智能電池充電器的性能測試
智能電池充電器它滿足(zu)12VVRLA蓄電池(chi)在循環(huan)使用條件(jian)下(xia)的(de)充(chong)電要(yao)求(qiu),設計指標為:
(1)當(dang)Ub≤14.2V時(shi),恒流充電(dian),充電(dian)電(dian)流為(wei)2A。
(2)當Ub>14.2V時,充電(dian)電(dian)流隨(sui)電(dian)池電(dian)壓的升高而線性減(jian)小。
(3)當Ub≥15.5時,以10mA左右的電(dian)(dian)流給蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian),用(yong)以補償(chang)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)自放電(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)流。
(4)充電(dian)閾值電(dian)壓溫度(du)補償系(xi)數為-23mV/℃(12VVRLA蓄電(dian)池)
測(ce)試步驟如下:
①給JTU―100型(xing)電(dian)子(zi)負載接(jie)上電(dian)源,并將(jiang)輸出調整到(dao)13.5V。
②按結構接線。
③先打(da)開(kai)(kai)(kai)電(dian)子負載的開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan),再打(da)開(kai)(kai)(kai)智能(neng)電(dian)池充電(dian)器的開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan),電(dian)流表(biao)顯示(shi)為2A,電(dian)壓表(biao)顯示(shi)為13.5V。
④逐(zhu)漸增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)的輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓,當電(dian)(dian)壓大于14.2V時,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)流逐(zhu)漸減小,當電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)的輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓升(sheng)至15.5V時,電(dian)(dian)流降至10mA左右。
⑤逐漸減(jian)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表的(de)讀數(shu)線性增加,當輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)小于14.2V時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表的(de)讀數(shu)增至2A并維持不變。
⑥為了測出充電閾值電壓的溫度補償是否達到設計指標,將智能電池充電器的溫度(du)傳感器放到恒溫箱中,測(ce)出該溫度(du)下的充電曲線。
