據南京(jing)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)公司(si)介紹(shao),南京(jing)境(jing)內高(gao)速(su)公路服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)目前已建成(cheng)22座充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),實現充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設施全覆蓋,其(qi)中最(zui)有(you)特色(se)的(de)要屬長深高(gao)速(su)六合服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu)兩座充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。昨天上午(wu),記者來(lai)(lai)到(dao)該(gai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)區(qu),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)快(kuai)充(chong)站(zhan)內,4個嶄(zhan)新的(de)小車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)位排成(cheng)一(yi)排。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)雨棚(peng)頂部平面(mian)布置了(le)容量約12千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi)的(de)光伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)板,采(cai)用(yong)光伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。在站(zhan)體外圍(wei)配(pei)置了(le)容量為(wei)100千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi)的(de)梯次利(li)用(yong)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)屋”。“屋子”里(li)(li)擺放了(le)很多臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),這些電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就是(shi)該(gai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)最(zui)大的(de)亮點(dian),因為(wei)它們都(dou)是(shi)從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)上淘汰下來(lai)(lai)的(de)。光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)被輸送到(dao)這些電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)里(li)(li)儲存起來(lai)(lai),待有(you)車(che)輛來(lai)(lai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),這些“變(bian)廢為(wei)寶(bao)”的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就可以釋放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能,給汽(qi)車(che)快(kuai)速(su)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)了(le)。
“儲能電池的梯次利用,提升了電池的全壽命綜合應用,實現了電池的最大使用價值和經濟效益。”南京供電公司相關負責人說。 據中國電科院有關專家介紹,一般來說,動力電池的容量低于80%就不能再用在新能源汽車上,考慮到使用環境等綜合情況,動力電池的平均壽命是5至7年。從目前新能源汽車的應用情況看,到2020年,我國電動汽車動力電池累計報廢量將達到12至17萬噸規模。
“這(zhe)些報(bao)廢電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)并(bing)非完(wan)全失(shi)去了價值,理論上說,它(ta)們還可(ke)以按照電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量的(de)不同,利用(yong)(yong)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)儲能或者相關供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)基(ji)站以及路燈、低(di)速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車上,最后再進入回收體(ti)系,這(zhe)就是(shi)動(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)梯次利用(yong)(yong)。”省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)公司相關負責人(ren)說。 此外(wai),該站還采用(yong)(yong)了智(zhi)能無人(ren)值班模式(shi),樁體(ti)各類(lei)故障自(zi)動(dong)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)、自(zi)動(dong)上報(bao)國網(wang)車聯網(wang)平臺,并(bing)自(zi)動(dong)派單,保(bao)證人(ren)員45分鐘(zhong)(zhong)到場維修。最大程(cheng)度保(bao)證了充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)安全、快速、可(ke)靠。該充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站預(yu)計下月(yue)投用(yong)(yong),駕車人(ren)屆時可(ke)通過智(zhi)慧車聯網(wang)平臺,實現線(xian)上智(zhi)能找(zhao)樁、預(yu)約充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、里(li)程(cheng)測(ce)(ce)算、在線(xian)支付(fu)等(deng),并(bing)支持e充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)賬號(hao)、國網(wang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)卡和e充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)掃碼三種(zhong)方式(shi)進行費用(yong)(yong)結算,正(zheng)常(chang)情況下充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)只需30分鐘(zhong)(zhong)。
