電動車充電器能否混用?
如今電動車已經成為大家上下班的重要工具,而且幾年之后就要更換。因此遺留了不少電動車充電器。那這些電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器能否混用?如果有電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車標稱(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓為48V的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)所配的(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器,這能否對標稱(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓為60V的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)?這是要分(fen)情況討(tao)論(lun)的(de)(de):
1、如(ru)果標稱(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)60V的(de)鉛酸蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組完全放電(dian)(dian)(dian)、且手頭一(yi)時找不到(dao)配套的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),只有48V的(de)鉛酸蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),在輸(shu)出插頭和(he)60V電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)孔插座(zuo)極性一(yi)致的(de)條件下,是可以用來(lai)對60V電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)。
因(yin)為(wei)60V電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組放電(dian)(dian)(dian)完畢后(hou),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)10.5x5=52.5V,而48V充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的最高(gao)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)14.4x4V,要比(bi)52.5V高(gao)。因(yin)此可(ke)以少量補(bu)充一(yi)些電(dian)(dian)(dian)的。待電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上升到14.4x4V時,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)結束。
有人說了(le),這還沒有充滿嘛!有什(shen)么用?這就(jiu)說錯了(le):對于鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池而言,放光電(dian)之(zhi)后如果不(bu)及時充電(dian),正、負極板上的硫酸(suan)鉛(qian)就(jiu)開始(shi)結晶——這就(jiu)是鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池的癌癥病灶!稱為(wei)硫化(hua)。隨著硫化(hua)的不(bu)斷發展,鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)池的容量不(bu)斷下降,最終死亡(wang)——報廢了(le)。能(neng)在(zai)第一(yi)時間阻(zu)擊癌癥,為(wei)什(shen)么不(bu)干?
2、如果60V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)的兩端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),要大于等于48V充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)最高(gao)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),用48V充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),是不(bu)能對60V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)(zu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的。因為(wei)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是需要電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位差的,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)的向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低的才能充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的。不(bu)過你(ni)也不(bu)用擔心,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)于充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能會倒灌——充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong),都設有防(fang)反接和倒充(chong)(chong)的二極管。
3、如(ru)果(guo)你有動手能力(li)的(de)話,可以拆開48V充電(dian)器,找到(dao)調整(zheng)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓的(de)元件(如(ru)384x類充電(dian)器接光(guang)耦的(de)那個431),調節431上(shang)的(de)分壓電(dian)阻阻值,就可以使充電(dian)器輸出(chu)電(dian)壓上(shang)升或下降。
可以(yi)調節它(ta),使輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)14Vx5左(zuo)右(you),即(ji)可應急(ji)使用。不過(guo)需要注意,充電(dian)(dian)器次(ci)級濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)容的(de)耐壓(ya)值(zhi)(48V充電(dian)(dian)器次(ci)級濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)容的(de)耐壓(ya)值(zhi)多為(wei)63V)是否能(neng)承受了。最好(hao)更換(huan)為(wei)耐壓(ya)100V的(de)。
