  一、電池充電器測試

  充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)需要(yao)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)來(lai)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),一個良好的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)應該能夠(gou)提供恒定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流來(lai)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),并(bing)且在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池足時能夠(gou)自動停止(zhi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)這樣才(cai)能使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的壽命(ming)最長。

  二、電池放電測試

  任何電池(chi)均可視為一個(ge)電壓源(yuan),其儲(chu)存(cun)容量(liang)(liang)單位(wei)為mAH或(huo)AH,例如12V 6AH 的(de)電池(chi)容量(liang)(liang)表示它在12V和(he)1A輸出(chu)時可工作六個(ge)小時。

  測試電(dian)池的放電(dian)特(te)性時(shi)(shi),應該使用電(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)的定電(dian)流模式,而電(dian)池應在(zai)要求的電(dian)壓范圍內(nei),在(zai)規格時(shi)(shi)間提供測試的電(dian)流,使用計算機(ji)或(huo)打印機(ji)來監視電(dian)池的電(dian)壓及(ji)電(dian)流。

  定功率模(mo)式(shi)亦可用來測試電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)特性,當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)(zai)工(gong)作于定功率模(mo)式(shi)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)(zai)會從電(dian)(dian)(dian)池吸取所設定功率值。此時電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)(zai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流會隨著負(fu)載(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)降(jiang)低(di)而自(zi)動增加保持功率恒定,反之亦然(ran)。

  三、電池充電測試

  一般含(han)恒(heng)壓和恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出的直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)可(ke)用(yong)(yong)來對充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),或使用(yong)(yong)沒(mei)有穩壓限流(liu)(liu)(liu)的直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(例如(ru)簡單的整流(liu)(liu)(liu)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)容濾波電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu))與直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載(zai)串聯做為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)源(yuan)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),此時充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)大小(xiao)由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載(zai)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)模式下(xia)的設定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)值決(jue)定。
