MAX17435MAX17535可提供±0.4%的電池電壓(ya)精度。低失調電流檢測放(fang)大器(qi)采用10mΩ檢流電阻提供±3%的充電電流精度。在接(jie)入適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器(qi)時,器(qi)件(jian)內部的電荷(he)泵用于驅動適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器(qi)n溝道(dao)MOSFET;當適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器(qi)斷開時,通過p溝道(dao)MOSFET選擇(ze)電池。
MAX17435MAX17535采用節省(sheng)空(kong)間的4mmx4mm、24引腳TQFN封裝,封裝背部帶有(you)裸焊盤(pan)。器(qi)件工作在-40°C至+85°C擴展級(ji)溫度(du)范圍(wei)。可提供(gong)帶有(you)推薦外部元件的評估板,以加速設計進程。
