一、電池充電器測試
充(chong)電電池(chi)放電后需要充(chong)電器來(lai)(lai)充(chong)電,一個良好的充(chong)電器應該能夠提供恒定電流來(lai)(lai)充(chong)電,并且在電池(chi)足時能夠自動停止(zhi)充(chong)電這樣才能使電池(chi)的壽命最長。
在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)中,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)開始下降(jiang)時(—△V負電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)斜率(lv)),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器應(ying)停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的過(guo)充(chong)(chong)會造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)永(yong)久性損(sun)壞。在測(ce)試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器時,可以使用真實的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)測(ce)試(shi),然而這(zhe)種方法需(xu)要非常冗長時間,并(bing)不(bu)切(qie)實際或不(bu)符(fu)合經濟效益。當使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載(zai)時,可以設定(ding)(ding)為定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)負載(zai)模(mo)式,并(bing)且設定(ding)(ding)所需(xu)的端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),此時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載(zai)將(jiang)吸取足(zu)(zu)夠電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定(ding)(ding)到設定(ding)(ding)值。例如:測(ce)試(shi)1.2V的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)設定(ding)(ding)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從1V、1.2V、1.4V、1.5V來測(ce)試(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)調整(zheng)率(lv),然后設定(ding)(ding) 1.48V(-△V模(mo)擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)足(zu)(zu))來測(ce)試(shi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器是(shi)否會停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
二、電池放電測試
任何電池均可視為一個電壓源,其儲存(cun)容量單位為mAH或AH,例如12V 6AH 的電池容量表示它在12V和1A輸出時可工作六個小(xiao)時。
測(ce)試電(dian)池的(de)(de)放電(dian)特(te)性時(shi),應該使(shi)用電(dian)子(zi)負載的(de)(de)定(ding)電(dian)流模(mo)式,而電(dian)池應在(zai)要求(qiu)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓范圍(wei)內(nei),在(zai)規格時(shi)間提供測(ce)試的(de)(de)電(dian)流,使(shi)用計算機或打(da)印機來監視電(dian)池的(de)(de)電(dian)壓及(ji)電(dian)流。
定(ding)功(gong)率模式亦(yi)(yi)可用(yong)來測試電(dian)(dian)池的(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)特性,當電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載工作于定(ding)功(gong)率模式時,電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載會從(cong)電(dian)(dian)池吸取所設定(ding)功(gong)率值。此時電(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載的(de)電(dian)(dian)流會隨著負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)降低(di)而自動增(zeng)加(jia)保持功(gong)率恒(heng)定(ding),反(fan)之亦(yi)(yi)然。
三、電池充電測試
