藍牙耳機電池不充電應急維修方法
一只(zhi)μVisiON(優(you)威信)ZL600立體(ti)聲藍牙(ya)耳機,故(gu)障為(wei)不能開機,充不進(jin)電。
用小一(yi)字儀表改錐沿外殼面板接縫細(xi)心撬開正(zheng)面蓋(gai)板,再(zai)小心取出電路板和內部電池(chi)。
注意:電(dian)(dian)路板(ban)與外殼問有兩處(chu)用(yong)(yong)膠粘接,要用(yong)(yong)小―字改(gai)錐(zhui)細心撥(bo)開;麥克風、發聲(sheng)單(dan)元都用(yong)(yong)膠固定(ding)(ding)在外殼上了,輕拉出電(dian)(dian)路板(ban)到―定(ding)(ding)位置就行了,注意別拽斷引線。
故障分析:這款(kuan)藍(lan)牙耳機(ji)使(shi)用了容量為l00mAh的鋰(li)聚(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)帶有(you)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板(ban)。測量鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為0.4V左右,用5V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),測得充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為零。剝開(kai)(kai)包(bao)在鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板(ban)外層的絕緣膠皮,測得鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)心的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為1.05V,說明鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)太(tai)低,已經低于保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板(ban)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)(kai)啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板(ban)起保(bao)(bao)護(hu)作用,斷開(kai)(kai)了充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu)。
于是用(yong)外接5V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源串聯33Ω電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻直接對鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)心充電(dian)(dian)(dian),測得充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流從100mA逐(zhu)漸下降,鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)心的(de)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)逐(zhu)漸上(shang)升,當上(shang)升到3V左右時(shi)停(ting)止外接充電(dian)(dian)(dian),使用(yong)原(yuan)機配的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)線插人(ren)藍牙(ya)耳機的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)插口,這時(shi)可(ke)以正(zheng)常充電(dian)(dian)(dian)了(le)!將鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)心和保護板用(yong)絕緣膠皮(pi)包好,裝回(hui)耳機內部,按原(yuan)樣恢復藍牙(ya)耳機,正(zheng)常充電(dian)(dian)(dian),雨個多(duo)小(xiao)時(shi)后充滿電(dian)(dian)(dian),可(ke)以正(zheng)常使用(yong)了(le)。
本以為(wei)這個藍牙耳機修復成功了(le),于是用其聽(ting)歌試(shi)(shi)用,2個多小時后電(dian)量耗盡自(zi)動關機,再測試(shi)(shi)又(you)回到了(le)原(yuan)來的(de)故障狀態:既不(bu)能開(kai)機也充不(bu)進電(dian),又(you)處于保(bao)護(hu)狀杰。
綜合分析:鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板的(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)功能(neng)失效,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)終(zhong)止電(dian)(dian)壓低于(yu)充電(dian)(dian)開啟電(dian)(dian)壓。可以(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)的(de)修復方(fang)(fang)案有(you):(1)更換(huan)新的(de)帶(dai)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板的(de)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)。但一時很難(nan)買到(dao)容量相近、尺(chi)寸相符的(de)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi);(2)保(bao)留鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)心,更換(huan)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板。可從淘汰的(de)或損壞的(de)舊MP3內(nei)部的(de)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)上拆下(xia)(xia)大(da)小合適的(de)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)板換(huan)上,但這條途(tu)徑也有(you)困(kun)難(nan)。在上述兩(liang)種方(fang)(fang)法(fa)都難(nan)以(yi)實現的(de)情況下(xia)(xia),我采用了如圖所示的(de)應急方(fang)(fang)法(fa)進行維修。
修理方(fang)法(fa):圖(tu)中(zhong)虛線方(fang)框(kuang)中(zhong)為(wei)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)內(nei)部示(shi)意圖(tu),經檢查,這個(ge)藍牙耳機的鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)在(zai)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)負極(ji)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)有一個(ge)無(wu)觸點開關(guan),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)通過這個(ge)無(wu)觸點開關(guan)的通、斷來對鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)起充(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)作用。現在(zai)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)的放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)倮(luo)護(hu)(hu)功能失效,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)終(zhong)止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開啟(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),導致無(wu)法(fa)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),為(wei)此,用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R和發(fa)光(guang)二(er)極(ji)管D串聯后再并(bing)接(jie)到這個(ge)無(wu)觸點開關(guan)的兩側(即鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)的負極(ji)引出線與鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)負極(ji)之間(jian)),為(wei)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)搭(da)建負極(ji)輔助充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路。發(fa)光(guang)二(er)極(ji)管D選用導通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)1.5V~2.0V的紅色或(huo)綠色貼片LED,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R起限流作用,可(ke)選用100Ω左右的貼片電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。

充電過程:剛充電時鋰電池電壓低于鋰電保護板的充電開啟電壓,鋰電保護板內部的無觸點開關斷開,但充電電流由電源正極流經鋰電池后,從鋰電池的負極經電阻R和發光二極管D流到電源負極,給鋰電池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian):隨著充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)進行,鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓逐漸上升達到鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護板(ban)(ban)的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)開(kai)啟電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護板(ban)(ban)內部的(de)無觸點開(kai)關導(dao)通(tong),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進人正常充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀態;當鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)到約(yue)3.7V(實測)時(shi),發光二(er)(er)極管(guan)D截止(zhi),電(dian)(dian)阻R和發光二(er)(er)極管(guan)D串聯構成的(de)負極輔助充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路斷(duan)開(kai),但(dan)這(zhe)時(shi)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護板(ban)(ban)維持對鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian);當鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)滿時(shi)(約(yue)4.2V),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護板(ban)(ban)內部的(de)無觸點開(kai)關斷(duan)開(kai),起到充(chong)(chong)滿保(bao)護作(zuo)用。
由于電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R和發(fa)光(guang)二極管D這(zhe)兩個貼片元件體(ti)積很(hen)小,將它們串(chuan)聯(lian)焊在(zai)一起,并聯(lian)到鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池保(bao)護板上后可(ke)以直(zhi)接放(fang)在(zai)保(bao)護板邊上,也可(ke)以用細導線引出來用雙(shuang)面不干膠粘(zhan)貼在(zai)藍(lan)牙耳機內部合適的(de)位置。
注意事項:由于是靠發光二極管D的截止電壓來斷開輔助充電電路,輔助充電電路沒有穩定的關斷電壓,因此輸人的充電電源電壓應以⒋5V~5.0V為宜,盡可能接近5V,最高不能超過5.2V。日前市場上銷售的有些充電器實際輸出電(dian)壓與標(biao)稱值相差很大,一定要實測輸出電(dian)壓是否在上述范圍之內。
由于這樣修理后鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)并(bing)沒有恢復放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)功能(neng)(neng),使(shi)用中可能(neng)(neng)會因過放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)影響鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的壽命(ming),因此使(shi)用中要(yao)注意(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放完電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后應(ying)及(ji)時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),不要(yao)在(zai)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下(xia)長時(shi)間擱置(zhi),最好不要(yao)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量耗盡再充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),當(dang)(dang)工作中藍牙耳(er)機(ji)發出“嘀嘀”提示音時(shi)就要(yao)及(ji)時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。當(dang)(dang)然,這是應(ying)急使(shi)用的方法(fa),能(neng)(neng)買到相近規格的鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)直接代換最好。
