藍牙耳機電池不充電應急維修方法
一只μVisiON(優威信)ZL600立體聲(sheng)藍(lan)牙耳機,故(gu)障為不(bu)能開機,充不(bu)進電。
用小一字儀表改錐沿外(wai)殼面板接縫細心撬(qiao)開正面蓋(gai)板,再(zai)小心取出電(dian)路板和內部(bu)電(dian)池。
注(zhu)意:電路板與(yu)外(wai)殼問有兩處(chu)用(yong)膠粘接,要(yao)用(yong)小―字改(gai)錐細心撥開(kai);麥(mai)克風、發聲單元都(dou)用(yong)膠固定(ding)在外(wai)殼上了,輕拉(la)出電路板到―定(ding)位置就行了,注(zhu)意別(bie)拽(zhuai)斷引線。
故(gu)障(zhang)分(fen)析:這款藍牙耳機使(shi)用(yong)了容(rong)量為l00mAh的(de)鋰(li)聚合物電(dian)池,鋰(li)電(dian)池帶有充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)板。測量鋰(li)電(dian)池輸出電(dian)壓為0.4V左右,用(yong)5V電(dian)源充(chong)電(dian),測得(de)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)為零。剝(bo)開(kai)包在(zai)鋰(li)電(dian)池保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)板外層的(de)絕(jue)緣膠皮,測得(de)鋰(li)電(dian)心的(de)電(dian)壓為1.05V,說明鋰(li)電(dian)池電(dian)壓太低,已(yi)經低于保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)板的(de)充(chong)電(dian)開(kai)啟電(dian)壓,保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)板起保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用(yong),斷開(kai)了充(chong)電(dian)回(hui)路。
于是用(yong)(yong)外接5V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)串(chuan)聯33Ω電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)直接對鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)心充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),測得(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流從(cong)100mA逐漸(jian)下(xia)降(jiang),鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)心的(de)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓逐漸(jian)上升,當上升到(dao)3V左(zuo)右時(shi)停止(zhi)外接充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),使用(yong)(yong)原(yuan)機(ji)配的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線插(cha)人藍牙耳機(ji)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)插(cha)口(kou),這時(shi)可以(yi)正常充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)了!將(jiang)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)心和保護板用(yong)(yong)絕緣膠皮包好,裝回耳機(ji)內部(bu),按原(yuan)樣恢(hui)復藍牙耳機(ji),正常充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),雨個多小時(shi)后(hou)充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),可以(yi)正常使用(yong)(yong)了。
本以為這個藍牙耳機修復成功了(le),于是用其聽歌試用,2個多小時后電量耗盡自動關機,再測試又回到了(le)原來(lai)的故(gu)障狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態:既(ji)不能開機也充不進電,又處于保護狀(zhuang)(zhuang)杰。
綜合分析(xi):鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)的(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)功能失效,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)終止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。可(ke)(ke)以(yi)選(xuan)擇的(de)修(xiu)復方案有(you):(1)更換(huan)新的(de)帶保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)的(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。但(dan)一(yi)時很難買到容量相(xiang)近(jin)、尺寸相(xiang)符的(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi);(2)保(bao)留鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)心,更換(huan)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)。可(ke)(ke)從(cong)淘汰的(de)或損(sun)壞的(de)舊MP3內部的(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)上拆下大小合適的(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)板(ban)換(huan)上,但(dan)這條途徑也有(you)困難。在上述兩種(zhong)方法都(dou)難以(yi)實現的(de)情(qing)況下,我采用了如圖(tu)所示的(de)應急方法進行維修(xiu)。
修(xiu)理(li)方法(fa):圖中(zhong)虛線方框中(zhong)為(wei)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)內部示意圖,經(jing)檢查,這(zhe)個藍(lan)牙耳機的(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)在(zai)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)負極(ji)(ji)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)有一個無(wu)(wu)觸點開(kai)(kai)關,鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)通(tong)過這(zhe)個無(wu)(wu)觸點開(kai)(kai)關的(de)通(tong)、斷(duan)來對鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)起充(chong)、放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)作用(yong)(yong)。現在(zai)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)的(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)倮護(hu)(hu)(hu)功(gong)能失效,放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)終止電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低于充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)(kai)啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,導致無(wu)(wu)法(fa)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),為(wei)此,用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R和發光二極(ji)(ji)管(guan)D串聯后再并(bing)接到這(zhe)個無(wu)(wu)觸點開(kai)(kai)關的(de)兩側(即鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)的(de)負極(ji)(ji)引出線與鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)負極(ji)(ji)之間(jian)),為(wei)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)搭建負極(ji)(ji)輔助(zhu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。發光二極(ji)(ji)管(guan)D選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)導通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓1.5V~2.0V的(de)紅色或綠色貼片LED,電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R起限流作用(yong)(yong),可選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)100Ω左(zuo)右的(de)貼片電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。
充電過程:剛充電時鋰電池電壓低于鋰電保護板的充電開啟電壓,鋰電保護板內部的無觸點開關斷開,但充電電流由電源正極流經鋰電池后,從鋰電池的負極經電阻R和發光二極管D流到電源負極,給鋰電池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian):隨著充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的進行,鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓逐漸上(shang)升(sheng)達(da)到鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板(ban)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板(ban)內部(bu)的無觸(chu)點開(kai)關(guan)導通,鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進人(ren)正常充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態;當(dang)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)到約3.7V(實測)時(shi),發光二極(ji)管D截止,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R和(he)發光二極(ji)管D串聯構(gou)成(cheng)的負(fu)極(ji)輔助充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路斷(duan)開(kai),但這時(shi)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板(ban)維持對鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian);當(dang)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)滿時(shi)(約4.2V),鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板(ban)內部(bu)的無觸(chu)點開(kai)關(guan)斷(duan)開(kai),起到充(chong)滿保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用。
由于電(dian)阻(zu)R和發光二極管D這兩個貼(tie)片元件體積很小(xiao),將(jiang)它們(men)串(chuan)聯(lian)焊在一起,并聯(lian)到鋰電(dian)池保護板(ban)上(shang)(shang)后可以直接放在保護板(ban)邊上(shang)(shang),也可以用(yong)細(xi)導線(xian)引(yin)出來用(yong)雙面(mian)不干膠粘(zhan)貼(tie)在藍牙耳機內部合適的位置(zhi)。
注意事項:由于是靠發光二極管D的截止電壓來斷開輔助充電電路,輔助充電電路沒有穩定的關斷電壓,因此輸人的充電電源電壓應以⒋5V~5.0V為宜,盡可能接近5V,最高不能超過5.2V。日前市場上銷售的有些充電器實(shi)際輸出電壓與標稱值相差(cha)很大,一定要實(shi)測(ce)輸出電壓是否在上述范圍之內。
由于這樣修理后(hou)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池并沒有(you)恢復放電(dian)(dian)保護功能,使(shi)用中可能會因過放電(dian)(dian)影響鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池的壽命(ming),因此使(shi)用中要(yao)注意(yi)電(dian)(dian)池放完(wan)電(dian)(dian)后(hou)應(ying)及時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),不要(yao)在(zai)低電(dian)(dian)壓下長時(shi)間擱置,最(zui)(zui)好不要(yao)等電(dian)(dian)量耗(hao)盡再充(chong)電(dian)(dian),當工作中藍牙耳機發出“嘀嘀”提示(shi)音時(shi)就要(yao)及時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。當然,這是(shi)應(ying)急使(shi)用的方法,能買到相近(jin)規格的鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池直接(jie)代換最(zui)(zui)好。
