電池雙通道輸入線性充電器MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y
Maxim日前發表的MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y為智慧型獨立式恒流、恒壓(CCCV)并具備溫度調節功能的雙通道輸入線性充電器,專為單顆鋰離子(Li+)電池充電器設計。MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y整合了電流檢測(ce)電路、互補式金(jin)屬(shu)氧化物半導體場(chang)效電晶體(MOSFET)傳輸元件及熱調(diao)節電路,并省去外部反向(xiang)隔離蕭(xiao)特基(Schottky)二極體,為手持設備(bei)提(ti)供最簡單(dan)、尺寸(cun)最小的充電方案。
MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y經由外(wai)部電(dian)(dian)阻提(ti)供(gong)可(ke)(ke)調節的快速(su)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(SETI)和(he)結束充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)上(shang)限(MIN),達到(dao)最大的靈活度。IC具(ju)有(you)啟動(dong)輔助(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路,可(ke)(ke)分辨輸(shu)入(ru)源(yuan)和(he)電(dian)(dian)池的連(lian)接,并為系統啟動(dong)提(ti)供(gong)致能訊號(ABO)。同(tong)時(shi),該款IC可(ke)(ke)在通用序列匯(hui)匯(hui)流(liu)排(USB)或輸(shu)入(ru)源(yuan)之間自(zi)動(dong)選(xuan)擇(ze)。如果(guo)兩個輸(shu)入(ru)源(yuan)同(tong)時(shi)連(lian)接,則IN具(ju)有(you)更(geng)高的優先選(xuan)擇(ze)。由于(yu)IN可(ke)(ke)提(ti)供(gong)更(geng)高電(dian)(dian)流(liu),所(suo)以(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)IN以(yi)確保(bao)具(ju)有(you)最短的充電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間。
該款IC可控制從預備充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態到恒流快速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)、結束充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)及充(chong)(chong)飽電(dian)(dian)量的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)指示過程。獨特的熱(re)調節電(dian)(dian)路限(xian)制了(le)快速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時或IC在(zai)高(gao)溫環境下充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時的溫度,可在(zai)不損壞(huai)IC的前提下提供(gong)最大(da)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流。
