為手機充電的太陽能電池充電器

    NTT DoCoMo開發出了能夠利用太陽能電池發電的手機充電器,并(bing)且(qie)在(zai)“CEATEC JAPAN 2009(圖1,圖2)。該(gai)充電器(qi)的最(zui)大(da)輸(shu)出電流約為300mA,在(zai)日照良好(hao)的場所只需3~5小(xiao)時即可充滿手機的鋰(li)離子充電電池。外形尺(chi)寸為114mm×146mm×15mm。

  除(chu)太陽(yang)(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)外,NTT DoCoMo還開發(fa)出了暫時儲存太陽(yang)(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池生(sheng)(sheng)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)“輔(fu)(fu)助充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)”(圖3)。通過與(yu)太陽(yang)(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)組合使用,白天太陽(yang)(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)可以(yi)(yi)存儲在輔(fu)(fu)助充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)中,在夜間(jian)通過輔(fu)(fu)助充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)為(wei)手機(ji)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。“完(wan)全無需插(cha)頭即可使用手機(ji)”(NTT DoCoMo解說員)。輔(fu)(fu)助充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流容量(liang)(liang)約為(wei)1800mAh,對于(yu)800mAh左右的(de)(de)手機(ji)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,“可以(yi)(yi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)滿1次(ci)半(ban)左右”(同(tong)上)。輔(fu)(fu)助充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼上標注有“Powered by eneloop”的(de)(de)字樣,由此(ci)可以(yi)(yi)推測,其內置充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池應該是三洋(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)eneloop品牌。

  太(tai)陽能電(dian)池充電(dian)器(qi)采用美國SunPower太(tai)陽能電(dian)池單(dan)元并聯(lian)的結構(gou)。模塊為NTT電(dian)子制(zhi)造,組合了(le)使用DC-DC轉(zhuan)換器(qi)的升壓(ya)電(dian)路,以(yi)及具(ju)備“MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking)”功能,能夠按照日照條件控制(zhi)輸出功率(lv)達到最大化的IC。借助這一結構(gou),“即使部分單(dan)元位于陰影中,輸出功率(lv)也不會大幅下降”(同上)。
