可編程電池充電器
Maxim推出分別工作在850kHz和500kHz的高度集成、SMBus電池充電器MAX17435MAX17535。器件可(ke)(ke)在不(bu)改變(bian)外(wai)部(bu)元(yuan)件的條件下(xia)通(tong)過SMBus接口對充電(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)置(zhi)進行(xing)編程,大大提高(gao)了設(she)(she)計靈活性。可(ke)(ke)編程設(she)(she)置(zhi)包括(kuo)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流、充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、輸(shu)入限流、再(zai)學習(xi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以及數字IINP電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)回讀。功能類似的競爭(zheng)方案則需(xu)使用(yong)外(wai)部(bu)元(yuan)件編程充電(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)置(zhi)。MAX17435MAX17535可(ke)(ke)理(li)想用(yong)于筆記本(ben)電(dian)(dian)腦、超(chao)便攜PC(UMPC)、移動互聯網設(she)(she)備(bei)(MID)及其(qi)它對空間尺寸要(yao)求嚴格(ge)的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)供電(dian)(dian)應(ying)用(yong)。
MAX17435MAX17535可提(ti)供(gong)(gong)±0.4%的電(dian)池電(dian)壓精(jing)度(du)。低(di)失調(diao)電(dian)流(liu)檢測(ce)放大器(qi)采用(yong)10mΩ檢流(liu)電(dian)阻提(ti)供(gong)(gong)±3%的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)精(jing)度(du)。在接入適配(pei)器(qi)時,器(qi)件內(nei)部的電(dian)荷泵用(yong)于驅動適配(pei)器(qi)n溝道(dao)MOSFET;當適配(pei)器(qi)斷(duan)開時,通過(guo)p溝道(dao)MOSFET選擇電(dian)池。
MAX17435MAX17535采用節省空間的4mmx4mm、24引腳TQFN封(feng)(feng)裝,封(feng)(feng)裝背部帶有裸焊盤。器件工作(zuo)在-40°C至+85°C擴展級溫度范圍。可提供帶有推薦外部元件的評估板,以加速設計進(jin)程。
