一、智能充電器定時插座(zuo)如何(he)工作(zuo)
智能定(ding)(ding)時插座的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)見圖1,共由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)開關、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脫鉤線圈(quan)驅(qu)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)、定(ding)(ding)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)、直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)4部(bu)分組成(cheng)。將(jiang)該(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)插上電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)插頭,按(an)(an)下(xia)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)開關S1按(an)(an)鈕,接(jie)通220V交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)即可(ke)(ke)開始工作。220V交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)路(lu)(lu)經(jing)14V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)變壓器T降壓、橋(qiao)式整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)容 C1濾(lv)(lv)(lv)波、三端穩(wen)壓集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)IC1穩(wen)壓、濾(lv)(lv)(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)容C2濾(lv)(lv)(lv)波產生(sheng)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)的(de)+12V直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),該(gai)+12V分三路(lu)(lu)輸出:(1)經(jing)R4加到(dao)LED2作+12V直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工作指示(shi)(shi)。(2)經(jing)R3、VD2、LED3串(chuan)聯穩(wen)壓后經(jing)C3濾(lv)(lv)(lv)波加到(dao)穩(wen)壓調整(zheng)管VT4基極,使(shi)VT4將(jiang)+12V穩(wen)壓為(wei)(wei)2.1V,由(you)VT4發射極輸出,該(gai) 2.1V經(jing)C4濾(lv)(lv)(lv)波后加到(dao)石英小鬧(nao)鐘(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)正負極為(wei)(wei)其提供直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(提示(shi)(shi)一(yi)點:2.1V高了些(xie),石英小鬧(nao)鐘(zhong)走時稍快一(yi)些(xie),定(ding)(ding)時值按(an)(an)4~5小時即可(ke)(ke))。(3)加到(dao)開關S1的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脫鉤線圈(quan)上。
220V交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)另一路經(jing)定時(shi)插(cha)座加到(dao)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,當(dang)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器還未轉入浮充(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態時(shi),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的紅(hong)燈LED1得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)光,LED1兩端(duan)的2V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)經(jing)插(cha)頭 P1、插(cha)孔J1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R2加到(dao)VT3基極(ji),VT3飽和導(dao)通,將2.1V穩壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)整管(guan)(guan)VT4基極(ji)短(duan)路到(dao)地,穩壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)整管(guan)(guan)VT4截(jie)止(zhi),石英小(xiao)鬧鐘(zhong)(zhong)無直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)供(gong)給(gei)而不工作(zuo),當(dang)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器轉入涓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流浮充(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)階段(duan)時(shi),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器紅(hong)色(se)二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)LED1兩端(duan)變為(wei)零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)熄滅(mie)(充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器綠色(se)二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)則(ze)發(fa)光),此時(shi)VT3也因基極(ji)零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)而截(jie)止(zhi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整管(guan)(guan)VT4正常導(dao)通,輸(shu)出2.1V直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),石英小(xiao)鬧鐘(zhong)(zhong)得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)始計時(shi),當(dang)計時(shi)到(dao)預先設定值時(shi),石英小(xiao)鬧鐘(zhong)(zhong)輸(shu)出低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平音頻脈(mo)沖(chong)訊響信號(hao),該低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平音頻脈(mo)沖(chong)信號(hao)通過(guo)VT2放大整流經(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容C5濾波輸(shu)出一直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),使VT1飽和導(dao)通,開(kai)關(guan)S1電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脫(tuo)鉤線圈得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產生磁(ci)力,使開(kai)關(guan)按鈕脫(tuo)鉤跳開(kai),斷開(kai)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),從而實現自動(dong)結束(shu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
二、元件選擇
元(yuan)件選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇如(ru)電(dian)路(lu)原(yuan)理圖上(shang)的(de)(de)標注:VT1、VT3、VT4 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)S8050 型三(san)極(ji)管,VT2 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)S8550 型三(san)極(ji)管,IC1選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)LM7812,VD1 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)IN4148 型二(er)(er)極(ji)管,VD2~D6選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)IN4007型二(er)(er)極(ji)管,LED1、 LED2選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)紅色發光(guang)二(er)(er)極(ji)管,LED3 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)綠色發光(guang)二(er)(er)極(ji)管,R1選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)2kΩ 普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)阻,R2 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)10kΩ普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)阻,R3、R4 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)1kΩ 普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)阻,開關S1 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)KDC-A01-06Y 型的(de)(de),P1和J1 分別(bie)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)單聲道耳機插頭、插孔。變壓(ya)器(qi)T 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)3W/14V 電(dian)源變壓(ya)器(qi), C1 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)1000μF/25V 電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容(rong)(rong),C2、C3、C4 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)470μF/25V電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容(rong)(rong), C5 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)47μF/25V 電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容(rong)(rong)。實物如(ru)圖2所示。焊好(hao)的(de)(de)電(dian)路(lu)見圖3。
三、智能定時插座(zuo)的(de)安裝與使(shi)用說明
筆者利用萬(wan)能印(yin)制板(ban)來(lai)焊接(jie)本(ben)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)插座電(dian)路,安裝時(shi)(shi)(shi)注意(yi),一定(ding)要(yao)將石英小(xiao)鬧鐘內的小(xiao)揚聲器拆除,小(xiao)揚聲器正極(ji)所(suo)(suo)接(jie)位(wei)置接(jie)三(san)極(ji)管(guan)VT2發射極(ji),小(xiao)揚聲器負極(ji)所(suo)(suo)接(jie)位(wei)置接(jie)三(san)極(ji)管(guan)VT2基極(ji),引線(xian)見圖4。本(ben)人焊接(jie)成(cheng)的定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)插座電(dian)路與充電(dian)器連接(jie)如圖5所(suo)(suo)示。
