MAX17435MAX17535可提(ti)供(gong)±0.4%的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓精度。低失(shi)調電(dian)(dian)(dian)流檢測放(fang)大器采用(yong)10mΩ檢流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻提(ti)供(gong)±3%的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流精度。在接(jie)入(ru)適配(pei)器時(shi),器件內部的電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷泵用(yong)于(yu)驅動適配(pei)器n溝道MOSFET;當適配(pei)器斷開時(shi),通過p溝道MOSFET選擇電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。
MAX17435MAX17535采用節省空間的4mmx4mm、24引腳TQFN封裝,封裝背部(bu)帶(dai)有(you)裸焊(han)盤。器件工作在-40°C至+85°C擴(kuo)展級溫(wen)度范圍。可提(ti)供帶(dai)有(you)推(tui)薦外部(bu)元件的評估板(ban),以加速設計進(jin)程。
