脈沖充電器概念

充電器:是(shi)一(yi)種通過向充電池(chi)通入電流(liu)而為電池(chi)充入能量的裝(zhuang)置。是(shi)一(yi)種將交流(liu)電轉換為低(di)壓直流(liu)電的設(she)備。
