正確評測一款充電電池的三大要點
充電電池評測分為自我評測與比較評測兩種參數體系。自我評測就是對一個品牌的充電電池評(ping)測(ce)(ce)自身部分性(xing)能,而(er)比較評(ping)測(ce)(ce)則(ze)是對于(yu)兩(liang)種或者(zhe)兩(liang)種以(yi)上(shang)品(pin)牌相同標稱容量的(de)電池(chi)(chi)就某一個性(xing)能參數進行(xing)的(de)比較。充(chong)電電池(chi)(chi)評(ping)測(ce)(ce)是描述電池(chi)(chi)客觀(guan)情況的(de)重要手段,一般情況下,進行(xing)充(chong)電電池(chi)(chi)評(ping)測(ce)(ce)需(xu)要專門的(de)檢測(ce)(ce)設(she)備,故(gu)而(er)在實驗(yan)(yan)室檢驗(yan)(yan)為好,這樣可(ke)以(yi)縮小誤差。
無論是(shi)(shi)自我評測(ce)還是(shi)(shi)比(bi)較評測(ce),充電(dian)電(dian)池評測(ce)都要有兩個前提條件,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)工作溫(wen)度在常溫(wen)范圍內,二(er)是(shi)(shi)充電(dian)電(dian)池必須(xu)是(shi)(shi)新電(dian)。
對于充電電池評測中的自我評測,電池生產廠家的著重點往往并(bing)不完(wan)全相同:有的囊(nang)括所(suo)有性(xing)能參數,有的則(ze)僅測試(shi)(shi)與容量相關的參數,有的會(hui)在(zai)這(zhe)個基(ji)礎上加上安全性(xing)能測試(shi)(shi)。
不過,對于比較評測,則基本上是圍繞著與容量相關的參數而進行。這時的前提條件,除了都是新電外,要注意所有設置條件的一致性,如溫度、電流、電壓、靜(jing)置時間(jian)、循環(huan)次數(shu)、檢(jian)測柜型(xing)號等所(suo)有充(chong)電電池評測的環(huan)境必須都是(shi)一樣的。
在比較評測中,主要測試(shi)三個參數(shu):
1、電(dian)池(chi)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)及其與標稱容(rong)(rong)量(liang)之差。評(ping)測實(shi)(shi)際(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)以0.2C放電(dian)為準(zhun),在規(gui)定循環次(ci)數內(nei),以每次(ci)記錄電(dian)量(liang)的(de)加權平均值(zhi)為實(shi)(shi)際(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang),實(shi)(shi)際(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)與標稱容(rong)(rong)量(liang)越接近,電(dian)池(chi)越“真”。
2、評測(ce)電(dian)池(chi)壽命(ming)。在電(dian)池(chi)實(shi)際容量(liang)(liang)(liang)評測(ce)的基(ji)礎上,將每款電(dian)池(chi)實(shi)際容量(liang)(liang)(liang)與標稱容量(liang)(liang)(liang)逐次對比,得(de)出各自的容量(liang)(liang)(liang)衰減率,從而評測(ce)電(dian)池(chi)壽命(ming)。
