快速充電器的設計與實現
以蓄(xu)電池(chi)(chi)為(wei)能(neng)源的(de)電動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車被(bei)認為(wei)是(shi)(shi)21世紀(ji)的(de)綠色工程,由于其(qi)具有(you)省時(shi)省力、無廢氣污染、無噪音、輕便美觀等(deng)特(te)點,受到眾多使用(yong)(yong)者的(de)青睞(lai)。但在使用(yong)(yong)中也(ye)暴露出它(ta)的(de)局限(xian)性(xing),那(nei)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)蓄(xu)電池(chi)(chi)的(de)容量決定了它(ta)僅能(neng)在較小范圍內(nei)使用(yong)(yong),而(er)且隨著使用(yong)(yong)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)遞(di)增,電池(chi)(chi)行(xing)駛(shi)里程會逐(zhu)漸縮短,許多人都有(you)半路電池(chi)(chi)耗盡,不得不費(fei)勁騎回家的(de)經歷。本(ben)文就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)要探討解決這(zhe)一難題的(de)方法,提出一種(zhong)電動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車快速充電的(de)模式(shi)來解決這(zhe)一問題,采用(yong)(yong)刷(shua)卡(ka)方式(shi)或(huo)其(qi)他計費(fei)方式(shi)對充電車輛進行(xing)收費(fei),并指定電池(chi)(chi)類型。
電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)快速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統的成(cheng)敗(bai)關鍵(jian)在蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統,它必須(xu)具有充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間(jian)短(duan)、對蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使用壽命(ming)影響(xiang)小以及充(chong)(chong)滿(man)判斷準確的特點(dian)。因此,研制性能優良、運行可靠(kao)的電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)快速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統是十分必要的。在盡可能較小影響(xiang)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使用壽命(ming)的前提(ti)下,希(xi)望(wang)能采用最大的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),在短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)內將電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量基本(ben)充(chong)(chong)足。而且在這個過(guo)程中,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)既不(bu)(bu)產生(sheng)大量氣體,又不(bu)(bu)使電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內部溫(wen)度過(guo)高。
2 控制系統硬件(jian)電路設計
2.1 系(xi)統總體組成框圖
本設計(ji)電(dian)(dian)源采用(yong)(yong)UC3842組成單端正激式開關電(dian)(dian)源,通過開關電(dian)(dian)源控制對蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行充電(dian)(dian)。微(wei)處理器采用(yong)(yong)凌陽(yang)SPCE061A 16位(wei)單片機(ji)。12864液晶顯示出(chu)中文菜(cai)單,同時顯示電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流、溫度等狀態(tai),并(bing)且(qie)利用(yong)(yong)凌陽(yang)SPCE061A 16位(wei)單片機(ji)的(de)語(yu)音(yin)功能,對充電(dian)(dian)進行語(yu)音(yin)提示。系統總體(ti)組成框圖如圖1所示。
顯示部分采用(yong)ACM12864液(ye)晶(jing)顯示,該模塊(kuai)價格低,數(shu)(shu)據可(ke)讀可(ke)寫(xie)(xie),自帶(dai)(dai)負電(dian)(dian)壓發生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)路,單+5V供電(dian)(dian),帶(dai)(dai)背光,可(ke)與(yu)各種(zhong)微處理器直接接口(kou)(kou),數(shu)(shu)據讀寫(xie)(xie)操作不受外部時(shi)鐘控制,不帶(dai)(dai)漢(han)字庫,占(zhan)空(kong)比為1/64,外部共有(you)20條引腳來進行外部接口(kou)(kou)。通過ACM12864模塊(kuai)與(yu)SPCE061A的(de)接口(kou)(kou)設計,可(ke)實(shi)(shi)現在(zai)充電(dian)(dian)過程中通過對電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流、溫度等數(shu)(shu)據的(de)采集,經過AD轉換,在(zai)液(ye)晶(jing)屏上(shang)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)顯示出來。
電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)通(tong)過在(zai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)回(hui)路中串聯(lian)一個0.1歐姆的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻,通(tong)過讀取其上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值來(lai)(lai)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu);電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)通(tong)過兩(liang)個電(dian)(dian)阻對蓄電(dian)(dian)池兩(liang)端(duan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)進行分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),使分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值在(zai)凌陽SPCE061A A/D轉換電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)范圍之(zhi)內(nei),從而檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。 蓄電(dian)(dian)池溫(wen)度的(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)是用(yong)溫(wen)度轉換專(zhuan)用(yong)芯(xin)片AD590來(lai)(lai)進行的(de)(de)。在(zai)整(zheng)個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程中,要(yao)不斷檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)度、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值,當溫(wen)度、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)有異(yi)常時,停止充(chong)電(dian)(dian),發出報警信號。
SPCE061A的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)特點(dian):16個(ge)I/O口,32k字的(de)存(cun)儲空間,足夠存(cun)儲程序和字模;它內部集成AD、DA和看門狗定時器,這些(xie)特性,可以大(da)大(da)簡(jian)化(hua)外(wai)(wai)圍電(dian)路。不僅外(wai)(wai)部電(dian)路簡(jian)單,而且可以方(fang)便實現人性化(hua)很(hen)強的(de)人機界面(mian)(鍵盤輸入和液晶(jing)中文菜單)和語音提示功(gong)能。
