為手機充電的太陽能電池充電器
NTT DoCoMo開發出了能夠利用太陽能電池發電的手機充電器,并且(qie)在“CEATEC JAPAN 2009(圖(tu)1,圖(tu)2)。該充(chong)電器的最大輸(shu)出電流(liu)約為(wei)300mA,在日照良好的場所只需3~5小時(shi)即可充(chong)滿手機的鋰離(li)子充(chong)電電池(chi)。外形尺寸(cun)為(wei)114mm×146mm×15mm。
除(chu)太陽(yang)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器外(wai),NTT DoCoMo還開發出了暫(zan)時儲(chu)存太陽(yang)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池生成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量的(de)(de)(de)“輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器”(圖3)。通過(guo)與太陽(yang)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器組合使(shi)用(yong),白天太陽(yang)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量可(ke)以存儲(chu)在輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器中,在夜(ye)間通過(guo)輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器為(wei)(wei)手(shou)機(ji)(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。“完全無需插頭即可(ke)使(shi)用(yong)手(shou)機(ji)(ji)”(NTT DoCoMo解說(shuo)員(yuan))。輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流容量約為(wei)(wei)1800mAh,對于800mAh左(zuo)右(you)的(de)(de)(de)手(shou)機(ji)(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,“可(ke)以充(chong)(chong)滿1次半左(zuo)右(you)”(同上)。輔(fu)(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)適(shi)配(pei)(pei)器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼上標注有“Powered by eneloop”的(de)(de)(de)字樣(yang),由此(ci)可(ke)以推測(ce),其內置充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池應該是三洋電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)eneloop品(pin)牌。
太(tai)陽能(neng)電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)器采(cai)用美國(guo)SunPower太(tai)陽能(neng)電(dian)池(chi)單元并聯的(de)結構。模(mo)塊為(wei)NTT電(dian)子(zi)制造(zao),組合了使用DC-DC轉換器的(de)升壓電(dian)路,以及具備(bei)“MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking)”功(gong)(gong)能(neng),能(neng)夠(gou)按照日照條件控(kong)制輸(shu)出功(gong)(gong)率(lv)達到最大化的(de)IC。借助這一(yi)結構,“即使部分單元位于陰影(ying)中,輸(shu)出功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也不會大幅下降”(同(tong)上)。
