MAX713的大功率多功能充電器
充電器參數設計
本文設計的充電器可對鉛酸、鎳氫、鎳鎘三種電池充放電。充電電流最大為16A,可充6V、12V、24V、30V、36V五檔位的電池,充電容量從10Ah到240Ah,供電電源為AC187V~252V、50Hz,充電器體積(ji)為(wei)(wei)250mm×164mm×90mm,重(zhong)量為(wei)(wei)3kg。

MAX713的封裝及引腳功能
1腳VLIMIT:設置單節電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)最(zui)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(BATT+―BATT-)的最(zui)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓Em不能(neng)超過VLIMIT×(電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)數量n),且VLIMIT不能(neng)超過2.5V,當VLINIT接(jie)V+時,Em=1.65n(V),通(tong)常將(jiang)VLIMIT與VREF連接(jie)。

2腳BATT+:電池組正極(ji)。
3腳(jiao)PGM0:可編程引腳(jiao)。
4腳(jiao)PGM1:可編程(cheng)引腳(jiao)。通過對PGM0和PGM1腳(jiao)電(dian)壓的(de)設(she)(she)定(ding)可設(she)(she)置充電(dian)電(dian)池的(de)的(de)數量,從1到16。
5腳THI:溫度(du)比較器(qi)的上(shang)限電(dian)壓(ya)。當TEMP電(dian)壓(ya)大上(shang)升到THI時,快速充電(dian)結(jie)束。
6腳TLO:溫度比較器的下限電(dian)壓。充電(dian)初始,當TEMP電(dian)壓低于TLO時快速充電(dian)被禁止,直到TEMP電(dian)壓高于TLO。
7腳(jiao)TEMP:溫(wen)度傳感器輸入。
8腳FASTCHG:快(kuai)速(su)充電狀態(tai)輸出。
9腳PGM2:可(ke)編程引腳。通過對PGM2和PGM3腳電壓的(de)設(she)定可(ke)設(she)置(zhi)快(kuai)速充電的(de)最大(da)允許時(shi)間(33min~264min)。

10腳PGM3:可編程(cheng)引腳。除設定(ding)最大允許時間(jian)外,還可設定(ding)快速充電和涓流充電的速率。
11腳CC:恒流補償輸入。
12腳BATT-:電池組負極
13腳GND:系統地(di)。
14腳DRV:驅動(dong)外(wai)圍(wei)“PNP”。
15腳(jiao)V+:分路調節器。V+對BATT-電(dian)壓(ya)為+5V,為芯片提供(gong)分路電(dian)流(5mA~20mA)。
16腳(jiao)REF:參考電壓輸出2V。
MAX713引腳編程控制
1. 可充電電池數量控制
通過對可編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)引腳(jiao)3腳(jiao)PGM0、4腳(jiao)PGM1進行簡單的(de)電(dian)壓配置編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng),實現對充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池支數的(de)控制,如圖2所示。
2. 電(dian)池充滿電(dian)判斷(duan)
電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)時(shi),應立即切斷充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路,防止(zhi)過(guo)充(chong),保護電(dian)(dian)池(chi)安全(quan)。判斷電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)的方法很多,如最高電(dian)(dian)壓控制(zhi)、最小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)控制(zhi)、最高溫度控制(zhi)等。
MAX713采(cai)用電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)負(fu)斜(xie)(xie)率(lv)的(de)方法(fa)(fa)來判斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)滿(man)電(dian)(dian)。當電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)增長出現負(fu)斜(xie)(xie)率(lv)后,MAX713發出充(chong)滿(man)關機信(xin)號,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器停(ting)止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)負(fu)斜(xie)(xie)率(lv)控制是一種(zhong)綜合效果較(jiao)好的(de)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)滿(man)電(dian)(dian)判斷(duan)方法(fa)(fa)。即(ji)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)到達峰(feng)點前,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)曲線的(de)斜(xie)(xie)率(lv)是正值,到達峰(feng)點后電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)曲線的(de)斜(xie)(xie)率(lv)為負(fu)值。
3. 充電速率、充電時間控制
通過對PGM2和PGM3引腳的編程電壓設置可設定電池的充電速率和充電時間的控制。

充電器由AC/DC/變換(huan)、充電控制電路、蓄電池激活電路三部分組成。(見圖(tu)5)
AC/DC變換器
它由橋(qiao)式整流(liu)(liu)器、全橋(qiao)逆(ni)變器、高(gao)頻變壓(ya)整流(liu)(liu)器及PWM發生器組(zu)成,把220V交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)變換成所需(xu)要(yao)的各種(zhong)直流(liu)(liu)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)。
充電控制電路
充電(dian)控制電(dian)路(lu)(lu),由可編程芯片(MAX713)、電(dian)壓(ya)取(qu)樣(yang)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)、電(dian)流(liu)取(qu)樣(yang)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)等組(zu)成。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓取樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流取樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)將(jiang)采樣到(dao)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流信號經PID補償電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)送誤差放大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)放大(da)后,控制PWM電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)和過(guo)壓、過(guo)流保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)。
可編程芯片(MAX713)是充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)核心器件(jian),在本項目中根據對充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池容量、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)性質的(de)(de)綜合考慮,對MAX713設定的(de)(de)最(zui)大充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間為(wei)264分(fen)鐘(zhong),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)C。MAX713的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路原理圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)6所示。

蓄電池激活電路
蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)激(ji)(ji)(ji)活(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),用于對(dui)記憶、鈍化、老化電(dian)(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行容量(liang)恢復。激(ji)(ji)(ji)活(huo)回路(lu)采用一個簡單的比較(jiao)運(yun)放器對(dui)激(ji)(ji)(ji)活(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流進(jin)行控制(zhi)。
綜上所述,本文設計的大功率多功能充電器充(chong)分(fen)利用了集成(cheng)電路(lu)MAX713的控制功能(neng),優化(hua)了各(ge)種(zhong)電路(lu)組合方式(shi)。具有體積(ji)小、重量輕、充(chong)電電池(chi)范圍廣等優點。
