  一、電池充電器測試

  充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后需要充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)來充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),一個(ge)良好的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)應(ying)該能(neng)夠提供恒定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流來充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),并且在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)足時能(neng)夠自動停(ting)止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)這樣(yang)才能(neng)使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)壽命(ming)最長(chang)。

  在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)中,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓開始下降時(—△V負電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓斜率),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)應(ying)停止(zhi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)過(guo)充(chong)會造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)永久(jiu)性損壞。在測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)時,可以(yi)使用真實的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)測試(shi),然而這種(zhong)方法需要非(fei)常冗長時間,并不(bu)切實際(ji)或(huo)不(bu)符合經濟效(xiao)益。當使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載時,可以(yi)設定(ding)為定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓負載模(mo)式,并且設定(ding)所需的(de)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,此時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載將吸(xi)取足夠電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穩定(ding)到設定(ding)值。例如:測試(shi)1.2V的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)設定(ding)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓從1V、1.2V、1.4V、1.5V來(lai)測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流調整率,然后設定(ding) 1.48V(-△V模(mo)擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)足)來(lai)測試(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是否(fou)會停止(zhi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

  二、電池放電測試

  任何電(dian)池均可視為一(yi)個電(dian)壓源(yuan),其儲存(cun)容(rong)量單位為mAH或(huo)AH,例如(ru)12V 6AH 的電(dian)池容(rong)量表示(shi)它在12V和1A輸(shu)出(chu)時可工作六個小時。

  測試(shi)電(dian)池的(de)(de)放電(dian)特性時(shi),應(ying)該使用電(dian)子(zi)負載的(de)(de)定電(dian)流模式,而電(dian)池應(ying)在要求的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)范圍內,在規(gui)格時(shi)間提(ti)供測試(shi)的(de)(de)電(dian)流,使用計算機(ji)或(huo)打(da)印機(ji)來(lai)監視電(dian)池的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)及電(dian)流。

  定功率(lv)(lv)模式(shi)亦可(ke)用來測試電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的放電(dian)(dian)特性,當電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)工作于定功率(lv)(lv)模式(shi)時,電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)會從電(dian)(dian)池(chi)吸(xi)取所(suo)設定功率(lv)(lv)值。此時電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載(zai)的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)會隨(sui)著負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的降(jiang)低而自動增加保持功率(lv)(lv)恒(heng)定,反(fan)之亦然。

  三、電池充電測試

  一(yi)般(ban)含恒壓和恒流(liu)(liu)輸出的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)源可(ke)用(yong)來對充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian),或(huo)使用(yong)沒(mei)有穩壓限流(liu)(liu)的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)源(例如簡(jian)單的(de)整流(liu)(liu)與(yu)電(dian)容濾波電(dian)路)與(yu)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)子負(fu)載串(chuan)聯做為電(dian)流(liu)(liu)源對電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian),此時充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)大小(xiao)由電(dian)子負(fu)載定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)模式下的(de)設定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)值決定(ding)。
