藍牙耳機電池不充電應急維修方法
一(yi)只μVisiON(優(you)威信)ZL600立體(ti)聲藍牙耳機,故障為不能開機,充不進電。
用小(xiao)一字儀表改錐沿外殼面板接縫細心(xin)撬開正面蓋(gai)板,再小(xiao)心(xin)取出電(dian)路板和內部(bu)電(dian)池。
注(zhu)意:電路(lu)板與外(wai)殼(ke)問有兩處用膠粘接,要(yao)用小―字改錐細心撥(bo)開;麥克風、發聲單元都用膠固(gu)定在(zai)外(wai)殼(ke)上了(le),輕拉出(chu)電路(lu)板到―定位置就行了(le),注(zhu)意別拽(zhuai)斷引線。
故障(zhang)分析:這款藍(lan)牙耳機(ji)使(shi)用(yong)了容(rong)量為l00mAh的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)聚合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池帶有充(chong)(chong)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護板(ban)。測(ce)量鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為0.4V左(zuo)右,用(yong)5V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),測(ce)得(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為零。剝(bo)開(kai)包在鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池保護板(ban)外(wai)層的(de)(de)絕緣膠皮(pi),測(ce)得(de)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)心的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為1.05V,說明鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)太低,已經低于(yu)保護板(ban)的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)啟(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),保護板(ban)起保護作用(yong),斷開(kai)了充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu)。
于是(shi)用(yong)外接5V電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)串聯33Ω電(dian)(dian)阻直接對(dui)鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)心充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),測得充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流從(cong)100mA逐漸下降,鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)心的(de)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)壓逐漸上(shang)升,當上(shang)升到(dao)3V左右(you)時(shi)停止外接充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),使用(yong)原機(ji)(ji)(ji)配的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)線(xian)插(cha)人藍牙耳機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)插(cha)口,這(zhe)時(shi)可以正常充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)了!將鋰(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)心和保護板用(yong)絕緣膠皮包好,裝回耳機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部,按(an)原樣恢復藍牙耳機(ji)(ji)(ji),正常充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),雨(yu)個多小時(shi)后充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian),可以正常使用(yong)了。
本(ben)以為(wei)這個藍牙(ya)耳機修(xiu)復成功(gong)了,于是(shi)用其聽歌試用,2個多(duo)小(xiao)時(shi)后電量(liang)耗(hao)盡自(zi)動關機,再(zai)測試又回到了原(yuan)來(lai)的故障狀態(tai):既不能開機也充不進電,又處于保護(hu)狀杰。
綜合分析:鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護功能失效,放(fang)電(dian)終止電(dian)壓低于(yu)充(chong)電(dian)開(kai)啟電(dian)壓。可(ke)以選(xuan)擇(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)修(xiu)復(fu)方(fang)(fang)案(an)有(you):(1)更換(huan)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)帶保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)。但一時很難(nan)買到容量相近、尺寸(cun)相符的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi);(2)保(bao)(bao)(bao)留鋰(li)電(dian)心(xin),更換(huan)鋰(li)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板(ban)。可(ke)從淘(tao)汰的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)或損壞的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)舊MP3內部的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)上拆下(xia)大小合適的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護板(ban)換(huan)上,但這條(tiao)途徑(jing)也(ye)有(you)困難(nan)。在上述(shu)兩種方(fang)(fang)法都難(nan)以實現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia),我采用了(le)如(ru)圖所示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)急方(fang)(fang)法進(jin)行維修(xiu)。
修理方法:圖(tu)中虛(xu)線方框中為鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)板(ban)(ban)內部示意圖(tu),經檢(jian)查(cha),這個藍牙耳機的(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)板(ban)(ban)在鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)負(fu)(fu)極充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中有一個無(wu)(wu)觸點(dian)開關(guan),鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)板(ban)(ban)通過(guo)這個無(wu)(wu)觸點(dian)開關(guan)的(de)通、斷來對(dui)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)起(qi)充(chong)、放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)作用(yong)。現在鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保護(hu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)倮護(hu)功(gong)能失效,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)終止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),導(dao)致無(wu)(wu)法充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),為此,用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R和發(fa)光(guang)二極管(guan)D串聯(lian)后再(zai)并接到這個無(wu)(wu)觸點(dian)開關(guan)的(de)兩側(即鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保護(hu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)負(fu)(fu)極引出線與鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)負(fu)(fu)極之間),為鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)搭建負(fu)(fu)極輔助充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路。發(fa)光(guang)二極管(guan)D選用(yong)導(dao)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)1.5V~2.0V的(de)紅色或綠色貼片LED,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R起(qi)限流(liu)作用(yong),可(ke)選用(yong)100Ω左(zuo)右的(de)貼片電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。

充電過程:剛充電時鋰電池電壓低于鋰電保護板的充電開啟電壓,鋰電保護板內部的無觸點開關斷開,但充電電流由電源正極流經鋰電池后,從鋰電池的負極經電阻R和發光二極管D流到電源負極,給鋰電池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian):隨著充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)進行,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)逐漸上升(sheng)達到(dao)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護板的(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)開啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護板內(nei)部的(de)(de)無觸點(dian)開關(guan)導(dao)通,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池進人正(zheng)常充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai);當鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到(dao)約3.7V(實測)時(shi),發光二極(ji)(ji)管D截止,電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R和發光二極(ji)(ji)管D串聯構成的(de)(de)負極(ji)(ji)輔助充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路斷開,但(dan)這(zhe)時(shi)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護板維持對鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian);當鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)滿時(shi)(約4.2V),鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護板內(nei)部的(de)(de)無觸點(dian)開關(guan)斷開,起到(dao)充(chong)滿保(bao)(bao)護作用(yong)。
由于(yu)電阻(zu)R和發光二極管(guan)D這兩個貼片元件體積很小,將它(ta)們串聯焊在一(yi)起,并聯到鋰電池(chi)保(bao)護板上(shang)后可(ke)以直接放(fang)在保(bao)護板邊上(shang),也可(ke)以用細(xi)導線引出來(lai)用雙(shuang)面不(bu)干(gan)膠粘貼在藍牙耳(er)機內部合適的位(wei)置。
注意事項:由于是靠發光二極管D的截止電壓來斷開輔助充電電路,輔助充電電路沒有穩定的關斷電壓,因此輸人的充電電源電壓應以⒋5V~5.0V為宜,盡可能接近5V,最高不能超過5.2V。日前市場上銷售的有些充電器實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)出電壓與(yu)標稱(cheng)值相(xiang)差很大,一定要實(shi)(shi)測輸(shu)出電壓是否在上述范圍之內。
由于這(zhe)(zhe)樣修理后(hou)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)并(bing)沒有恢復放電(dian)(dian)保護功能(neng),使用(yong)中(zhong)可能(neng)會因(yin)過(guo)放電(dian)(dian)影響鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的壽命,因(yin)此使用(yong)中(zhong)要(yao)注意電(dian)(dian)池(chi)放完電(dian)(dian)后(hou)應及時(shi)充電(dian)(dian),不(bu)(bu)要(yao)在低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下長時(shi)間擱置,最(zui)好不(bu)(bu)要(yao)等(deng)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)耗盡再充電(dian)(dian),當工作(zuo)中(zhong)藍牙耳(er)機(ji)發出(chu)“嘀嘀”提示音時(shi)就要(yao)及時(shi)充電(dian)(dian)。當然,這(zhe)(zhe)是應急使用(yong)的方法,能(neng)買到相近規(gui)格的鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)直接代換最(zui)好。
