60V電池充電器可以給72V電瓶充電嗎?
好比你小個子,想穿XXXL規格的大衣服一樣,套是套上去了,但是出不了門了。電池充電器和電瓶都是要講究電壓搭配的,不能跨電壓使用了,72伏電瓶,是6接單個電池串聯組成,而60伏電瓶,只有5個電池串聯,充電器充電過程,是控制電流或者充電電壓來完成的,每個階段不同,電壓有差異,可能會影響轉燈判斷,如果換來使用,一般來說是無法正常完成的電瓶的電壓,并不是一個固定值,而是在標稱電壓基礎上浮動一定范圍的,上限的充電終止電壓,一般是標稱電壓的1.2倍;而下限放電截止電壓,一般是標稱電壓的0.9。
單個(ge)電池,12*1.2=14.4伏,12*0.9=10.8伏
對于72伏電瓶,充電的上限電壓=14.4*6=86.4伏,而下限放電截止電壓10.8*6=64.8伏。
對于60伏電瓶,充電的上限電壓=14.4*5=72伏,而下限放電截止電壓=10.8*5=54伏。
可(ke)能實際(ji)上電壓會和(he)理(li)論值有點差異,但(dan)是也不會太大的(de)。充電器充電的(de)時(shi)候,會根據電量(liang)的(de)不同而采用不一眼的(de)充電模式(shi)。
開始時候,電量低,是恒定電流來充電,充電比較快,等電流小于一定值,就認為基本充滿了,轉燈變成了恒壓模式,最后是恒壓下再限流,在所謂的涓流下充電。所以不同轉換的過程,和電壓是有一定關系的。
如果使用了60V充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器給72伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),雖然不會直接因(yin)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高而(er)充(chong)壞電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,但(dan)是因(yin)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)最(zui)高輸(shu)出(chu)才(cai)72伏(fu),比72伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)上限電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)86.4伏(fu)低(di)很多,所(suo)以是無(wu)(wu)法(fa)充(chong)滿72伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶的,這樣不排除會出(chu)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流一(yi)直很大,超(chao)過(guo)很長(chang)時(shi)間,引起無(wu)(wu)法(fa)正常轉(zhuan)燈,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)一(yi)直進行下去(qu),可(ke)能(neng)會造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池缺水而(er)損傷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池。
而且充不滿,對于72伏電機而言,肯定是跑不快也跑不遠的,很容易造成電瓶虧電。
至于顛倒(dao)過來,用72伏(fu)充電(dian)器給60伏(fu)電(dian)瓶充電(dian),更(geng)加行(xing)不通了(le),電(dian)壓太高,直接會把電(dian)瓶充壞了(le)。
除非是迫(po)不(bu)得已的(de)場合,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓一定(ding)要和電(dian)(dian)瓶的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓匹(pi)配來使用,不(bu)然會直接傷害(hai)電(dian)(dian)瓶或者縮短(duan)電(dian)(dian)瓶使用壽命,嚴(yan)重的(de)還可能因為(wei)發熱問題(ti)引(yin)起火災。
