汽車新鉛酸蓄電池充電正確操作方法
注意電源及電池的正負極,嚴格按指示操作:電池正極(ji)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)正極(ji),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)負極(ji)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)負極(ji)。
初(chu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)爭兩個階段進行(xing):首(shou)先(xian)用初(chu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)到電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液放(fang)出(chu)氣泡(pao),單格電(dian)(dian)壓升(sheng)到2.3~2.4V為(wei)止。然后(hou)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)降為(wei)1/2初(chu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),繼續(xu)充(chong)(chong)到電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液放(fang)出(chu)劇烈的氣泡(pao),比(bi)征和電(dian)(dian)壓連續(xu)3h穩定(ding)不(bu)變為(wei)止。全部充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間(jian)約(yue)為(wei)45~65h。
充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程(cheng)中應(ying)常測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液溫(wen)度用電(dian)(dian)(dian)流減半、停(ting)止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)冷卻的(de)(de)方法,將溫(wen)度控制在(zai)35~40℃,初充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)完畢(bi)時(shi),若電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液比(bi)重不合規定,應(ying)用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水或(huo)比(bi)重為1.4的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液進行調整(zheng)。調整(zheng)后再充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)2h,直至比(bi)重符合規定時(shi)為止。
新鉛酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池第一次充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后往往達不到(dao)(dao)容量(liang),應(ying)進行放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)循環(huan)。用20hh時(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)率放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(即用額定容量(liang)1/20的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)至單(dan)格電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)到(dao)(dao)1.75V為止(zhi)),然后再(zai)補(bu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)足,經過一次充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)循環(huan)若容量(liang)仍低于(yu)額定容量(liang)的90%時(shi),應(ying)再(zai)進行一次充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)循環(huan)。
