  一、電池充電器測試

  充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池放電(dian)后需要充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器來充(chong)(chong)電(dian),一個良(liang)好(hao)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器應該能(neng)(neng)夠提供恒定電(dian)流來充(chong)(chong)電(dian),并且(qie)在電(dian)池足時能(neng)(neng)夠自動停止(zhi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)這(zhe)樣才能(neng)(neng)使電(dian)池的壽(shou)命最(zui)長。

  在充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong),當電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)開始下降時(—△V負電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)斜(xie)率),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)應停(ting)止充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)過充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)會造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)永(yong)久(jiu)性損壞。在測(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)時,可以使用(yong)真實的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)測(ce)試(shi)(shi),然而這種方法需要(yao)非常冗(rong)長時間,并(bing)不(bu)切實際或不(bu)符合經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)。當使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載時,可以設定(ding)(ding)為(wei)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)負載模式,并(bing)且設定(ding)(ding)所需的(de)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),此時電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載將(jiang)吸(xi)取足夠電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穩定(ding)(ding)到設定(ding)(ding)值。例如:測(ce)試(shi)(shi)1.2V的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)設定(ding)(ding)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從1V、1.2V、1.4V、1.5V來(lai)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)調整率,然后(hou)設定(ding)(ding) 1.48V(-△V模擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)足)來(lai)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是否會停(ting)止充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

  二、電池放電測試

  任(ren)何電(dian)池均可視為一個(ge)電(dian)壓源,其儲(chu)存容量單位為mAH或AH,例如(ru)12V 6AH 的電(dian)池容量表示它在(zai)12V和(he)1A輸出(chu)時可工作六個(ge)小時。

  測試(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)放電(dian)(dian)特性時,應該使用電(dian)(dian)子負載(zai)的(de)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)模式(shi),而電(dian)(dian)池應在(zai)要求(qiu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓范(fan)圍內(nei),在(zai)規格時間提(ti)供(gong)測試(shi)(shi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),使用計算機或打印機來監(jian)視電(dian)(dian)池的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓及電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。

  定功(gong)(gong)(gong)率模(mo)式亦可用(yong)來(lai)測試電池(chi)的(de)放(fang)電特性,當電子(zi)負載(zai)工作于(yu)定功(gong)(gong)(gong)率模(mo)式時,電子(zi)負載(zai)會(hui)從(cong)電池(chi)吸(xi)取所設定功(gong)(gong)(gong)率值。此時電子(zi)負載(zai)的(de)電流(liu)會(hui)隨(sui)著(zhu)負載(zai)電壓(ya)的(de)降低(di)而自動增加保持功(gong)(gong)(gong)率恒定,反之亦然。

  三、電池充電測試

  一般含恒(heng)壓和恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源可用(yong)來對(dui)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian),或使用(yong)沒有穩壓限流(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(例如簡單的(de)(de)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)與電(dian)(dian)容濾(lv)波電(dian)(dian)路)與直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)子負載串聯做為(wei)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)源對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian),此時充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)大小由電(dian)(dian)子負載定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)模式下的(de)(de)設定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)值決定。
