一、電池充電器測試
充電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)放電(dian)后需要(yao)充電(dian)器(qi)來充電(dian),一個(ge)良好的充電(dian)器(qi)應該能夠提供恒定電(dian)流來充電(dian),并且在(zai)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)足時能夠自動停止(zhi)充電(dian)這樣才(cai)能使電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的壽命最長(chang)。

二、電池放電測試
任何電池均(jun)可視為一個電壓源,其儲存容(rong)量單位為mAH或AH,例如12V 6AH 的電池容(rong)量表示它在12V和1A輸出時可工作六(liu)個小時。
測(ce)試電(dian)(dian)池的(de)放電(dian)(dian)特性(xing)時(shi),應該(gai)使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)子負載(zai)的(de)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)模(mo)式,而電(dian)(dian)池應在(zai)要(yao)求的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)范圍內,在(zai)規格時(shi)間提供測(ce)試的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),使用(yong)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)或(huo)打印機(ji)來監視電(dian)(dian)池的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)及電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
定功率(lv)模式亦(yi)可用(yong)來測試電(dian)池的(de)放電(dian)特性(xing),當電(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)工作(zuo)于定功率(lv)模式時(shi),電(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)會從電(dian)池吸取(qu)所設(she)定功率(lv)值。此時(shi)電(dian)子負(fu)載(zai)的(de)電(dian)流會隨(sui)著負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)降低而自動增加保持(chi)功率(lv)恒定,反之亦(yi)然。
三、電池充電測試
一(yi)般(ban)含恒壓和恒流(liu)(liu)輸出的直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)可用(yong)來對(dui)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),或(huo)使(shi)用(yong)沒有穩(wen)壓限(xian)流(liu)(liu)的直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(例如(ru)簡單的整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容濾波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路)與直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載串聯做為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)源(yuan)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),此時充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大小由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)模式下的設定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi)決定(ding)(ding)。
