  一、電池充電器測試

  充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后需要充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)來充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),一個良(liang)好的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)應該(gai)能夠(gou)提供(gong)恒定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流來充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),并(bing)且(qie)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)足時能夠(gou)自動(dong)停止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)這樣才能使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的壽命最長。

  二、電池放電測試

  任何電池(chi)(chi)均可(ke)視為(wei)一(yi)個電壓源,其儲存容(rong)量(liang)單(dan)位為(wei)mAH或(huo)AH,例(li)如(ru)12V 6AH 的電池(chi)(chi)容(rong)量(liang)表示(shi)它在(zai)12V和1A輸出時可(ke)工(gong)作六個小時。

  測試電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特性時,應(ying)(ying)該使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載的定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)模式,而(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池應(ying)(ying)在(zai)要求的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)范圍內,在(zai)規格時間提(ti)供測試的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),使用計算機或打(da)印(yin)機來(lai)監視電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。

  定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率模(mo)式亦可用來測(ce)試電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特(te)性,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載工作(zuo)于(yu)定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率模(mo)式時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載會從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)吸取所設定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率值。此時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負(fu)載的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流會隨(sui)著負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)降(jiang)低而自動增加保持功(gong)率恒定(ding)(ding),反之亦然。

  三、電池充電測試

  一般(ban)含恒壓和恒流(liu)(liu)輸出的直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)可用(yong)來對(dui)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),或使用(yong)沒(mei)有穩壓限流(liu)(liu)的直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(例如簡單(dan)的整流(liu)(liu)與電(dian)(dian)容濾波電(dian)(dian)路)與直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)串聯做為電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)源(yuan)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),此時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大小(xiao)由電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)模式下的設定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值決定。
