電池充電器正式投入市場之前一定會會進行各種測試,例如放電測試與充電測試,今天我們一起來看一下電池充電器與電池的測試測量!

一、電池充電器測試
充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后需要充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)來充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),一個良好的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)應該能(neng)夠提供恒(heng)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流來充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),并且在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)足(zu)時能(neng)夠自動(dong)停止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)這樣才能(neng)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的壽(shou)命最長。
在(zai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)開始(shi)下降時(—△V負(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)斜率(lv)),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器應停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的過充(chong)(chong)會造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)永久性損(sun)壞。在(zai)測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器時,可(ke)以(yi)使用真(zhen)實(shi)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)測試(shi),然而這種方法需要非(fei)常冗長時間(jian),并不切實(shi)際或(huo)不符合經濟(ji)效益(yi)。當使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)時,可(ke)以(yi)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)為定(ding)(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)負(fu)載(zai)模(mo)式,并且設定(ding)(ding)(ding)所需的端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),此時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)將(jiang)吸取足(zu)夠(gou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)到設定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi)。例如:測試(shi)1.2V的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從1V、1.2V、1.4V、1.5V來(lai)測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)調整率(lv),然后(hou)設定(ding)(ding)(ding) 1.48V(-△V模(mo)擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)足(zu))來(lai)測試(shi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器是否會停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
二、電池放電測試
任何電池均可視(shi)為一個電壓(ya)源,其儲存容量單位為mAH或AH,例如(ru)12V 6AH 的(de)電池容量表示(shi)它在12V和1A輸出時可工作六(liu)個小時。
測試電(dian)池的(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)特性時(shi),應(ying)該使(shi)用電(dian)子負載的(de)(de)定電(dian)流模式,而(er)電(dian)池應(ying)在要求的(de)(de)電(dian)壓范圍內,在規格時(shi)間提供測試的(de)(de)電(dian)流,使(shi)用計算機或打印機來監視電(dian)池的(de)(de)電(dian)壓及電(dian)流。
定功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)模式(shi)亦可用來(lai)測試電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的放電(dian)(dian)特性,當電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)工作于定功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)模式(shi)時,電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)會從電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)吸(xi)取所設定功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值。此時電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)的電(dian)(dian)流會隨著負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓的降低而自(zi)動增加保持(chi)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)恒(heng)定,反之亦然。
三、電池充電測試
一般含恒壓(ya)和恒流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)可用來對充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian),或(huo)使用沒有穩壓(ya)限流(liu)(liu)的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(例(li)如簡單的(de)整流(liu)(liu)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)容濾(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)路)與直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載(zai)(zai)串聯做為電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)源(yuan)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian),此時充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大小由電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載(zai)(zai)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)模式下的(de)設定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值決定(ding)。
