60V電池充電器可以給72V電瓶充電嗎?
好比你小個子,想穿XXXL規格的大衣服一樣,套是套上去了,但是出不了門了。電池充電器和電瓶都是要講究電壓搭配的,不能跨電壓使用了,72伏電瓶,是6接單個電池串聯組成,而60伏電瓶,只有5個電池串聯,充電器充電過程,是控制電流或者充電電壓來完成的,每個階段不同,電壓有差異,可能會影響轉燈判斷,如果換來使用,一般來說是無法正常完成的電瓶的電壓,并不是一個固定值,而是在標稱電壓基礎上浮動一定范圍的,上限的充電終止電壓,一般是標稱電壓的1.2倍;而下限放電截止電壓,一般是標稱電壓的0.9。

對于72伏電瓶,充電的上限電壓=14.4*6=86.4伏,而下限放電截止電壓10.8*6=64.8伏。
對于60伏電瓶,充電的上限電壓=14.4*5=72伏,而下限放電截止電壓=10.8*5=54伏。
可能實際上電(dian)壓會(hui)(hui)和理論值有點差異(yi),但是也不(bu)(bu)會(hui)(hui)太(tai)大(da)的。充電(dian)器(qi)充電(dian)的時(shi)候(hou),會(hui)(hui)根據電(dian)量的不(bu)(bu)同而采用不(bu)(bu)一眼(yan)的充電(dian)模(mo)式。
開始時候,電量低,是恒定電流來充電,充電比較快,等電流小于一定值,就認為基本充滿了,轉燈變成了恒壓模式,最后是恒壓下再限流,在所謂的涓流下充電。所以不同轉換的過程,和電壓是有一定關系的。
如果(guo)使(shi)用了60V充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器給72伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),雖然(ran)不會直接因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高而充(chong)(chong)壞(huai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),但是因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)最高輸出才72伏,比72伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)上限電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)86.4伏低很(hen)(hen)多(duo),所以是無法(fa)充(chong)(chong)滿72伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶的,這(zhe)樣不排除會出現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流一直很(hen)(hen)大,超過很(hen)(hen)長時間,引起無法(fa)正常轉燈,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)一直進行下去,可能(neng)會造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)缺水而損傷(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。
而且充不滿,對于72伏電機而言,肯定是跑不快也跑不遠的,很容易造成電瓶虧電。
至于(yu)顛倒過來,用(yong)72伏充電器給60伏電瓶充電,更(geng)加行不通了,電壓太高,直接會把電瓶充壞了。
除非是(shi)迫不得已的(de)(de)場合,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓一定要和電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓匹配來使用,不然會直接傷(shang)害(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)或(huo)者縮短電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)(ping)使用壽命,嚴重的(de)(de)還可能因為發熱問題引起(qi)火災。
