電池在修復過程中的注意事項?
電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的修復雖然沒有成為一個行業,但是(shi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)修復工作一直是(shi)存在的。不少(shao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)制(zhi)(zhi)造商對保(bao)用(yong)(yong)期以內的返退電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)采取(qu)"修舊利舊"的發生,把通過(guo)維修的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)重新(xin)提供給(gei)用(yong)(yong)戶,以提高電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的有效使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命,降(jiang)低報廢率,減(jian)少(shao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)制(zhi)(zhi)造商的部分(fen)理(li)索賠的損失(shi)。這些修復方法為:
1、重新配組
電池返退以后,電池制造商重(zhong)新(xin)進行充放電(dian)檢驗(yan),在檢驗(yan)中(zhong)往往會發現有50%以上的(de)電(dian)池(chi)不符(fu)合返(fan)退條件(jian)的(de)電(dian)池(chi)。其原因也就是在串連電(dian)池(chi)組(zu)中(zhong),個別(bie)的(de)電(dian)池(chi)落后形(xing)成整(zheng)組(zu)電(dian)池(chi)功能(neng)下(xia)降而(er)引起整(zheng)組(zu)返(fan)退。
2、補水
鑒(jian)于部(bu)(bu)分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制造商還(huan)是(shi)采用低銻合金的(de)(de)板柵,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)失(shi)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平比較低,加上最高(gao)(gao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓高(gao)(gao)于析氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)失(shi)水(shui)更(geng)加嚴重,形成了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)第(di)一位的(de)(de)失(shi)效原(yuan)因(yin)。對此,一些電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制造商有(you)意的(de)(de)改造了蓋(gai)板,并且在排氣閥下部(bu)(bu)設立了螺(luo)裝結(jie)構,為打開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形成了方便條件,這樣,有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制造商開(kai)展電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)補水(shui)工作。對使(shi)用了半年的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)進行一次(ci)補水(shui),可以(yi)(yi)延長(chang)(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),延長(chang)(chang)時間平均達(da)到(dao)3個(ge)月以(yi)(yi)上。應該注(zhu)意的(de)(de)是(shi),每次(ci)補水(shui)以(yi)(yi)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)都利用處于過充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)由"準(zhun)貧(pin)液"轉為"貧(pin)液"狀(zhuang)態(tai),而這個(ge)過充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)對提高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容量是(shi)有(you)好處的(de)(de)。
3、消除硫化
采(cai)用專門的(de)(de)設備,對(dui)電(dian)池(chi)進(jin)行消(xiao)除硫(liu)化(hua)的(de)(de)處(chu)理。這(zhe)里主要有(you)2種(zhong)方法(fa),其一就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)高電(dian)壓(ya)大(da)電(dian)流脈(mo)沖充(chong)電(dian),通過負阻擊穿消(xiao)除硫(liu)化(hua)。這(zhe)種(zhong)方法(fa)速度快(kuai),見效(xiao)快(kuai),但是(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)壽(shou)命(ming)影響比(bi)較(jiao)大(da)。另(ling)外的(de)(de)方法(fa)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)采(cai)用小(xiao)電(dian)流頻率高達(da)8KHz以上(shang),利用大(da)結(jie)晶諧振(zhen)的(de)(de)方法(fa)來溶解,這(zhe)種(zhong)方法(fa)修(xiu)復(fu)比(bi)較(jiao)慢,修(xiu)復(fu)效(xiao)果也比(bi)較(jiao)好(hao),但是(shi)(shi)(shi),修(xiu)復(fu)時間比(bi)較(jiao)長,往往在120小(xiao)時以上(shang)。實際測試數據(ju)表明,對(dui)于補(bu)水以后沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到60%補(bu)充(chong)容量(liang)的(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)進(jin)行除硫(liu)處(chu)理,還有(you)約2/3的(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)可(ke)以達(da)到60%以上(shang)的(de)(de)容量(liang),甚(shen)至還有(you)35%以上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)容量(liang)可(ke)以達(da)到80%以上(shang)的(de)(de)容量(liang)。
4、采取類似電(dian)霸、保護器類的(de)脈(mo)沖(chong)發生器并聯在(zai)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)上,對(dui)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)進行脈(mo)沖(chong)維(wei)護。這種方法對(dui)修復電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)比較慢,但是(shi)由于(yu)長年在(zai)維(wei)修,所以,如果(guo)沒(mei)有過(guo)放電(dian),對(dui)于(yu)連續使用的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)來說,往往是(shi)徹底消除了電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)硫化的(de)可能性。
5、綜合修復方法
如果對電池采用定期檢驗,及時除硫和補水,單只電池充電、重新配組。采取這些做法以后,電池的(de)(de)(de)平均壽命會大大提高。定(ding)期檢(jian)修的(de)(de)(de)意義比較大,不要(yao)等電(dian)池由于失水(shui)和硫化的(de)(de)(de)影響,損傷(shang)(shang)正極板以(yi)(yi)后再修復。這樣,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)大大延長電(dian)池的(de)(de)(de)壽命。而一旦(dan)電(dian)池出(chu)現嚴重的(de)(de)(de)失水(shui)和硫化以(yi)(yi)后,對(dui)正極板的(de)(de)(de)損傷(shang)(shang)相對(dui)也(ye)比較大。所以(yi)(yi),應該在(zai)對(dui)正極板損傷(shang)(shang)以(yi)(yi)前久對(dui)電(dian)池進行(xing)適當的(de)(de)(de)維修。采取防患于未然(ran)的(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)修的(de)(de)(de)方法比亡羊補(bu)牢的(de)(de)(de)方法更加有效。
