MAX713的大功率多功能充電器

 充電器參數設計

  本文設計的充電器可對鉛酸、鎳氫、鎳鎘三種電池充放電。充電電流最大為16A,可充6V、12V、24V、30V、36V五檔位的電池,充電容量從10Ah到240Ah,供電電源為AC187V~252V、50Hz,充電器體(ti)積為250mm×164mm×90mm,重量(liang)為3kg。

  MAX713的(de)封裝及引(yin)腳功(gong)能編程描述

  MAX713的封裝及(ji)引(yin)腳功能

  1腳VLIMIT:設置單節電(dian)池最大電(dian)壓,電(dian)池組(zu)(BATT+―BATT-)的最大電(dian)壓Em不能超過VLIMIT×(電(dian)池數量n),且VLIMIT不能超過2.5V,當VLINIT接V+時,Em=1.65n(V),通常將VLIMIT與VREF連接。

  2腳BATT+:電(dian)池組正極。

  3腳PGM0:可編程(cheng)引(yin)腳。

  4腳(jiao)PGM1:可編程引腳(jiao)。通過對PGM0和PGM1腳(jiao)電(dian)壓的(de)設(she)(she)定可設(she)(she)置(zhi)充電(dian)電(dian)池的(de)的(de)數量,從(cong)1到16。

  5腳(jiao)THI:溫(wen)度比較(jiao)器的上限(xian)電壓(ya)。當TEMP電壓(ya)大上升到(dao)THI時,快速(su)充電結(jie)束(shu)。

  6腳(jiao)TLO:溫(wen)度比較器(qi)的下限(xian)電壓。充電初始,當(dang)TEMP電壓低于TLO時快(kuai)速充電被(bei)禁止,直到TEMP電壓高于TLO。

  7腳TEMP:溫度傳感器輸入。

  8腳FASTCHG:快速充(chong)電狀態輸出。

  9腳(jiao)PGM2:可(ke)編(bian)程(cheng)引(yin)腳(jiao)。通過對PGM2和PGM3腳(jiao)電壓的設定可(ke)設置快速充電的最大允許時間(33min~264min)。

  10腳(jiao)PGM3:可編(bian)程引(yin)腳(jiao)。除設定最大允許時間外,還可設定快速(su)充電和(he)涓流充電的速(su)率。

  11腳CC:恒流補(bu)償輸入。

  12腳BATT-:電(dian)池組負極

  13腳GND:系統地。

  14腳(jiao)DRV:驅動外(wai)圍“PNP”。

  15腳V+:分路調節器(qi)。V+對BATT-電壓為+5V,為芯片提供分路電流(5mA~20mA)。

  16腳REF:參考電壓輸出2V。

   MAX713引(yin)腳編程控制

 

  1. 可充電電池(chi)數量(liang)控(kong)制

  通過對可(ke)編(bian)(bian)程引腳(jiao)3腳(jiao)PGM0、4腳(jiao)PGM1進行簡單的電(dian)壓(ya)配置編(bian)(bian)程,實現(xian)對充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)支(zhi)數的控制,如圖2所(suo)示。

  2. 電池充滿電判(pan)斷

  電池充滿電時,應(ying)立即切斷充電電路,防止過充,保(bao)護電池安全。判(pan)斷電池充滿電的方法很多(duo),如最(zui)高電壓控(kong)制、最(zui)小電流控(kong)制、最(zui)高溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制等(deng)。

  MAX713采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)負斜(xie)率(lv)的(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)來(lai)判斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)增長出現負斜(xie)率(lv)后(hou),MAX713發出充(chong)(chong)滿關機信號,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)負斜(xie)率(lv)控制是一(yi)種綜合效果較好的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)判斷方(fang)法(fa)。即電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)到達(da)峰點前(qian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)曲(qu)線的(de)(de)斜(xie)率(lv)是正值,到達(da)峰點后(hou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)曲(qu)線的(de)(de)斜(xie)率(lv)為負值。

  3. 充電速率、充電時間控制

  通過對PGM2和PGM3引腳的編程電壓設置可設定電池的充電速率和充電時間的控制。

  軍用大功率多功能充電器的設計

  充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)由AC/DC/變換、充電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路、蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池激活(huo)電(dian)(dian)路三部(bu)分組成。(見圖(tu)5)

  AC/DC變換器

  它由橋式整流器、全(quan)橋逆變(bian)器、高(gao)頻變(bian)壓整流器及PWM發生(sheng)器組成(cheng),把220V交流電(dian)變(bian)換成(cheng)所(suo)需要的各種直流充電(dian)電(dian)壓。

  充電控制電路

  充電(dian)控制電(dian)路(lu),由可編程(cheng)芯(xin)片(MAX713)、電(dian)壓取樣(yang)電(dian)路(lu)、電(dian)流取樣(yang)電(dian)路(lu)等組(zu)成。

  電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)取樣(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)取樣(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)將采(cai)樣(yang)到的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)信號經PID補償電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)送誤差(cha)放大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)放大后,控制PWM電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)和過(guo)壓(ya)、過(guo)流(liu)(liu)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。

  可編程芯片(MAX713)是充電控制電路的(de)核心(xin)器件(jian),在本項目(mu)中根據對充電電池容量、電壓性(xing)質的(de)綜合考慮,對MAX713設定的(de)最大充電時(shi)間為(wei)264分鐘,充電電流為(wei)C。MAX713的(de)電路原(yuan)理圖如圖6所示。

  蓄電池激活電路

  蓄電(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)激(ji)活電(dian)(dian)路,用(yong)(yong)于對(dui)記憶、鈍化、老化電(dian)(dian)池進行(xing)容(rong)量恢(hui)復。激(ji)活回路采(cai)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)個(ge)簡單的比(bi)較運放器對(dui)激(ji)活電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流進行(xing)控制。

 

 

  綜上所述,本文設計的大功率多功能充電器充(chong)分利用了(le)集成電(dian)路(lu)MAX713的控制功能(neng),優化了(le)各種(zhong)電(dian)路(lu)組合(he)方式。具(ju)有體積小、重量輕、充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)范圍(wei)廣等優點。
