據(ju)南(nan)京供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)司(si)介紹,南(nan)京境內高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路服務區(qu)目前已建成22座充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),實現充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設施全覆(fu)蓋(gai),其中最(zui)有特色的(de)要屬(shu)長深(shen)高(gao)速(su)六合服務區(qu)兩座充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。昨(zuo)天(tian)上(shang)午,記者來到該服務區(qu),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)快(kuai)充(chong)站(zhan)內,4個(ge)嶄新(xin)的(de)小車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)位(wei)排成一排。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)雨棚頂部平(ping)面布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)了容(rong)量約12千瓦時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)光伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)板,采用光伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。在站(zhan)體外圍配置(zhi)(zhi)了容(rong)量為(wei)100千瓦時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)梯次利(li)用“電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池屋(wu)”。“屋(wu)子”里擺放了很多臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,這(zhe)些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池就是(shi)該充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)最(zui)大的(de)亮點(dian),因為(wei)它們都是(shi)從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)上(shang)淘(tao)汰下來的(de)。光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)被輸送到這(zhe)些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池里儲存(cun)起(qi)來,待(dai)有車(che)輛來充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi),這(zhe)些(xie)“變廢(fei)為(wei)寶”的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池就可以釋放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能,給汽車(che)快(kuai)速(su)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)了。
“儲能電池的梯次利用,提升了電池的全壽命綜合應用,實現了電池的最大使用價值和經濟效益。”南京供電公司相關負責人說。 據中國電科院有關專家介紹,一般來說,動力電池的容量低于80%就不能再用在新能源汽車上,考慮到使用環境等綜合情況,動力電池的平均壽命是5至7年。從目前新能源汽車的應用情況看,到2020年,我國電動汽車動力電池累計報廢量將達到12至17萬噸規模。
“這(zhe)些(xie)報廢電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)并(bing)非(fei)完全失去(qu)了價值,理論(lun)上(shang)(shang)說,它們(men)還(huan)可(ke)以按照電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量的不同(tong),利用(yong)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)儲能或者相(xiang)關供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)基(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)以及路(lu)燈、低(di)速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)上(shang)(shang),最(zui)后再進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回收體(ti)系(xi),這(zhe)就(jiu)是動力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的梯次(ci)利用(yong)。”省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)公司相(xiang)關負責人說。 此外,該(gai)站(zhan)(zhan)還(huan)采用(yong)了智能無(wu)人值班模式(shi),樁(zhuang)體(ti)各類故障(zhang)自(zi)動檢測(ce)、自(zi)動上(shang)(shang)報國網(wang)車(che)聯網(wang)平臺,并(bing)自(zi)動派單,保證(zheng)人員45分(fen)鐘(zhong)到場維修。最(zui)大程度保證(zheng)了充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)安全、快速、可(ke)靠(kao)。該(gai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)預計下月投用(yong),駕車(che)人屆時(shi)可(ke)通過智慧(hui)車(che)聯網(wang)平臺,實現線上(shang)(shang)智能找樁(zhuang)、預約(yue)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、里程測(ce)算、在線支付等,并(bing)支持e充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)賬號(hao)、國網(wang)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)卡和e充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)掃碼三種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi)進(jin)(jin)行費用(yong)結(jie)算,正常(chang)情況下充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)只需(xu)30分(fen)鐘(zhong)。
