電池雙通道輸入線性充電器MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y
Maxim日前發表的MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y為智慧型獨立式恒流、恒壓(CCCV)并具備溫度調節功能的雙通道輸入線性充電器,專為單顆鋰離子(Li+)電池充電器設計。MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y整(zheng)合了(le)電(dian)(dian)流檢測電(dian)(dian)路、互(hu)補式金屬氧化物半導體(ti)場效(xiao)電(dian)(dian)晶(jing)體(ti)(MOSFET)傳輸元件及熱調節電(dian)(dian)路,并省去外部反(fan)向(xiang)隔離蕭特基(Schottky)二極體(ti),為手持設備提供最(zui)簡(jian)單、尺寸最(zui)小的充電(dian)(dian)方案。
MAX8844Z/MAX8844Y經(jing)由外(wai)部電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻提供可(ke)調節的快速充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(SETI)和結束充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流上限(xian)(MIN),達到最(zui)大的靈活(huo)度(du)。IC具(ju)有(you)啟動輔助(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,可(ke)分辨(bian)輸(shu)入源和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的連接,并為(wei)系統啟動提供致能訊號(ABO)。同(tong)時,該款IC可(ke)在(zai)通(tong)用序列匯匯流排(USB)或輸(shu)入源之(zhi)間(jian)自動選擇。如果兩個輸(shu)入源同(tong)時連接,則(ze)IN具(ju)有(you)更高的優先選擇。由于IN可(ke)提供更高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,所以選擇IN以確保具(ju)有(you)最(zui)短的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時間(jian)。
該款(kuan)IC可控制從預備充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態到恒流(liu)快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、結束充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)及充(chong)(chong)飽電(dian)(dian)(dian)量的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)指示過(guo)程。獨特的熱(re)調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)路限制了快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時或IC在高溫(wen)環境下(xia)(xia)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時的溫(wen)度(du),可在不損壞IC的前提下(xia)(xia)提供最大的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
