生膨脹、收縮( 特別是正極板) ,放電深度越深,活性物質膨脹收縮量越大,更加速活性物質軟化。因此,初始容量偏大時直接影響蓄電池充放電次數。
9.什么情況(kuang)時(shi),我們(men)需(xu)要對(dui)電池進行維(wei)護(hu)充電?還有需(xu)要注意些什么?
