太陽能電池板采用升壓拓撲結構電池充電器供電方案

    近年來,電池太陽能充電變得非常流行。一塊太陽能電池的典型電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為0.7V。許多太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)板都(dou)有8塊(kuai)串聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),因(yin)此最多能(neng)夠產生5.6V的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。利用(yong)降壓充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器,這一電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓足以(yi)將一塊(kuai)單體鋰離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(例如:手(shou)機電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)等)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到4.2V。但是,相同的太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)板用(yong)于為多體鋰離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(例如:筆記本(ben)電(dian)(dian)(dian)腦用(yong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi))充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,則(ze)要求使用(yong)一個升壓充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器。

  目前,市場上銷售的大多數充電器均基于降壓拓樸結構,因此要求其輸入電壓高于電池完全充電電壓。但是,對降壓電池充電器進行改進,便可以讓其成為一種升壓電池充電器。下面將介紹實施這種改進過程中需要注意的一些重要問題,并提供一個設計實例。該設計實例使用了TI的bq24650 太陽能充電器(qi) 的原理圖。
